Best Western Of Walterboro

O hotel é bem limpo com artigos de qualidade e um bom café da manhã. É prático, funcional. Infelizmente, tivemos um incidente que nos deixou muito chateados: o funcionário da limpeza tentou abrir nossa porta à força e chegou com um murro abrir até a laqueadura que havíamos fechado. Só não conseguiu abrir tudo porque a trava de cima estava fechada. E, estávamos saindo do banho.Eram 10:00 am. Foi terrivelmente lamentável. A gerente pediu muitas desculpas e disse que iria resolver a questão. Entretanto, acho que deveriam primar pela qualidade e preparo dos funcionários dessa área. Lamentável mesmo! Espero nunca ocorrer novamente.

Great location and fantastic breakfast. I stayed here last year when they were deep in a total renovation and the upgrades are really n8ce for the price. Problem this time was lack of insulation around the door especially at the bottom, with a half inch gap clearly visible. Ended up with several flying roaches making a visit. While there is a lot to like with this hotel, i may have to look for another stop in the future.

Comfortable, friendly staff, met all our needs for a one night stay

Staff was great, breakfast was better than most places I had been. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Very old hôtel but everything was there and breakfast was excellent….
