This place is a dump. Floor sticky, dirty and warm water at best. Just wanted a clean bed and a hot shower. Bed was clean. Part of the wall missing and door did not close well. Big gap under it. No pool. When spoke to staff he was kind but obviously did not care

Pool was closed. Bathroom paint was peeling really bad and they put painters tape to hold the chunks of peeling paint in place(!) no hot water in the shower. When I told front desk about it he told me I’m supposed to wait 10 mins for hot water to come in. What?? Are we in the 3rd world country? 2 “Queen beds” were more like oversized twin beds. Pillows were a size of a couch throw pillows - very small, thin and square. I felt like I slept on a napkin. Not going to go too much into details about the breakfast - the room conditions “took the cake”, I was so ready to get out of there that I didn’t even eat breakfast: but it was your average stale cereal, cheapest milk, yogurt and bread. Paid nearly 100$ for this because decided could save 40$ vs Hampton where I usually stay. Never again. The pics were very misleading and if I knew how bad it actually is cs the pics, I’d never book here, much less brought my kids here. This will work ONLY if you are a single guy, for just 1 night and really just need a bed and 4 walls. Do no stay here with kids or family. We didn’t feel safe.

Staff was welcoming and pleasant. The environment was quiet so I got the sleep I needed. Parking was plentiful. The building is old, much in need of updating. My room was as clean as possible given its age. The bathroom tile and grout were permanently discolored. The toilet was shaky on its base.
