Quality Inn Spartanburg

Room was fine, basic, clean & easy access for what we needed. Hated the check in kiosk. Definitely did not make the check in process any smoother- it was slower.

The room was clean and staff was helpful. Our room smelled somewhat of smoke. Twice a cleaning lady tried to come in our room before checkout (like an hour before).

Kiosk is horrible! It says you will be greeted by an employee at the front desk, no where does it say you have to deal with a kiosk for everything. It’s a nightmare to get someone in person to come and help you in the lobby. Rooms were okay for the most part, could have been cleaner. The walls and bed head rests need to be wiped down. The vents in the bathroom look as if they haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Outside reeked of pot, a lot of foot travelers walking through the parking lot. Wasn’t the best stay but wasn’t the worst either.

Parking feel secure, like any other hotel with out security, break fast just carbs no protein at all. Check over a web cam with a person in India can't stand this

No one at front desk. Check-in done remotely. The place smelled of mold and mildew. Nowhere to eat. Breakfast was a joke. Seriously, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
