The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were also beautiful. The rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. Prices were as expected in a resort. Every staff member was smiling, friendly, and helpful. There were so many attractions and events that there was never a dull moment. The only thing that I can complain about is the parking fee. When you are paying $300+ per night to stay, charging $25 per day to park is a little much, especially when there is ample parking. Also, you can end up parking a pretty good distance from the hotel if you leave and come back, so maybe if you're gonna charge for parking, make it an optional charge that guarantees a space in one of the closer lots, or waive the fee for hotel guests and only charge parking to those who come for the day.

The fact that there was no handicap parking open and my son just got a hip replacement was terrible when I asked if I could work someplace close by with the handicap sticker, they told me no then on top of it they charge you $20 to park your car after charging $500 sleep there for one night the pool area was filthy. There was garbage on the ground. No one was cleaning up the hot tub had a terrible odor coming out of it, we were so disappointed there was hair in our shower and we will never ever go to this place again and I will absolutely tell everyone not to go at the property. Seems to care what you’re dealing with.

It was a very nice experience the dining options were surprisingly good the babies loved the indoor water park and stores indoors. My only concern was that the elevator was broken and only one worked and it was a mess to be able to go in everyone was crowded trying to get in first it was ridiculous.

We love great wolf lodge. Only con is they took away the valet parking and the buffet food was terrible. But theres a great restaurant across the way to make up for it :). Great entertainment and kids had a great time. Pro is the renovation. We came also when they were working on it and the patios were closed. We’re very happy and returning guests. Thank you for sharing my son’s birthday with us. (Birthday package available 👍

Such a beautiful and lovely resort for kids and parents. The water park was very clean and had amazing lifeguards everywhere. Activities were great for all especially the dance parties. Wish it had better food options. But overall great place for kids. We will be back!

Timbers table and kitchen is the best restaurant if you have hungry kids/teens that love to ask for multiple meals. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The waterpark has a lot of ride options and pools but not overcrowded, it was great.

Our stay at Great Wolf was amazing! We absolutely loved it! And the reviews about unwelcome critters were completely false. There were no signs of any such thing in either of the two rooms we stayed in. The lodge is beautiful, the rooms are impeccably clean, the staff is super courteous, and the mountains and other scenery are truly breathtaking!!

It was a pretty disappointing stay, with having to change rooms and then what sounded like construction above our head all night. I repeatedly asked about it. There was also mold in the bathroom above the shower. The rooms maintenance was not what I would expect from a resort. Mold, shoddy repairs of drywall, the floor was soaked when we arrived near the entrance. Staff was pleasant though, Waterpark was nice, we took advantage of the wolf passes and everything outside of the room was good.

I had a terrible time. My room was given away to someone else. I reserved it for the next day instead. After driving 3 hours the check in took forever and had to find someone to use a car for the $100. Plus parking. I wasn’t aware of this in advance. When I got the room finally an hour after check in time, the bed had blood on it, the room smelled, definitely not clean, sheets were not clean, carpet was dirty. I asked to be moved to a clean room and I was told none were available. This was my son’s birthday weekend . It got cut short bc of my room being given away and then when we came the next day, we didn’t even want to sleep on the bed. We drove home after . We definitely would like a refund so maybe we can do something else for him this weekend

The water park was nice but the cleanest. A lot of steps or sections of the floor in the water park had mold. I also don’t understand why they have carpet everywhere. Plenty of new styles of flooring that can make it safe and cleaner. Lastly, I was shocked to find they didn’t have a playground on site. If you want to go outside for fresh air with your little ones after dinner you have nowhere to go but a sidewalk. Overall the staff were great but not impressed by the park. They need massive updating.

I would give u guys a zero if I can. 1. I asked to have a microwave in my room as I am traveling with a baby, and we need to heat up his milk throughout the whole night multiple times. I was given a lame excuse of "fire hazard" for not providing me with a microwave. 2. I was checked into room 2082 initially. So when I went to the room, another family was already checked into that room, so I basically walked into them. Then I had to go to the front desk, wait over 35 minutes in a long line to explain my situation and get a new room. 3. Now I\'m in room 2083. I came back from the Waterpark with my kids and went to give them a shower. There was hair in the bathtub assuming from the previous guest. So now I\'m very grossed out, wondering how dirty everything else is. 4. Your carpets are filthy. We can\'t walk barefoot at all. They are sticky.

When I arrive the bathroom was n't clean to the room they gave me. They had to switch me out and they should put more time into better housekeeping. Also, the bathrooms throughout the facility should be maintained more often

The room was not accommodating for a family of five. The bunkbed mattress were crib mattress size not a twin. The pullout couch was warn out and cracked, definitely need maintenance. The pillows had to be a Marshalls special small and too soft to lay your head on. Not worth the price I paid for.

Nice but we had trouble sleeping in the morning. Each day at 6 am trucks and working stuff make a loud noise and our kids woke up and cried. Our windows and patio door were on the back side of the building where all shuff equipment was parked. Also in water park life guard guys not pay attention what’s doing on in the water.

2nd night people above us were jumping up and down over a 2 1/2 hour period. At 9:30, called front desk, apparently nothing was done. 9:50, went down and personally complained. Was told security would take care of. Again we went down at 10:20 and again told security would be right up. Finally it stopped about 10 minutes later Also tv stopped working, maintenance got it back on but screen remained a blue color after that, then it went out 2 more times which we had to unplug and fix ourselves 2nd day service at restaurant they forgot to tell server our table, had to ask for service after 15 plus minutes.

We had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful. We got a suite with jacuzzi and fireplace and it was huge, modern, and lovely! There were a lot of guests but many helpful employees and wonderful service!

Well the place is nice and it has a lot of options inside for younger children. I feel like they nickel and die me to death. I didn’t know that parking was separate so I had to pay an extra $26 just to park for 12 hours the rooms are big and the beds are semi comfortable. Quiet time is supposed to be between 11 and seven, but I had children running up above our heads for half the night. I am up early and there’s nothing open early for adults not even coffee. I feel like they charge a little bit too much for what you get. We came early, but we still had to wait until 4 o’clock for our room to be ready. In order to use the pool area you have to change in the changing room and then buy a locker that cost $17 on up depending on the size you need. Just to put your valuables or whatever else you need in there until your room is ready.

Where do I begin? What was supposed to be a vacation after Thanksgiving quickly turned into a nightmare. When I checked in, I was informed that I didn’t have a room because someone had messed up my reservation. After finally getting our wristbands to access the water park, I was told that we could use our dining credits that we paid for with the Fireside package. However, when I tried to use my credits at Buckets, I was informed that we couldn’t use them because we didn’t have a room assigned yet. This forced me to return to the long general questions line. By this time, it was 3:20 PM. I was told that by 4 PM we would have our room number and be able to use our credits. At 4:10 PM, I still hadn’t received my room, so I had to go back to the general questions line. There, I found other guests who were also experiencing the same issue. Finally, at 4:40 PM, they gave me my room and a complimentary late check-out for 2 PM, but I had already paid for a 2 PM late check-out with my original reservation. They assured me that I would be refunded. I tried to enjoy my night, but in the morning I noticed that I had not received a refund for the late check-out. To my surprise, I also saw an additional charge of $164.28 on my credit card. At 7AM, I returned to the general questions line. The lady who helped me was very nice and managed to process my 2 PM late check-out refund as well as the $164.28 that I was charged, although she didn’t know why it had been charged in the first place

I checked in at the kiosk at abou1:30 with the help of a staff member. I was told I would get a text when the room was ready. We headed to a bball tournament and never got a text. I called from the tournament when I hasn’t heard anything. It was 5.45. Checked my email and saw there was a problem that’s why I didn’t have room assignment and I needed to come to the front desk. I should have gotten a text or a call about that. I wasn’t notified that I needed to come to the front desk. Not good. I had 2 small children with me.

This was a amazing place I really had an amazing time with my family, this is a one stop shop for a quick getaway, I live on east coast so it’s a nice family drive and relaxing time for road trip. if you live in Jersey,New York, Pennsylvania the road trip drive is very cool, you will love your stay here! Water park, inside and outside pools, it’s amazing!

Our stay at Great Wolf was amazing! We absolutely loved it! And the reviews about unwelcome critters were completely false. There were no signs of any such thing in either of the two rooms we stayed in. The lodge is beautiful, the rooms are impeccably clean, the staff is super courteous, and the mountains and other scenery are truly breathtaking!!

No designated parking for actual guests so you’re stuck walking half a mile because of all the people visiting the water park. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Pillows are terrible. Carpet in halls is torn and taped down. Paint pealing off air vents inside and in water park. Park slides scratched mine and my son’s backs. People kept getting stuck on slides so staff had to go down to free them then walk back up. Took forever. Staff in water park spent more time talking to each other than loading up slides and getting people on them and out of line. Place is complete chaos. Unattended kids running everywhere. Including in the water park with no running signs posted and no staff around to regulate it. Almost knocked my son over several times. Breakfast was worst than a motel but at least there it’s free with a room a fraction of the price. Here you have to pay $20 for terrible food. Water everywhere in the hotel. Even inside stores and restaurants. I would highly suggest renting one of the available nearby houses for the same price and just visiting the water park if that’s really what you want to do there.

Such a beautiful and lovely resort for kids and parents. The water park was very clean and had amazing lifeguards everywhere. Activities were great for all especially the dance parties. Wish it had better food options. But overall great place for kids. We will be back!

My stay at Great Wolf Lodge Pocono Mountains was okay overall. The place is clean and definitely a great choice for families with kids—lots of activities and fun for the little ones. However, it’s not suitable for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing stay. It was very loud and extremely busy the whole time. The biggest downside for me was the food. I had pizza and garlic bread from the resort and ended up with stomach issues (diarrhea) that lasted five days. The food quality needs serious improvement. Would only recommend if you’re going with kids and can handle the noise and crowd. Otherwise, it’s not the right fit.

Timbers table and kitchen is the best restaurant if you have hungry kids/teens that love to ask for multiple meals. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The waterpark has a lot of ride options and pools but not overcrowded, it was great.

I must say I was very disappointed in my stay at Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos. First off, checking in was a nightmare. The line was si long and there was not enough staff. The wait was long and partially because the staff had to continuously help people with the self check in. I wanted to use my debit card for purchases but because it was not the card that I checked in with it was very very difficult to attach it to my current reservation. I had to go back to the check-in/customer relations on three separate occasions because my card would not work properly based on it was not the card I used to make my reservation. Due to this, we were not able to check into the room at 4 o’clock, which is the check-in time because I had to remedy the situation so they could assign me the room even after this I was called back one more time to try to get my debit card attached to my reservation. So by the time we got to the pool, we were perplexed with the problem of not finding enough chairs to sit and put our belongings. We had to scour chairs from different areas to make it accessible to us to sit together. It was very crowded, but we could’ve been in two hours before if I didn’t have to deal with the issues at customer service check-in. After we checked in, we got ready for dinner and we were eating at timber’s buffet. we got the package for the dinner buffet in the breakfast buffet. I must say the pictures on the website of the Food offered at tender timbers, especially the carving
