I told staff when I arrived that I already paid for my room through hotel.com. But apparently they thought it was ok to take out another 600.00 themselves. So my account was over drawn and I had no money to spend there. I went and talk to management but all they could say was they couldn’t do nothing about it and it will take 3 to 5 days for it to come back into my. Account. So here I am paying over draft fees and borrowing money to get back home. I will never go there again, I told them that I had already paid but since they didn’t get their money immediately they made me pay for thier greed and all I got was a sorry. Never will I go there again and I will tell everyone how greedy they are.

Was amazing, we had such a fun time!

Flooring was ripped up and then added pieces of carpet with duct tape. The toilet paper was thinner than my patience for the amount of extra money you have to spend while staying there. With the amount of money that they make off of the different stores and activities there should be no issues with the floors. Magiquest also broke down at one point. The phone in my room was broken and falling apart. My kids did have fun but I’ve stayed at motels that were nicer than this and cheaper! Put your money into the actual hotel and maybe I’d consider coming back ever!
