Parking is fine and breakfast is OK. The hotel feels like a motel and it seems to be somewhat pricey for the amenities. Location is close to Pioneer park though.

Walkable to a brewery. Breakfast is at 6:30 so we could get to Zion before 8. Convenient parking

Breakfast wasn't served until 6:30 and not a minute before. Not enough coffee made, we were one of the first to get breakfast and very little coffee to go around. Not allowed to get coffee at 6:28,had to wait until 6:30, guy was somewhat rude(Sorry, I didn't catch his name). Food was fresh, hot and good. Rooms were clean and nicely updated but very thin walls. You could hear the neighbors very clearly, too clearly if you know what I mean. On one side of me, someone had a very happy ending and on the other side the snoring rattled my room. The mattress needs to be turned/rotated more often to eliminate the body impressions.

Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, I will say if you have a large vehicle to park in the lower lot. The upper alcove parking is definitely for compact or smaller vehicles. The street entrances aren’t marked well and there’s like a house on the property or something as well you need to drive past to the parking lower lot on 300 east, so keep that in mind. You can also access the lower lot from the blvd, just pass the main entrance and take the next right turn down the alleyway. Room was clean, everything as expected. Nice place to stay. The remodel helped a lot!
