ICK experience… I booked this hotel given the Wyndham brand. I got into bed and it had sand/grit on the sheets at the feet - so I promptly got out of bed and pulled back the sheets. They were wrinkled and dirty! It was clear the bed had not been changed from the previous guest. I called the front desk. Housekeeping was already gone for the night, so the front desk clerk brought me up another set of sheets - to change myself. No other rooms were available. Also, I got there late (after the pool/amenities were closed) and checked out early (before amenities were open) - yet was charged a $20 fee for these. At checkout, when I inquired about a credit or comp of my room given the unclean state of it and the fact that I did not use the amenities, I was instructed to email their manager. Sent multiple emails, no response ever received.

Description when booking said ocean view. It was NOT! When I think ocean view I expect to be able to see the beach from my balcony. The room we originally got was across the street from the beach and the ocean view was blocked by trees. When back to the office and she was able to upgrade my room of course for a fee which was more than what I paid $240 more! So total to get a REAL ocean view it was $450! Ok now let's talk about the hotel itself., kinda cheap looking and not really that nice. Stuff in the room were broken and dirty. You can open the fridge or the freezer because it was blocked by the door. The mattress covers were stained and dirty. The outside chairs on the balcony were broken. The wallpaper was peeling and the shower rod was rusted. For almost $600 ($450 +deposit ) I expected better than that! Probably won't be returning!!

The main issue we had was the roaches, first room we checked into had American and German roaches. The lady in the front office allowed us to check out 2 other additional rooms but it seemed to have the same issue. The cleaning would be the other issue, leftover bottles and trash under the beds and dirty piss stained toilet seats, I personally wouldn’t check in here again with my family
