Overall the resort is reasonable. Staff are friendly but outside of the front desk, don’t speak much English, so depending on what your particular needs are it can be difficult to convey. For our short stay at end of July, the resort experienced 3 separate power cuts, 2 of which were very short in duration, however the third lasted many hours which affected the dinner service and with no running water supply, it was not possible to wash/shower and flush the toilet in your room. This was only resolved at 10pm. We had to checkout early the next morning so not sure if the hotel had issued any apologies to guests.

I liked everything about this property! It was unique with its nightly entertainment, daily encouraging staff to join in entertainment, daily entertainment for kids to give parents a break! All staff were friendly, cleaners & house keepers all smiles, & bid you a good morning. Restaurant was one of the best I have ever come across & I have traveled a lot, all freshly done, variety of breakfast, including fried, scrambled, omelettes, bacon, sausages, beans, hash browns, pancakes, & all fresh, not sitting there for hours, like I have seen in some places. Dinner amazing, steaks, lamb chops, duck, pork, all cooked fresh! The hotel is practically 3-5min walk to the beach, all shops, including mini supermarkets, Spar, Kentucky, Pizza Hut, all 5 min walk! Restaurants & bars all on the same street & the surrounding area. Bus stop 10 min walk, Airport an hours bus ride. Baby pool & swimming pool, some say a little small, but I never found the pool packed of overcrowded, I liked that there was no blaring music in my head, like some hotels seem to think you want to lay by the pool with pounding music all day, a lot of people just want to relax, read a book & enjoy the peace. The only thing that was poor was the internet in my room wasn’t really picking up on my phone, & kept disconnecting. Also the returning late night guest are very disrespectful & inconsiderate, why they have to SLAM the doors at 3am!! Why, why, can’t people just close the doors with ease!!!

Comfortable basic hotel that is fine for the price. Breakfast Buffet is good, the rooms are basic but fine for the price. Two things that we did not enjoy, the daily charge for the safe in the room and the two hotel staff dancing by the pool with loud music when you are trying to relax.

The hotel is very very basic including the buffet food. The pool is small and it feels cramped. The room itself is ok but the acoustics are poor. Overall it’s an OK hotel with all the basics for a couple nights. Venture a little further and plenty of better options!
