Quality Inn Wilkes-Barre near Arena

It was all around positive experience and well worth the value.

There was hair in the bathtub and sink. The floor wasn’t cleaned, beer bottle caps on the floor. Most of the food was gone at breakfast at 9:00 am. No milk for breakfast. Will never stay there again.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean. The location is great. They do offer a continental breakfast, and the Wi-Fi works well. I would recommend.

Upon arrival, two people were already waiting at the desk. After several minutes of waiting the young man working came in from the back door smelling like marijuana. He had given a room to the person in front of us that was already occupied. We reserved a single king bed room and were given a double room. The tv in the room didn’t work and there was no remote.

Wasn’t bad just had ants and the bed was uncomfortable also the air and or heat did not work well other than that it was fine.
