Was fine for purpose - stayed during URI graduation

We stayed there after our friends wedding. My husband and I have not been away without the kids for 15years. All we wanted to do was to go to the hotel and crawl into our Kingsize bed and and the amazing sleep of a lifetime. We both had been looking forward to this for months (technically 15years). When we got there the hotel was under construction and they said they didn’t have a Kings Size Bed as we had booked it for. So Frustrating. We woke up and there were three K Cups. Two Decafs and one regular. To get to the elevators we had to pass by construction of rooms that were going through demolition. Which, to be honest the king size bed that we booked -not being available to us was REALLY what bothered us more.

Service representative was excellent in Service and professionalism.

Clean rooms, Friendly front desk staff, great restaurant on site. they were doing renovations during my stay so there was some construction stuff around, but the noise was usually done by 4. Overall great stay!

Parking was easy. All the construction made the lobby hall messy but understood. Our rooms Bathroom was brand new so it felt very clean.
