Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Providence-Woonsocket by IHG

The room I booked was not what I expected went to front desk asked if it could be changed was told it was nothing could be done because I booked a third-party went back to the room. Air conditioner would not work went back to front desk asked for another room was told we don’t have another room front desk person came up and got air conditioner working 20 minutes later. Front desk person comes knocking on the door telling me he has another room by that time. I’m already in bed checked in at 10 PM at night.

I gave cleaning 3 stars because they didn't change the blanket and the sheets. The staffs were super helpful. Breakfast was so goog i liked it so much. Parking was good.

Quiet easy access to highway. Breakfast Options varied and tasty especial the hot cinnamon buns.
