Staff was not professional or even there needed them several times for different problems and each time no one was at the desk and had to call them and wait for them to arrive which at one point we were told would be right there and 25 minutes later finally after another guest called who was waiting also finally showed up. Once in our room couldn’t find the T.V remote anywhere after asking the front desk about this and being told by them that it was in my room somewhere just have to look for it, they found the one assigned to our room in the drawer which the back was broke on it, they handed it to me went to use it didn’t work. So had to go back to the front desk where the worker finally came up to the room and tried to reprogram a new remote which after all said and done you could only change the channel and nothing else. The air conditioner in the room was unplugged when we arrived so we plugged it in and used once the room was cooled down we tried to shut it off but it wouldn’t obviously the reason why it was unplugged. Lastly even though I paid for my room thru hotels.com completely they charged me again which they told me they didn’t until I proved it to them and then was finally refunded the second charge they day after. And the room had lots of broken items in the room.
