Baymont by Wyndham Richburg - Chester Area

Hotel was convenient; parking and check-in easy. DId not eat the breakfast--rather got up and left. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish they had "high-rise" (ADA compliant) toilets...but they don't.

Room was fine, lots of hairs on bed sheets though. The mini fridge did not work. All the towels they provided were stained. The shower drain is slow and water puddles on shower floor. The breakfast is never fully stocked and options are minimal. I cannot recommend this hotel. It seems to be a super 8 renamed to Baymont. Room doors are external. The Motel 6 and Quality Inn hotels across the street have doors on the inside.

The property is always clean. The room is clean and smells fresh.

This was probably the worst hotel I ever booked on this app. The room smelled, visible brown stains on the comforter, dirt on the floor and dirty bathroom towels. I believed other reviews and thought this would be a decent room for a cheap price. It was horrible. They switched my room and still had to ask them to change the linen. The hotel manager came out of another room with a cut-off tee and basketball shorts, passed me a card and stated to call him if I have any further issues. My family was exhausted and we couldn't get a refund. We stayed long enough for a power nap then left this filthy place.

This property was very nice for the price. Didn't expect a lot except for a clean, comfortable room and that's exactly what we got! :)
