Best Western West Greenwich Inn

Personalen var fantastisk, hjälpsamma och trevliga. Rengöringsmedel slog emot en när man kom in. Det här inte trevligt. Gammalt hotell. Frukostvärdinnan var jättetrevlig och gjorde det bästa av frukosten som nog varit den sämsta på vår rundresa i USA.

In my 2 week stay, I was very satisfied with my room. The cleaning staff was helpful and efficient. Front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. I made use of the laundry and it was good. The dryer could have used a cleaning. Breakfast each morning made it easy to start my day with eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt and other choices. Only thing was they didn’t have decaf coffee, but there was a little coffee maker in my room with single serving decaf packets. Bed was comfortable, but the spread was a top sheet, blanket and towels were scratchy. The upstairs occupants were noisy, apparently had little kids so I didn’t complain, but the walls and ceiling are not soundproof at all. Overall, it was just me there for 2 weeks, I’m quiet and respectful, not demanding. Others might have a different opinion. I was pretty satisfied overall.

The breakfast selections were nice, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool and hot tub were a blast for the kids.
