The stay at our hotel was very pleasant. Close to the location we were going to see. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and free annenmities. Nice comfortable place to stay.

Outside pool closed for winter. Breakfast only coffee, juice and muffin. I don’t eat muffins and would have preferred a piece of toast and jam. No tea. Older hotel but room clean .close to McDonald’s and Walmart and dollar store up the street.

We reserved the king suite. The room was amazing. The jacuzzi was spacious and I loved the swivel tv so we could angle it to watch tv while in jacuzzi. The room was very spacious. The environment was quiet and peaceful. I loved every minute.

Place is good for a quick stay. Beds were nice but floors were a bit dirty. The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures make it look but the kids still enjoyed it. I would stay again if passing through for the night.

Upstairs people were jumping and running all night; seemingly small kids. Burn holes and tears in the bedding, stains in the bathroom, trash in the parking lot. Didn’t feel like a safe stay with my family.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the beds were comfy. Hotel out of date, not Filthy but not clean, refrige did not get cool, microwave had smell of burning when it would work. I booked through hotel.com and said pet friendly and when I checked in I was told $25 a night for my 10pound yorkie. Pool was dirty!! Do not recommend this hotel at all

I ended up checking in and immediately checking out(room was booked 3 months in advance). There were stains on both beds/mattresses and some kind of bug by 1 bed(unsure if it was a bed bug, but looked like one).(I took pictures to show staff) I didn't feel safe because there were people walking around and I smelled drugs. When I checked out, the clerk promised to refund my money and said I'd have to call hotels.com to cancel, but they would call the manager of the hotel and he'd approve the refund. I was only refunded 1 night (I had booked 2) and told "this is the hotel's policy).

Everything was as expected and perfect for a quick overnight. I wanted something just off the highway, so traffic noises didn’t bother me. I knew the breakfast would be sparse, but there’s a Hardee’s in the same parking lot and other options nearby. Service was great, room was clean, and I love the bright colors!

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. The breakfast didn’t include any hot food but they did have great coffee. I was happy with my stay for the price.

I really don't have any complaints at all. I stayed for 2 nights. Front staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, no sign of bugs or mold. The $50 deposit was returned upon checkout. The area has a few fast food restaurants and a Walmart right down the road which is very convenient. Has zero issues with my stay.

The check in was ok. The room smelled of cat pee bad. And yes I did have my dog with me. But the cat smell burned our eyes. The floor was disgusting. Turned my daughter’s feet black. And we were there for her friends prom. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and odor remover. So their expensive dresses wouldn’t smell.

Nasty rooms. We couldn’t even walk barefoot without our feet being black. Tub was gross and toilet seat was messed up. I will never stay there again. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

I stayed here last night on my way from Nashville to Atlanta and if I hadn’t been so exhausted when I arrived, I probably would’ve gone somewhere else. The room is…sufficient. It’s obviously received the “landlord treatment” of paint over things. The ceiling in the bathroom is cracking and peeling, and the room smells faintly of weed and cigarettes (although I am 20 weeks pregnant so I can smell everything). The bed is extremely comfortable but the walls are very thin and remind me of being in college; whoever was above me was thumping VERY loudly into 3 am. All in all it served its purpose and the check-in was very smooth, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

First we had to settle for a queen bed instead of a king which is what we reaerved due to a supposed plumbing issue. The main room was very clean and nice, however the bathroom shelf was falling and the light fixtures were missing exposing electrical wires. Half the outlets in the room didnt work so we had to take turns charging our devices..

Door lock was broken . Smoke alarm beeped all night. Hair dryer didn't work . Microwave shot sparks when we tried to use it. And the tv remote was missing the battery cover so the batteries fell out every time you put it down..

We came to Chattanooga to see a theatrical production and needed a hotel for one night. This hotel was conveniently located for our purpose and we would stay there again if we should return to Chattanooga for another show. The room seemed to be newly renovated and was generally quiet. The only outside noise that bled into the room was when people were talking as they passed our door. The toilet, though, was very loud and ran for an extended period of time which wasted a lot of water. When I mentioned this at checkout the manager said that they would soon be replacing all of the toilets to a standard model that wouldn't flush for so long. The only negatives were the scant breakfast offerings and the noise from the air conditioning. Having a Hardee's right next door solved the first problem while the overnight temperature meant the air conditioning fortunately didn't need to run overnight. I might have second thoughts about booking a room during the hottest part of the summer due to the air conditioning noise, but for one or two nights I'd probably be willing to risk it for the location and price.

I didn’t like that the entrance is on the outside. You can hear every noise there is. I flushed the toilet and it just kept running. I had to call front desk. The walls need to be painted. The bathroom needs to be repainted. You randomly hear like tapping or knocks, I’m not really sure what or where it’s coming from. I will not return here

Service at check-in was outstanding! However the floor of the room was dirty, we shared a wall with the laundry room and it got a bit loud at night. That same wall had both the television and microwave sharing a power strip. Most of the time, using the microwave would trip the outlet/entire power strip, so we had to use the microwave in the lobby. We also noticed that to receive housekeeping services, they must be requested by 10am the day before you wanted them. We requested on a Saturday morning to have housekeeping services on the following Monday, but never received them. Upon asking at the desk for fresh towels and toilet paper, though, they were readily available and happily supplied. The options for breakfast were limited, but hot water and coffee were supplied 24/7. Overall an adequate hotel, a great rate, friendly service, but room for improvement.

We stayed 1 night. Will not ever stay here again. Place was a dump. Had to pay a $50 deposit for possible damage (really?) that we still have not been credited back yet, no mention of this when we booked online. Guy at check in was rude. Guy at check out barely spoke English and could not figure out how to give us a receipt. Questionable people walking around parking lot, one of them ended up being an employee. Not sure if they lock the lobby up at a certain time because there was a night check in window which made us nervous about the safety of the area. We were told breakfast was Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes, and blueberry muffins, that's it so nothing for Diabetic people. Most hotel beds are very hard but this one was so soft we sank in. Not a lot of restaurants nearby either so we had to have unhealthy fast food.

This motel is very convenient to Ruby Falls, Rock City and lots of good food close by. There's a Hardees and McDonald's on the lot next to the motel that you can walk to or nicer restaurants close by. A Walmart within a mile or so. Very convenient and the Manager is just the nicest person.

The stay at our hotel was very pleasant. Close to the location we were going to see. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and free annenmities. Nice comfortable place to stay.

Everything was as expected and perfect for a quick overnight. I wanted something just off the highway, so traffic noises didn’t bother me. I knew the breakfast would be sparse, but there’s a Hardee’s in the same parking lot and other options nearby. Service was great, room was clean, and I love the bright colors!

Check in and out was easy, staff was very friendly, properly was in a nice location. There was food and gas around us and plenty to see and do, not too far away. The room was nice and cozy. We brought our dog with us and gladly paid the pet fees, which were reasonable. Great location. Would definitely stay there again when in that area.

When we pulled up to the property, it looked like it was not even open. When I went inside to talk to the gentleman at the desk, he was very friendly, and he assured me that this was a safe neighborhood. It didn't look like it from the outside. Had a great stay left in the morning probably would stay there again.

It was a good place to rest at great location right off the interstate. It had a MAPCO service station and a Hardee’s next door and was a very close and easy drive to Ruby Falls park and Rock City park.

Outside pool closed for winter. Breakfast only coffee, juice and muffin. I don’t eat muffins and would have preferred a piece of toast and jam. No tea. Older hotel but room clean .close to McDonald’s and Walmart and dollar store up the street.

We came to Chattanooga to see a theatrical production and needed a hotel for one night. This hotel was conveniently located for our purpose and we would stay there again if we should return to Chattanooga for another show. The room seemed to be newly renovated and was generally quiet. The only outside noise that bled into the room was when people were talking as they passed our door. The toilet, though, was very loud and ran for an extended period of time which wasted a lot of water. When I mentioned this at checkout the manager said that they would soon be replacing all of the toilets to a standard model that wouldn't flush for so long. The only negatives were the scant breakfast offerings and the noise from the air conditioning. Having a Hardee's right next door solved the first problem while the overnight temperature meant the air conditioning fortunately didn't need to run overnight. I might have second thoughts about booking a room during the hottest part of the summer due to the air conditioning noise, but for one or two nights I'd probably be willing to risk it for the location and price.

The hotel is dated but the room was clean and everything functional . The only complaint is the Hotel. Com site posted this location had a breakfast and it didn’t even have a donut. Only coffee. Realize this is a lower end cost location but they should have something or don’t advertise as having breakfast

The service desk was busy in the back for 10 minutes prior to coming out to the front. He did explain all the reason why I would be charged extra and stated they no longer have hot breakfast just muffins, cereal, apple and orange juice, and coffee

I do not demand a "Continental Breakfast" but at least one animal protein would not be bad, especially when you go hiking to the mountains and even more so when they offer you "Breakfast Included" they should place "Snacks included" muffins and cereal are not a breakfast 😉

Zimmer war absolut ok (Standardmotelzimmer eben), war sauber, parken vor der Tür ein Vorteil, das Frühstück war leider unterirdisch (gab nicht mal Toast), Lage ist super wenn man aus der Stadt rausfährt und viele Ketten in der Nähe, Pool sah nett aus (hat aber leider geregnet), Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt absolut!

I really wasn’t expecting much but the room was nice and clean. Some of the fixtures were broken but usable. HOWEVER, when I got home I was charged hidden fees not listed on the reservation or at the counter.

We were a late arrival, just wanting some sleep before driving the rest of the way home. We checked in about 130a, the front desk person was very nice. We got to our room, all of the doors are exterior access. Around 4am, someone else tried accessing our room, very loudly. We had double locked the room, so they couldn't get in, and told them they should recheck their room number and check back in with the front desk. Other than that issue, the room was more than adequate for what we needed. Comfortable beds, running water in the sink, the toilet was very low to the ground and had a truck stop type flusher, so perhaps not ideal for a tall person. But the AC worked and we got sleep. We still had to check out by 10am, despite the late check in, so we digitally checked out and went on our happy way home. There's a Hardee's in the parking lot that wasn't half bad.

Very clean for being an older hotel with comfy bedding and the necessary amenities. My only issue was with the service; We told the front desk ( & Paid extra) the day we checked in for a late check-out. On the day of our leaving, we get a call from the front desk telling us we have ten minutes to leave and then when I told him we paid for late check-out, Front desk said, “Okay. I’ll give you an hour until 1.” Wouldn’t have been a problem if we hadn’t paid for late check out. How are you going to charge us for it and not give us the full time especially when it was YOUR mistake?
