Our key card didn’t work 3 times in one day. We had to make mutiple trips to the help desk to get a new one each time. Also, the toilet was not filling up so it kept making noises. The breakfast was cold. Not pleased for the $600 I paid for 2 nights

As someone who doesn't leave reviews often, I hate to pass up the opportunity to share our thoughts. We've stayed in many Homewood Suites before and were SO surprised to find that this was well below the standard we've seen in other locations. It came highly rated on Hotels.com but we felt it was in a less than ideal condition. We wound up purchasing odor plug ins because our room (which had not been cleaned properly in quite some time - even found medication in a drawer!) was so musty. While I understand the efficiency in only cleaning rooms every few days, we never had a room clean and were there 4 nights, 5 days. The staff we encountered were friendly, but we felt everything else was extremely sub par. The breakfast options, maintenance, cleanliness of both the facility and rooms, half of the channels were out of service and even the remote barely functioned! It was all underwhelming. So disappointed with this Homewood Suites.

Fine place to stay in Chattanooga out of all the options there. All rooms are pet friendly so if you have allergies they will act up! Skip the breakfast, go to Waffle House right down the street.

My room was not nothing I booked my room had old warn out furnitures all that was there did have all the seating for the living room and bed had hard springs windows damaged flying insects came in at night pool was filthy spit hair bugs everywhere in the pool and no one said anything about it being out of order I didn’t get Hilton say at all felt like red roof inn or something older motel 6 vibes never again
