Old and outdated, sheets were stained, elevator was busted, whole hotel smelled of weed, chairs in pool area had large holes in them. Had police there 2 out if the 3 days we stayed.

Hotel was older, with a single elevator that broke down multiple times during our stay. Highly inconvenient with 3 young children and a toddler with a room on tbe 5th floor. Pool was a good size, though chairs and fence could be updated. Staff was nice as could be, and the room was clean but the patio door was hard to open and close - another older piece of equipment they need to replace.

If you offer a kitchenette please put a couple pieces of dishes in it the basics a skillet a small pot a couple utensils please please please fix the elevator have at least one ice machine on the property working it's summer people use a lot of ice there wasn't any in the building

The staff was friendly. No breakfast area. The elevator is scary. Sometimes it’ll shake. One time it went up to my floor door never opened on went back down to the first floor. We used to stairs the whole time there. Floor leading to the office needs to be fixed. Repaint the place. While I was leaving I saw a cleaning cart but there wasn’t any linen or towels on it but the person was fixing the bed. That made me wonder if the sheets and other items are clean.

This is after a lifetime of traveling, officially the worst hotel i have ever found. The elevator if it actually made it to the 7th floor was terrifying and stunk of pee. Other times floor 7 wouldn't happen just shaking and a stuck door. Push the button for 6, you end up on 5. The room was filthy. No idea if it was red wine or blood, and i didn't want to find out, the mattress miraculously had probably clean sheets but the mattress was also so old it couldn't support an average size adult without caving in. The coffee maker was great other than the fact that there was no coffee pot with it. The air conditioning was either ice station zebra and noisy. Or relatively comfortable temp and as loud as a mack truck in a tunnel. Strange thing is when you turn it off the numbers go away, but it keeps running and some how gets louder. If you cannot brave the elevator make sure to look at the deep and penetrating rust on the stairs especially on the structural sides of the stairs. Technically the property does have a pool. If you are okay with being in the center of the parking lot. Oh and if you book through anyone but them they charge you $10 per night before they will let you check in.

It was pleasant. Only complaint was the pool chairs need to be replaced. I bought my own. Other than that it was wonderful. Will be back again in the late summer. Staff was exceptional as well. Be prepared to pay a cash deposit, you can pay with a card but it takes up to a week to get back, as with cash you get it out upon check out.

We had a really nice stay. Ramon, our concierge, was really helpful and gave us ideas of where to eat and other things to do. The rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Only negative thing I have to say was sketchy elevator: we were a little afraid to get on it. And the LOUD music in the pool area after 9 pm. It woke me up and I worked the night before, on the road early and could have used that sleep. It did not get quiet out there until almost 1am. An 8 out of 10, all in all.

Run down, mold in rooms, ceiling leaking. That was the first room got moved to another. There was no mold or ceiling leak in it. There was a hole punched in the door. Elevator is small with no air or fan and we got stuck in it 3 times in 4 days. Hotel is hot except for the rooms itself. Staff is friendly, right across the street to the beach maybe a 2 minute walk if that. Pool is cleaned daily which is nice. Ice machine didn’t work. We was on the 7th floor so when the elevator was down you had to walk all 7 flights of stairs in the heat. Needs updated

The hotel is not new but the room was clean. Bed soft. Myrtle Beach itself is really noisy so I suggest earplugs. It was extremely convenient to the beach on the other side of the street. Parking was easy as well. For the price, this is a decent place to stay.

The room was OK. The hospitality and service was A1 very good service but the lobby the halls smelled like pee and it was dirty. The room was very clean though I found that pretty odd other than that four out 4 out of 10

I booked this hotel as a last minute change. Initially I was skeptical especially after reading some reviews but we had no issues at all! To my delight the room was clean. The sheets were clean with not spots or stains. The bed was uber comfortable. No bugs of any kind. The bathroom was clean as well as the tub and there was plenty of towels. My husband pointed out how the carpet looked quite clean as well. The air conditioner worked great! It had us shivering. The hotel is older as is a lot of the other hotels in Myrtle Beach. But we always saw the staff cleaning in the halls and the parking lot. And for the price it was worth it. Location is wonderful. Right across from the public access to the beach. We would definitely book with them again.

Great staff, clean rooms, conveniently located walking distance to the grocery store, doller general and several restaurants & stores! Plus have a great view of ocean blvd and a slice of heaven with peek views of the ocean and can still hear the waves!

My bedroom had a horrible cigarette and mold smell. The air conditioner worked great, nice and cold... But was so loud when it would turn on every few minutes that it kept me up all night. The elevator broke down while we were there, and we weren't surprised because it was super sketchy. Overall, the staff was nice and attentive. The pool was fine... Minus the fact that all of the pool chairs were busted and not usable. My refrigerator leaked all over the floor... He floor was sticky... Bed was comfortable... No bugs...

The hotel itself looks a bit shabby on the outside but the rooms look to be newly renovated, very spacious, very big flat screen Roku Tv, comfortable bed, no bedbugs or bugs in general and the WiFi service was great. 10/10 definitely would recommend. Great for couple trips

It was just so outdated! Even the main door and sliding glass door were extremely hard to open and close!!! Had to pull up hard just to open and close it. Would never stay there again. Pretty low end area. Very noisy at night.

The hotel was older but in good condition. The room was nice and clean but the sliding door was broken and hard to open. The shower rod was broken fell down twice. Other than that the beds were clean and linen was enough for two days. Had a fridge and coffee. Microwave too. For the price it was fine cuz we went there all day we went out.

Had an another great stay at Quail Inn and Suites! I’m attending Culinary at international Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach and booked the business suite and it was perfect there’s a living area with a desk and a separate sleeping area to separate the 2. Thanks staff at Qusil Inn and Suites

I needed a place to sleep for two nights due to a fishing trip. It mostly served that purpose. I have no complaints about the room itself. It was clean, the beds allowed comfortable sleep, and the showers were hot. My only complaint is that the building did not adequately block out the noisy streets. The first night, the streets were extremely busy with late-night traffic and partiers. It was hard to get the sleep that I needed for the next day. On top of that, rowdy people were hanging out on their balconies and yelling drunken nonsense late into the night. If it was not for that, it would have been a fine experience.

There was a sewage type smell in our room. It was so awful that air fresheners didn't touch it. One of the beds you rolled into the middle- making it hard to sleep without being on top of one another. The WiFi didn't work- maintenance was called but never showed. The in room phone didn't work. The knobs on the oven were barely holding on. No pots or pans or anything to cook with- so to use the kitchen that came with the room- we had to go buy stuff. Elevator barely fit our family and was not ventilated at all. I tried really hard to be optimistic and that we only needed a place to lay our heads at night but it was just overwhelmingly bad. Overall, I will never stay here again. The amount of money my family spent should have been used elsewhere.
There was a sewage type smell in our room. It was so awful that air fresheners didn't touch it. One of the beds you rolled into the middle- making it hard to sleep without being on top of one another. The WiFi didn't work- maintenance was called but never showed. The in room phone didn't work. We specified we’d be checking in around 7-8pm and were told that was fine. Arrived at 7:45pm and the lobby was locked and the lights were off, so we couldn’t get in to check in. There was a sign on the door that had been weathered (so it wasn’t new) that said “we close at 5pm daily and don’t reopen until 9am”. After waiting and calling and trying to see if there was a misunderstanding, Expedia reps were very helpful in getting us assigned to a new hotel to stay at for the weekend.

You’re responsible for taking out the trash yourself, as housekeeping doesn’t handle it. The exhaust fan was broken, which was inconvenient. We arrived about three hours early for check-in, and they charged us $25 for the early check-in. Additionally, there’s no security for the building; the elevator doesn’t require a key card, so anyone can access different floors. It didn’t feel safe at all!

Thomas, the receptionist took such good care of my family and I. I booked 2 rooms but one of them was booked for a whole different date which was my fault by accident. He took his time and made a few calls to see if their was anything available for same day. Someone canceled and immediately let us know! He was very polite and explained everything very well. Also, the beach was a 2 minute walk! Will book again in the future!

I had a worst experience of a hotel policy or action, the hotel had no staff on sunday after 5pm. We went out in the morning and returned at 6 pm to relax. But our room access card was locked and we could not get it unlocked, we tried all the possible phone numbers. On the office door it is mentioned to call an emergency number we never knew what was the emergency number and we tried to reach the next door roommates for the receipt and to assist with any emergency numbers and nothing was mentioned... almost we waited for 2 hrs outside and couldn't do anything and finally booked another hotel to stay for that night. I was with my family, my father in law is 78yrs old on a wheelchair, we had to skip all his medicine and my insulins for that night and it was on my birthday we had plans of cutting my birthday cake for that night. everything turned out bad. The next day when we returned the staff said there is no emergency number, the number they mentioned is to call police. There were another 2 families with the same situation on that day.

We had a really nice stay. Ramon, our concierge, was really helpful and gave us ideas of where to eat and other things to do. The rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Only negative thing I have to say was sketchy elevator: we were a little afraid to get on it. And the LOUD music in the pool area after 9 pm. It woke me up and I worked the night before, on the road early and could have used that sleep. It did not get quiet out there until almost 1am. An 8 out of 10, all in all.

I paid for my room 3 weeks in advance. Showed up for my room and was told they overbooked and there was no room available for me. The desk clerk was rude and inconsiderate. I had to go and pay three times the rate that I was promised by this shady hotel. When I asked about my refund, they told me they couldn’t help me and to take it up with Expedia. Unbelievable.I would never ever do business with this hotel.

It was just so outdated! Even the main door and sliding glass door were extremely hard to open and close!!! Had to pull up hard just to open and close it. Would never stay there again. Pretty low end area. Very noisy at night.

The staff was friendly. No breakfast area. The elevator is scary. Sometimes it’ll shake. One time it went up to my floor door never opened on went back down to the first floor. We used to stairs the whole time there. Floor leading to the office needs to be fixed. Repaint the place. While I was leaving I saw a cleaning cart but there wasn’t any linen or towels on it but the person was fixing the bed. That made me wonder if the sheets and other items are clean.

The manager at the front desk was very helpful and well aware of the property. The elevator was having issues due to a power surge in the area and informed us of the situation. He went out of his way to accommodate us to reset the elevator so we didn't have to walk up to the 7th floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking wasn't an issue and didn't experience any problems with our stay. If I was to complain about anything, it would be related to the lack of kitchen items - ie cookware, dishes, utensils. We reserved the room, because we wanted a kitchen to cook in, but there were no supplies. When the listing includes a kitchen, a note to the customer should be applied about the lack of kitchenware and that it should be supplied by the customer.

Great staff, clean rooms, conveniently located walking distance to the grocery store, doller general and several restaurants & stores! Plus have a great view of ocean blvd and a slice of heaven with peek views of the ocean and can still hear the waves!

I was very surprised bye how bad this place looked a bunch of people hanging around the staircase ! Had to wait for for a while because there was nobody at the front desk for us to get keys for the room and we found the room chair was wet from the ceiling leaking ! Just very bad

It was a decent stay. We were just a block away from the beach. We arrived on Thursday evening and left Sunday morning. The pool was decent for the kids especially after sundown. The only drawback was climbing the stairs to the 5th floor. The elevator was so slow, I would beat everyone to the 5th floor every time. I turned that into my workout 14 steps per floor. 👍

This place was so horrible. After check in we left to find something else. I wasn't going to get my money back but it didn't matter, there was no way we could stay there. My daughter told a giant roach it couldn't stay and kicked it out the door to the outside and the door wasn't even open! You could see the outside all around 3 sides, a whole 2 inches busted off the bottom of the door. The bed was right by that door with no AC, only in the other end , the front room had AC. The sliding glass door didn't shut completely & it was really difficult to open. The toilet was working properly. The elevator was so tiny, hot, & dilapidated, it didn't work well, which had everyone waiting so long. Every where I looked it was just dirty, crumbling, outdated, & unsafe( in so many ways!) The photos had us thinking it was doable, but don't be deceived.
