For the price, it is not bad. The bed was super hard but it worked. There is no carpet or even a rug by the door and since there was a lot of snow, it was hard to keep things clean. we had to use the towel. Towels were thin and small. But the heater worked well and there wasn't much noise. There is no breakfast, just coffee. They are pet friendly which is a good thing for us also.

Run-down, bathroom had hair on floor, in tub, simply nasty. No blow dryer, no coffee pot or coffee. The floors needed swept and mopped. The parking lot very dark. Light fixtures on poles but not working. While taking dog out on property, a man was lying on the ground. (??) SEC network unavailable on TV. The positives: the bedding seemed clean and room was pet friendly. Nice size tv. I would not recommend.

Last night's visit was not as nice as the night before. I made it very clear on my reservation that a had a cat the 1st nite. I thought the $71 Included that. No, they charged me an additional $10 the 2nd night I wouldn't have stayed the 2nd night if had known. Also, the "pet friendly" room are not as nice as the other room I had. The air conditioning was loud and I had to turn it off to sleep. The shower was ok but the tv, microwave and fridge were all near 1 outlet. I had to unplug 1 to use another. They didn't clean the couch either. It was ripped and smelled like dog with white hair all over it. My cat is black and brown. The guy who checked me in spoke Spanish when asking about the previous room I had stayed in, which ik I left it clean and unscathed. The girl was nicer.

The room was full of roaches when I got there the first night I stayed the TV would not work at all the second night the person came down to help me with the TV but every time I push hero to talk to the front desk I could not ever get no one finally I got somebody the outside property was fine all the vending machines was out of order

It was right off the highway and easy to find. There were a few potholes in the entrance because the Google Maps app took us the wrong way. The place was clean and quiet and the employees were easy to work with. All was good.

I typically read reviews prior to booking - this made me feel like friends / family made a bunch of 5 star reviews. I will absolutely agree with other reviews that the lady in the office is super friendly and helpful. We walked into our room, made it to the bathroom counter where a roach was crawling around the counter. Just to be sure I wasn’t over reacting, I used Google Lens to search a picture of the bug which confirmed it was a German cockroach. The lady in the office was understanding of our leaving and approved a full refund. If the room was as great as her customer service, that would have been a fabulous place to stay.

Everything was fine except they have roaches. Not over run but seen probably 5 roaches in the room. Need to spray or something. But over all I’d stay there again. Also do something about those lights on the wall by bed. They’re not the right kind of lights. Those are way too bright and actually belong on the ceiling. Room # 140.

It was a descent room although the microwave hardly worked, no coffee pot, and I killed about 10 cockroaches. There wasnt any bedbugs thank goodness. Other than the roaches it was a decent room.

The first issue I had was that safety lock on door was missing the part to lock it,the actual locked but there was light and cold air coming around door, roaches were seen in bathroom and around the TV area, the light in bathroom didn't have cover and wires were showing, the pillows were practically non-existent they were so flat. The area seemed to have a lot sirens heard throughout the night.staff was ok

The view was a highway and weeds. The room was clean, but mattress and pillows were terrible. Plus this hotel jacked up its rates triple its normal rate for the 127 yard sale. It certainly was not worth what they charged.

Got to our room and there was no toilet seat. The front door you could see through to the outside from. May want to do a little maintenance to the rooms and make sure everything is actually there before placing ppl in them. Overall we still had an ok time. Not sure if we would reserve a room there again.

I am not one to really complain, but it was terrible. Not impressed at all. The pillows were absolutely nothing but little and flat flat, no fluffy to them at all. The towels were as rough as a sand paper. Bugs, roaches in the room. Try to tell them, pretty much didn't believe me. They said they would work with me on a refund, but when it came down to it, pretty much denied they said that. They even lied to the place i booked it through that was trying to help me, which is ya'll. So definitely do not recommend this hotel at all.

The check in staff is excellent. She is very friendly and sweet person. We love when we stay there. She knows exactly what area we want to be in at the hotel and everything. It is so helpful to get us there.

Way overpriced, no amenities, no elevator to second floor, no breakfast. Balconies clogged with smokers hanging out. Just awful. On our day trip along the U.S. Hwy 127 World's Largest Yard Sale, this was by far our most expensive stay and by far the worst. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. Better off sleeping in your car.

Had difficulty getting Wi-Fi and TV was only Roku so I couldn't even get the weather.

Had difficulty getting Wi-Fi and TV was only Roku so I couldn't even get the weather.

Staff was good,The room was clean but it smelled heavy with smoke,the bed was a little hard , vending machine was out of order, but the stay was good for the price
