This hotel just takes your money no matter causes needed

Checked into the hotel and the experience was terrible. The room smelled extremely gross, the lights didn’t work, and the water was ice cold in the morning. I tried speaking with management and even wrote a letter, but the manager on duty refused to take it and claimed he would “report it.” The service was awful, and they didn’t even try to offer a refund or make things right. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

I didn't stay because of the massive snow storm that had come in asked for a refund and they would not issue me one ask for them to change the date of my stay and they didn't do that either
