Biggest issue, it’s not a hotel. Please don’t let motels filter under hotels. The pool was ice cold even though the front said it was heated. We had to request pool towels several times before they were provided.

This property was much nicer than I expected. The rooms were remodeled as if it were a newer hotel, however, I liked the motel style and being able to park right in front of our room, with no stairs or elevators to go up. Location was perfect; close to shopping, walking to dining, etc. The hot tub was kind of lacking, but it was still relaxing.

The pool was 8 1/2 feet deep which was a surprise to see but extremely enjoyed! The room was very clean and spacious and newly renovated which was great. I will definitely return if I’m ever in the area again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff, namely Eva, was accommodating and went above and beyond to make it a great stay. The only drawback was no gym but Eva did provide passes to the local recreational center. We will be back for sure!

This is a great place to stay. The rooms were nicely appointed and super clean. Smelled fresh as well. The front staff were the most helpful and so accommodating. Breakfast was great. A nice variety of both hot and cold options and plenty of casual seating areas to eat. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay, very cute like a boutique hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast! Only complaint would be the carpet floor in the hotel turned the bottom of our feet BLACK like we walked through soot. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

We stayed here one night on our way back from a family vacation to Southern California. The hotel is a little off the interstate but that was a plus because it was much quieter. The hotel is remodeled and updated. The beds were very comfortable even the sofa pull out. There were 5 of us and the room was a little tight for that many people. The breakfast was slightly above average than what you typically get in a free hotel breakfast. One thing you should be aware of, especially if privacy within your party is important, is that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that does not lock. You can see the silhouette of the person inside and the shower has a clear glass door. This makes privacy pretty tricky while showering.

We have stayed in St. George so many times over the years, but this is the first time we've stayed at the Aiden. What a great find! We loved the 50s retro look of the front desk area and breakfast area. Our room was big and clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was super friendly. We're definitely going to stay here again when we're back in St. George.

Very pleased with this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We visit St. George a couple times each year. Our go to hotel didn’t have any rooms so we booked here. This will be our new go to hotel for St. George!

We were put in a room on the backside of the hotel next to a big air conditioner for a house that they must rent out. It was so loud it was miserable. Also, the front desk person every time I walked in, and he was laying down on the breakfast bench and was kind of scatterbrained.

Did not like the air conditioner unit. There was no low setting and it blasted cold air on the bed. I had to put the chair in front of it and pile pillows to block the wind. The person behind the counter was very strange with his answers and was not the least bit helpful.

The gentleman at the front desk this morning was so helpful and so nice and I really appreciate the help he gave us after getting in so late the night before. He really took a lot of stress off us today! Also room is clean and comfy and breakfast was tasty.

The person that checked us in was incredibly friendly. The person that was at the checking/breakfast the next morning was also so incredibly friendly, and told us about the owners, and the history of the motel. The staff here really made this stay incredibly enjoyable.

Third time here in past couple of years. We love the pool and the rooms. Good value. Only complaints are that breakfast is not the greatest and more importantly, if you need internet access you will not get it here. Has not worked once over the times we have been there. The technicians are always “coming tomorrow”. So have cellular data device.

The room was clean perfect location looked like it had a lovely pool and hot tub but we didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was hot and nourishing. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place I will stop again.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find out the staff was fantastic, the rooms had been recently upgraded and were VERY nice and the breakfast was not just a good wide variety but was being cooked right in front of you! (the eggs and bacon) Over all, I would rather stay here than the Portland Hilton!

Nice, charming little spot with friendly staff and nice decor. The only, tiny, issue is that there isn't much seating in the dining area for the complementary breakfast, but that's a quibble. The breakfast was good!

Stayed one night on our drive North and the property was in a great location for walking to restaurants & shopping (didn't have time for this) which was nice after sitting in the car all day. The gentleman checking us in was fabulous, offering all kinds of advice on where to go to eat; I very much enjoyed our conversation. Room was good, it's an older motel but very well cared for. The beds were comfy and the shower was good- 2 very important things for us. While traveling this way in the future, I would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times because the beds are excellent, and everything else was OK. But this time there were two important failures for the room we occupied (unit 119). First, the air conditioning (a window unit) failed to work properly, leaving us trying to sleep in a room that was too warm. Second, the water system failed, leaving us without a chance to shower. The staff tried to help with both problems, to no avail.
