I was surprised how spacious and modern the room was considering the price. The cafe onsite closed at 5pm so I missed out unfortunately but the Eastern Creek shopping centre with a great food hall is a short drive away. Car Park is not close to rooms, but a short walk (50- 70m), EV Charging is available through Exploren Network.

I booked this property for the location as it is near Westpoint Blacktown. It is very convenient. I also booked it for the pool and restaurant but both were unavailable. There was no microwave in the room so I couldn't even purchase any food that I could hear up later and I was staying for over a week! The staff were lovely though as all these issues came from the council so not their fault. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel itself was that the bed and pillows were too soft for me.

It was ok for a quick stop over. But didn’t expect to have to park with a lot of others using the sporting facility. I didn’t even realise when booking that it was inside a sporting grounds. I had to park in a restricted area and was scared my car would be towed away. As for the room itself, it had the bare essentials, no microwave no toaster. The tv didn’t work as they had some sort of tech problem, I asked for help and the guy said he would be up soon. He never showed. Then when I gave up waiting I went to go to office and he closed up and went home.

Check-in was smooth but I was disappointed when the information provided advised there was food available till 5pm only to be told the kitchen was closed at 3.30. I arrived at 4pm. My only option was fast foods 10 mins walk away or the vending machine which only had 2 minute noodles, chips or chocolate. I arrived in my room to an overwhelming smell of sewage, it was unbearable. Thankfully I was able to be moved to another room which turned out to be the disability access room but at least it didn't smell. The venue was way back of the road which reduced road noise.

I love this place, it's great... and the staff are kind, courteous and attentive. Since my last stay, they've added complimentary tea and coffee to the room. It's modern, spacious and very clean, and in a great, quiet location. There is ample parking in close proximity, and the gated security is a bonus. The free guest WiFi is very fast, and it's a nice touch to walk into your room and see a welcome screen with your name on the TV. In the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger... I'll be back!

The Lodge is a nice, quiet location with easy driving distance to the Blue Mountains. It is very close to the Sydney Zoo and Featherdale Animal Park. My only complaint was that the air conditioning seemed to turn off in the middle of the night, so my son and I both got quite sweaty.

Plenty of space and easy to use TV, the counter service was fantastic! Any question I had, I was given a satisfactory answer and the whole experience of arriving and departing was easy and we felt VERY welcome. We will definitely be staying again!

Booked through Expedia to pay at the property with free cancellation. To complete the booking a credit card was required. Normally I use PayPal to avoid giving out my card details in case they try to use your credit card. Sure enough they tried 2 times to charge a $100 property damage fee outside of the Expedia booking. It is refundable within 2 weeks!! They instantly take your money but you need to wait 2 weeks to get it back. They emailed us to confirm the booking which we did. Anyway when we got there to check in as there was a concert in Sydney that weekend they had not kept our booking. We eventually found a room kilometres away from the reason we had come to Sydney in the first place. So, beware they will make charges outside of your Expedia booking!

Property is lovely. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very clean. The only problem is when you check in after 9pm. Noone picks up the phone to assist as reception is closed and the main gate is also closed. It will be easier if the reception before closing tell the customers security number to call. Security assist but they are not always at the main gate and if you haven't been there before, you wouldn't know that there is another way to get in. Also if you have a request just call as if you message the property, you will never get the reply back. Rest it is a great place to stay.

Firstly, there was a hidden $100 bond fee that was not disclosed on the website or during the booking process, catching us off guard upon check-in. The lack of basic information provided at check-in, such as how to use amenities like the air conditioning and connect to the Wi-Fi, was frustrating. Furthermore, the presence of locked gates at night was not communicated to us, resulting in us having to contact security to let us in after returning from an event. To top it off, the check-in attendant was rude and displayed an arrogant attitude when we attempted to transfer payment for our room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor communication, lack of amenities, and disrespectful staff members.

This was a great find for our family. The Hotel is located within a sports park with an amazing kids playground, lots of fields and other activities right out the door. Also a reasonably safe space for kids to run around. Opposite the hotel is a baseball stadium for the local Sydney team. We were lucky that there was a series of games on while we were there and they let us in free because we stayed at the hotel. Close to the hotel is Raging Rapids water park and the Sydney Zoo. You can also get to the local train station for a hassle free ride into the city. We were given a spacious room, that was simple but everything we needed. It seemed the hotel only opened recently so the staff were finding their way but super friendly. Highly recommend this place.

We were lucky that there was a series of games on while we were there and they let us in free because we stayed at the hotel. Close to the hotel is Raging Rapids water park and the Sydney Zoo. You can also get to the local train station for a hassle free ride into the city. We were given a spacious room, that was simple but everything we needed. It seemed the hotel only opened recently so the staff were finding their way but super friendly. Highly recommend this place.

The Lodge is a nice, quiet location with easy driving distance to the Blue Mountains. It is very close to the Sydney Zoo and Featherdale Animal Park. My only complaint was that the air conditioning seemed to turn off in the middle of the night, so my son and I both got quite sweaty.

I was surprised how spacious and modern the room was considering the price. The cafe onsite closed at 5pm so I missed out unfortunately but the Eastern Creek shopping centre with a great food hall is a short drive away. Car Park is not close to rooms, but a short walk (50- 70m), EV Charging is available through Exploren Network.

I booked this property for the location as it is near Westpoint Blacktown. It is very convenient. I also booked it for the pool and restaurant but both were unavailable. There was no microwave in the room so I couldn't even purchase any food that I could hear up later and I was staying for over a week! The staff were lovely though as all these issues came from the council so not their fault. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel itself was that the bed and pillows were too soft for me.

Check-in was smooth but I was disappointed when the information provided advised there was food available till 5pm only to be told the kitchen was closed at 3.30. I arrived at 4pm. My only option was fast foods 10 mins walk away or the vending machine which only had 2 minute noodles, chips or chocolate. I arrived in my room to an overwhelming smell of sewage, it was unbearable. Thankfully I was able to be moved to another room which turned out to be the disability access room but at least it didn't smell. The venue was way back of the road which reduced road noise.

The hotel is close to all baseball/softball diamonds. Rooms are fine. The cafe is onsite is great except it closes at 5.00pm every night. Closest food is McDonalds. Parking is limited when events are on. The hotel does not have its own parking area. First day, they didn't make the bed, forgot to replenish teabags and milk. Second night forgot teabags again. Reception staff were busy eating their dinner. As the location is close to facilities we would stay again.

If you're requiring accomodation for something nearby let alone within the International Sporting Complex itself this place is unbeatable. No frills but super clean, tidy and comfortable, friendly staff, fantastic service, free parking and great cafe and amenity within the complex. Spent a whole week here for a sporting tournament but also travelled easily into the city to show the kids around the sites and saved a tonne of money at the same time compared to other alternatives. We loved it!
