Check in was super easy and fast! Room was nice, everything was good in it. Breakfast was ok, pretty decent place. Pool was warm, only downfall was that it was so humid in the pool area that it felt as if I can barely breath with all that chlorine. But other than that the place was nice!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Pool was nice but we didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was very nice as well. Really the only thing that we had trouble with was the armoire door in the room. It was unusable due to the fact it was missing screws and unattached. The rest of the room was very nice.

I have been to many Holiday Inn Express hotels in my travels. The one in Woonsocket, RI, was/is one of the best. I had been driving much for several days on a long road trip. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, I checked in, with my gear and some food, and then just relaxed in my very clean and comfortable room that night. Big TV. If you are hungry, the Patriots Diner is only a short walk across the well-lit, ample parking lot. Breakfast comes with the room, and it was tasty, offering many hot and cold choices. At check-out, Elizabeth at reception was courteous and helpful, giving me a copy of the 'Blackstone River Valley Destination Guide.' A great reference, for this and future trips. Woonsocket was the home of my parents and grandparents, where I visited many times when younger. This Holiday Inn stay was the first time I spent the night in the city in over 60 years. Very nice, and I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you.

Bed was very firm, woke up with a sore back. Room was not cleaned properly, there were toe nails on the carpet and a used q-tip on the floor in the bathroom. There was a heavy deodorizer scent masking some sort of underlying bad smells. I will not go back here

We really enjoyed our stay. The king bed was amazing and the room was clean. The only thing I would say is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof…could hear doors closing while in our room and neighbors tv or the shower running while in the hallway. Over all, great stay!

The room itself was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing I've dealt with him a few times. The amenities were good. The Internet was shoddy but they put the notice up that they were working on it. The one thing that was bothersome was regulating the air...we couldn't adjust the air so it was either freezing cold or too warm.

The room was clean and beds were clean and I appreciated that. I did not like the rude employees at the desk at night and also housekeeper is doing her job well with the exception of her foul attitude. Staff I encountered during my stay acted as if they’re too good to give me a nice experience.

When we checked the front desk guy was great, room was very nice. The following morning it was -20° out with dangerously cold winds and we had forgotten our key in room when tried to start our car. Knocked on door to get back i. quickly due to cold and staff was VERY rude and yelled while we froze outside and scolded us and then we when peoceeded to try to explain she felt the need to tell us to F@#k off! She definitely ruined a nice experience.

This visit did not go well. The door to my room didn’t close or lock well. The dryer I used did not dry my clothes so I spent $7.50 just on the dryer. Smoking is allowed outside but no where to discard cigarettes so some areas look awful with cigarette butts all over the ground. Staff was rude again and just feed me a bs story when I ask who I speak to about getting my “incidental “ fees returned to me from prior visits.

Good for a short trip. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Fridge did not get cold but we were only there one night. Lots of parking. Diner walking distance. Free hot breakfast was great and good variety. Great value only 25-30min from Gillette stadium.

Great place! The lady who was working breakfast was Fantastic! She was personable, helpful and funny. Breakfast had manny options including egg white omlets, bacon, turkey sausage, warm cinnamon rolls and more. Highly recommend and will definitely return when i need a stay in the area.

When we entered the room, the room smelled musty. The breakfast was awful. The bed was uncomfortable The rug turned my socks and my feet black,it was filthy.

I have been to many Holiday Inn Express hotels in my travels. The one in Woonsocket, RI, was/is one of the best. I had been driving much for several days on a long road trip. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, I checked in, with my gear and some food, and then just relaxed in my very clean and comfortable room that night. Big TV. If you are hungry, the Patriots Diner is only a short walk across the well-lit, ample parking lot. Breakfast comes with the room, and it was tasty, offering many hot and cold choices. At check-out, Elizabeth at reception was courteous and helpful, giving me a copy of the 'Blackstone River Valley Destination Guide.' A great reference, for this and future trips. Woonsocket was the home of my parents and grandparents, where I visited many times when younger. This Holiday Inn stay was the first time I spent the night in the city in over 60 years. Very nice, and I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you.

The desk clerk was very courteous, the staff helpful and kind. Loved the quietness. The breakfast could have been hotter the sausage was cold both days of my stay. Overall heat stay as usual.

Room was clean and tidy. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Coffee bar in entry was wonderful and breakfast was stellar. Bed was cozy and we had everything we needed. Only thing was that the bathroom door in room 309 didn’t latch, but that could be cuz no one brought it to attention of staff. Oh, and pool was heavenly after a long day out on our feet! :-) Patriots Diner across parking lot was perfect, too!

Our stay was amazing. The room was very clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that the sofa bed looked dirty so we couldn’t use it.

This stay made my top 3 worst hotel stays of my life (and I travel a lot). I was shocked at the poor condition of this hotel. When you walk in, it looks like they make it look like cleanliness is a priority. But it was disgustingly dirty. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was covered in little pieces of litter and was pulling up in places. Somehow, the room was worse. I have never seen wallpaper with so many smudges and stains. The chairs were ripped and faded. Even worse, the carpet felt slimy. I could go on, but you get the point.
