Best Western West Greenwich Inn

In my 2 week stay, I was very satisfied with my room. The cleaning staff was helpful and efficient. Front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. I made use of the laundry and it was good. The dryer could have used a cleaning. Breakfast each morning made it easy to start my day with eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt and other choices. Only thing was they didn’t have decaf coffee, but there was a little coffee maker in my room with single serving decaf packets. Bed was comfortable, but the spread was a top sheet, blanket and towels were scratchy. The upstairs occupants were noisy, apparently had little kids so I didn’t complain, but the walls and ceiling are not soundproof at all. Overall, it was just me there for 2 weeks, I’m quiet and respectful, not demanding. Others might have a different opinion. I was pretty satisfied overall.

The breakfast selections were nice, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool and hot tub were a blast for the kids.

Very noisy between rooms. Seems people are doing extended stays. A lot of yelling and loud music. Cat sitting in room window.
