Great stay! Just needs more cleaning on the hot tubs. Drink prices was sky high at several dollars for a beer and 15 on a margarita..

My room looked just like the pictures. Check in was easy and fast. The pool was dirty all of them including the lazy river. No roaches in the room that I saw. Best view wifi kinda sucks and parking garage is set up really unsafe.

Staff was very nice when arriving. Parking was limited but not bad. Loved all the pools and hot tubs! Walking distance to restaurants and great restaurant on site. Starbucks on site. Located right on beach. Definitely will stay again.

The room were very nice! Clean and modern! Gorgeous oceanfront view! There were 2 pools, one indoor, one outdoor, lazy river, a jacuzzi, one water slide that my kids loved and a splash pad that was pretty run down. The pools were all heated. There was a tiki bar by the pool and a restaurant above the pool area, a starbucks built into the lobby and a putput area on one of the upper floors. Very family friendly. I would definitely book here again.

The workout gym was horrendous no cleaning supplies barely any working equipment and the water bubbler was moldy. Very humid no air circulation.

1 out of the 3 hot tubs was working properly, the key cards to the doors did not work they changed my rooms twice and still had a faulty lock. The lazy river wasn’t working at all for the 3 days we stayed.

smokers in the children's area, I do not recommend this place, do not take your family there. The common areas and the pool are full of smokers, and when you file a complaint, the management does nothing.

Excellent stay. family of 6 including 2 under 5. Kids loved the kiddie pools and we all enjoyed the heated pools and lazy river. Staff was friendly, clean, easy parking, direct access to the beach. I wish the DJ couldve played longer.

Ants all over our balcony, so we couldn't enjoy that. Believe fire ants. And the hallways and our room smelled horrific from urine I assume

We were put in a queen bed room instead of the king room we payed for. The air conditioners have mold in the vents. The floors were absolutely horrid. We wore socks the whole time we were in the room. There was what looked like poop on the wall in the bathroom. The showers had black grime around the edges and the back door had a gap about 1/4" wide so the cool air vacuumed right out. The sheets had light brown colour stains on them we had to ask for new ones. It wasnt worth the money we paid for 3 nights.

Stay away!! Check in time was supposed to be 4PM. We got there at 5:30 PM and was told our room wasn’t ready yet. They said they would call us. We went to dinner and they called about 6:30 PM. (The hotel did not appear to be anywhere near 100% occupancy.) In getting to our room, the hallways were noticeably trashy. The room appears to have been updated in the past few years, but there were holes in the room-darkening drapes….the floor was “gritty” and even sticky near the air conditioner. The safe in the room was shut, so we had no access. I called about it and they said they would inform the “tech guy”, but nobody ever showed up. You have to sign something stating that the hotel is not responsible for anything stolen from your car or room. So we had to carry our valuables with us every day. They NEVER cleaned our room for the three days we were there. They came in at some point during our time out and set clean towels & a new roll of toilet paper in a chair. They didn’t even remove the used towels, they never changed the linens, nor swept or vacuumed. They emptied our trash, but they just set it in the hallway and it stayed there for days. Even the light fixtures were dated and rusted. We would never return to this hotel. There is NOTHING “GRAND” about it. The staff was terribly unconcerned about the customers. One more thing about check-in: They offered the option of a REFUNDABLE (large) deposit OR a NON-REFUNDABLE (smaller amount) deposit. Never heard of that.

The resort is decent very kid friendly and right on the beach. however there was PILES of dirty towels outside of my room up until we left, the floors in the room was so dirty the bottom of our socks were black as well as the shower curtain. I wish they took more pride in the cleanliness of the resort

This is my third time staying at the resort. My family and I usually book an annual trip to Myrtle Beach. PROS: This is normally my resort of choice because of the number of pools, kiddie pools, saunas, lazy river and they're heated! Friendly staff, neighborhood feels safe, and nice oceanfront condos with a full kitchen and other amenities. CONS: The condo didn't seem to be cleaned well. While we usually wear flops in hotels, we kicked our shoes off once we arrived and within seconds our socks or soles of our feet were covered in black dirt. I took a wipe and wiped the floor, and sure enough more black dirt. They did do well with keeping sand out. There were also leftover icecream wrappers in the drawers in one of the rooms. When we pulled the sofa bed out there was a used half towel on the bed. This was enough for us to go into a cleaning frenzy to protect ourselves and children. All other pools were heated except for the kiddie pool when they probably could benefit from it the most. There was lettuce and other debris floating in the lazy river. There were women smoking cigarettes continuously in the pool section even though there were clear signs that said NO SMOKING. One of the elevators was malfunctioning, shaking, and often skipping floors.

The unit was in poor condition and very dirty. The ac unit was rusting out at the bottom. The furniture was in poor condition. It was very noisy. Our first night a fight broke out at 4am in front of our unit with extremely profane language. Needless to say we spent one night and checked out! Awful experience.

This is our fave resort. We usually have a great time but this time wasn’t anything great. Room was dirty upon arrival and not the oceanfront we booked. Getting towels was a headache and the sheets were dirty. Manager was nice but some of the staff was unfriendly and mean when asking for help.

Rooms were so dirty. Black mold in the bathrooms and AC vents. Floors were so dirty we had to purchase swifters to clean them. Towels had stains on them. Cockroaches were everywhere by the elevators and resort garbages. Place is run down and understaffed. The parking garage is also very tight. Would not recommend staying here. Elevators smell like mildew.

I did not like the fact that one set of the blackout drapes was missing, so not dark and no privacy. Staff were very nice and it was nice to have parking garage. I did report drape problem 3 times but no one bothered to fix.

Overall good, parking garage was massive so better remember what floor you left your car. Beds were comfy, good space for 7 at a crazy good price! Would love to stay longer some day!

Bed are was to small for 2 beds Bathroom was tight are as well.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had were the cars at night revving their motors and blowing horns on the parking deck. The rooms wrap around the parking deck and it was very noisy.

Our main complaint is regarding the room we reserved. We booked our stay for a North Ocean View Junior Suite, opting for the additional room over a direct ocean view, both for the comfort of our family of 6 and to give our oldest child more maneuvering room, as they use a walker or arm crutches to assist with walking. This suite has two queen beds and a king bed in a separate room. Upon arrival, we get checked in, go to the 6th floor, and find our room has a King bed, pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed. Also the bathroom was so small, or oldest child could not functionally use it. We went back to the front desk to speak with management. Apparently, we were "upgraded" to this ocean view room with no notice. We asked to be moved to the room we booked, but another family had been placed in the last functional suite available, because they checked in before us. Management did at least move us to a room with a more accessible bathroom on the 9th floor, but it was still the same configuration as the 6th floor room. My issue with this whole experience is that there was no notice during booking on Hotels.com, on the Grand Cayman Resort website, in follow-up emails, or via text or call that notified our room could simply be changed without our input or knowledge. A manager on duty simply made the decision on what appears to be a simple first-come, first-serve basis, despite the fact the resort specifically states check-in is at 4pm and we were at the front desk at that time.

Property is a little dated, especially in the hallway/parking garage area. Would be nice if the put new carpet in these areas. Seems a lot of the wear in tear in the rooms has been renovated but spring breakers seem to damage the room and the hotel is struggling to keep up with some maintenance. Overall the rooms were quiet as they muffled the DJ that goes from 11-11 at the pool. Staff was nice and helpful, and room was clean despite negative reviews on this.

Room provided was NOT OCEANFRONT.

Oceanfront room. The room was very nice, but the bathtub/shower drained real slow. I really enjoyed my stay

Moderate priced property. Newly refurbished, nice having dining options close by. Room was big and adequate for all our needs.

“Ocean View” was extremely over rated! Our view was of street front of adjacent hotel. If leaned over balcony rail and looked down side of building, a small snippet of ocean could be found! The room was nice with updated finishes, nice mattresses and pillows! The pool area and Lazy River was overrun by small children. Very crowded! Noisy! But rental was at the height of vacay season.

This was the worst place i have ever stayed in. The lady at the reception desk was not friendly at all. She mixed our rooms did not want to listen my explanation about the bookings. Our rooms were far apart even after i had called and requsted that our rooms be next to each other. The rooms were smelly. When it rained, puddles if water collected in the hallway which presented a serious fall risk. We told the lady at reception and she just looked at us like we were crazy. There was no hospitality whatsoever. The sildes were not working and we were told they had been closed for a while but this was not mentioned when we booked

Staff was not very pleasant. No one smiled... they just looked mad. Other than the starbucks folks and the concierge lady... no one was friendly. Jeff was pretty cool. I almost canceled my reservation, but couldn't find another hotel for the time frame needed. I will never stay there again.

We stayed in a three-bedroom condo, which was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The location was definitely a highlight—it’s just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I would not return to this property. Despite arriving more than three hours after the stated check-in time, our room was still not ready. There was no apology, compensation, or even a small gesture like drink vouchers offered to make up for the inconvenience. Throughout our stay, we reached out multiple times for basic services such as fresh towels and supplies, but our requests were either ignored or never followed up on. There was also a noticeable lack of communication—no welcome information was provided, and we were simply told to check the website for everything from menus to pool hours. While the pool area was enjoyable at times, it was often dirty and was closed on more than one occasion during our visit. The overall condition of the property was disappointing as well. The parking garage, hallways, and other common areas were worn down and in need of serious maintenance. Inside our condo, we had water dripping from ceiling vents, which created a constant mess and a safety concern. The location alone isn’t enough to make up for the lack of hospitality and poor maintenance. For the price, you can definitely find a better, more reliable place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others.

Front desk was rude when calling from room. Asked for maintenance and someone to look at room. Air conditioners left trail of water covering living room area. Covered it my self with bath mat. Not over safe as the patio was also covered in water with a place to drain. Housekeeping left towels on bed but emptied trash leaving trail of coffee grounds. Didn’t refill coffee thank goodness I took my own.view from room beautiful

Everything about the resort was good, but we almost had to go home because Expedia doesn’t let you know that you have to be 21 to stay at the property. we had to call and get our reservation switched to my moms name and Expedia canceled it instead of fixing it. The people at the front got me a new room tho bless them

The staff were super friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Clean rooms, very comfy beds. Minor cosmetic problems (rips in the sofa & the sofa mattress seemed to be very stained & old). We passed on using it. My son enjoyed the pool area as well. Would stay again!

Place was very clean and had a lot of places to relax.. Also staff was great and friendly and food was great.. Definitely will be back someday and highly recommend

The receptionist did not have my reservation even though I told her my expedia conf. #....Then she walked away from the front desk for 5 mins without a word to me. Then she put me in a room that even the room cleaning person did not know where the room was. I asked if the room had an ocean view. She said yes. When we got to the room it had a view of the hiway and was super noisy. I went out to the front desk and told a different person to change our room to a room with an ocean view. She apologized for putting us in such a terrible 2nd floor room and gave us a great room with a primo view. I recommend checking out the room before paying!!!! The receptionist should also be reprimended.

Great location and lots to do on property.

I liked the location and resort was decent. I did not like that the staff didnt check my ID not even at check in. Just asked for my name and gave me keys. Every question i asked was IDK. But other then that it was a decent stay and the cleanliness was decent. I would stay there again, hopefully staff is better.

We love the easy beachfront access and pools, as well as the clean, updated rooms at Grande Cayman Resort. We've always stayed in a 3-bedroom oceanfront condo with no issues. Parking is tight for larger SUVs, trucks, and vans though.

I liked the easy access to the beach, right next to our pool, it was great. The location very nice and quiet, just few minutes driving to dinning and groceries.

The resort was amazing, but the staff is ridiculously rude!! I only met one staff member that was super sweet. Starting from check in, I was rushed and the man was helping two of us at a time. I wasn’t told anything except “sign here. Here’s your key”. I had to call the main office to get more info. Then the house keeping was making rounds and cleaning peoples rooms, giving them towels, sweeping, etc. when she got to my room she didn’t give us any towels and she told my husband “your wife can clean” well yes, I can. But I’m on vacation and that’s what you’re paid to do. But whatever, I cleaned anyways, since I’ve been doing it the whole trip. But why treat us different than everyone else??? Other than the terrible staff, the place itself is nice. We loved the heated pools!

Wanted an oceanfront but received somewhat of an ocean view. The restaurant onsite made up for it. Great breakfast even better dinner. Wait staff was awesome. This place is wonderful for families or couples getaway.

The way we were yelled at by one of the staff by the pool, the way I had to keep calling to get someone to bring us more coffee, there was hair in our nachos from the Turtle Cafe, our room lock ran out of batteries, we couldn’t go inside our room & we had to wait 1 hour to have it fixed, our first room had issues .. the bathroom holder was broken, the king beds’ sheets was stained, the shower wall in the double beds was dirty.

It was a good stay but we got there around 7 and putt putt had already closed. Starbucks had already closed. Lazy river was closed.
