The beds were really comfortable. All the typical amenities that Hilton provides. We had a great stay! My husband wasn’t a fan of the egg/bagel part of breakfast and wished they would go back to regular scrambled eggs and meat, but there’s so much to choose from we had other options. The pool was clean and the lobby coffee was always full!

The property is under construction. The room we were assigned had styrofoam blowing in through the air conditioning unit. The front desk person vacuumed it up right away but it kept blowing in. He gave us another room which was huge! We loved the extra room.

Reserved on hotels.com. Room was in good condition, clean, hot water, no funky odors. Reserved a room here because it was pet friendly, completely unaware that an additional $65 fee was charged, so close to $400 for one room for one night with a pet. Receptionist had issues adding the pet charge and had to leave a physical note to charge my card. Always a precarious situation, as now I have to wait and see if any other mystery charges will be applied. There should be a place when making a reservation to include pets, so you are aware of all charges up front. Not I already paid a non-refundable $300 for the night, now when I check in, I either pay an additional $65, or be out $300 and not have a place to stay for the night.

The outside was being renovated. inside was nice until the air conditioning/heat came on. Then it blew tiny bits of styrofoam everywhere. The windows were covered with opaque plastic. It should have been closed during renovation, How dangerous is breathing styrofoam dust? Don't know and neither did they.

I like that we did not hear any traffic or revving motorcycles. I did not like the elevators. My husband got temporarily stuck in one for about a minute. The maintenance guy got stuck in it as well but was able to pry it open. The opened and closed that particular elevator multiple times throughout our 4 night stay ( if you’re looking at the elevators, it’s the one on the left ). Love the fresh baked cookies at the front desk and the variety of breakfast items

We stayed here 4 days while house hunting, originally it was just supposed to be 2 but my wife was so comfortable she wanted to stay longer. The staff was incredibly helpful as I asked for a ground floor near an exit for my service dog and they made sure I was, even when we switched rooms.

The room just did not have that Hampton clean look and fresh appearance. We would always stay at numerous Hampton's when traveling and this one was dirty. Our rooms carpet near the sofa was stained, bathroom ceiling leaked at one time and was patched with an unfinished look. The dining room chairs were stained and looked very dirty.

Stayed here for one night with the family. The rooms and breakfast areas was very clean. Staff was great. We thought the breakfast was pretty good also. Good variety of choices. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel to include our room was extremely clean. The room itself was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There was an ironing board and iron in the closet that came in extremely useful. All the basic amenities like soap, shampoo, lotion were in the room in case you left something at home, plus the refrigerator and coffee machine both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was very accommodating and provided many tasty options. The location of the hotel is convenient for those visiting both Conway and Myrtle Beach being located on the main thoroughfare between the two. I have nothing but praise for this facility and will use it again if given the opportunity.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly woman at front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable and clean. The were several bugs in the room and a cockroach was in the bed and crawled on us. We did not stay in the room and need a refund. We had to leave the room at 11:30 and drive very tired for hours to get to a new hotel.

Air stopped working, even called and couldn’t make it work. One of the beds was either broken or unhinged. Sitting, rolling over and tried moving it but nothing worked. Any movement kept is up. The cleaning staff was loud and had no regard for others that may be still sleeping. Good options for breakfast. Walls in bathroom could be cleaned.

They may want to warn customers on the first floor rooms how noisy it is at breakfast time. It feels like your bed is in the middle of the room where breakfast is served. You can hear every conversation. Not cool.

Hotel is nice, good snack/breakfast options. Rooms have everything you need as far as toiletries, soaps, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Just did not sleep well because of the beds. Mattresses are way too soft, give zero support. Left a day early because of this. Didnt use any amenities so cant comment on those.

I didn't like the fact that it didn't have smart. TV, the tub was rusty a little the toilet with extra small the lamp beside the bed didn't work overall. It was okay.They just need to do a lot of updates

Both encounters with the women at the front desk were exceptional ! Now, the doors in our room where a bit hard to shut and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. Other than that part the room was great overall. Lastly, while leaving the breakfast attended was rude while we were getting something to go but i chose to ignore it. Great place overall and I would love to come back !

Hotel was great... room clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast also was great. Area was quite busy although the hotel was built well enough that it wasn't noisy. We will be staying here again.

The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel to include our room was extremely clean. The room itself was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There was an ironing board and iron in the closet that came in extremely useful. All the basic amenities like soap, shampoo, lotion were in the room in case you left something at home, plus the refrigerator and coffee machine both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was very accommodating and provided many tasty options. The location of the hotel is convenient for those visiting both Conway and Myrtle Beach being located on the main thoroughfare between the two. I have nothing but praise for this facility and will use it again if given the opportunity.

Had a weekend visit to the Myrtle Beach area, the hotel was close to a number of restaurants, shopping places, and just 10-15 min drive to the beach! Nice property and staff, a bit of traffic to deal with but that’s not the fault of the hotel! Would Def stay again!

Everything about this Hampton Inn was a 10! Breakfast was how a breakfast bar should be - cereal, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, waffles, coffee, creamers, fruit! We will plan to stay here again when visiting our CCU student.

The breakfast was awesome. Hot variety of food choices. Menu changes each day. They have lots of options and will stay open longer if guest come late. I definitely will stay again when in the area. I will definitely look for Hilton Hampton in other locations.

The beds were really comfortable. All the typical amenities that Hilton provides. We had a great stay! My husband wasn’t a fan of the egg/bagel part of breakfast and wished they would go back to regular scrambled eggs and meat, but there’s so much to choose from we had other options. The pool was clean and the lobby coffee was always full!

Great stay. Clean. Quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Typical hotel breakfast but the staff constantly cleaned the tables and breakfast area which was nice. You didn’t have to sit at a sticky table.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is what you’d expect for hotel breakfast but the area is kept very clean and restocked. Would be nice if pool towels were offered. Recommend highly

Hotel needs to be renovated. Sheetrock around the window was breaking off. The hardware in the tub had mildew around it. The bed was very uncomfortable …soft and indentions in the mattress where others have layed. The coffee that was available at breakfast was horrible!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say is they advertise two queen beds and they are actually full beds. I know that some may not think that’s a big difference but it is. Other than that, the coffee was always hot no matter what time of the day breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the cleaning service. Breakfast was fantastic. Only issue we had was the air conditioner rattled, but a little trap on the cover fixed it.
