Comfort Inn - Pocono Mountains

Na medida do possível foi boa, porém falta de água no café impossibilitou máquinas e não foi solucionado em tempo. Sem plano B.

Hotel is large and was pretty empty while we were there, but walls are PAPER thin. So noisy, couldn't sleep. Had an adjoining room and our rowdy neighbors kept trying to get in our room. Bedding was filthy. Our bathroom wasnt stocked at all with towels, shampoo, toilet paper, ect. This place disgusted me. Dirty, noisy and evidently housekeeping didnt do their jobs properly.

Clean room, pool area w towels was great for the kids. Disappointing breakfast w not a single gluten or dairy free option for a highly allergic child. Many Comfort Inns have had gluten free muffins and other fruit options. No such luck. She was hoping for apple juice but only orange drink. There should be a few options for food allergies. Other than that it was fine.

Older hotel which needs upgrades. Good sized rooms which were clean. Bathroom in desperate need of complete makeover, caulking was used to reseal tile, hairdryer, fixtures. No matter how clean the surfaces may have been they looked dirty. Hallway carpet unable to be maintained for cleanliness, too old. Housekeeping in breakfast area was excellent. Breakfast was Great! Eggs sausage muffins coffee juice. Excellent! - one bad part was our swipe key did not work when we came back late at night nor did it work again the next morning even after being reset the night before.
