Best Western Dickson

Check in was easy and she was super friendly. Room was clean but lots of wear and tear all over the room. I just needed a place to sleep and this was perfect. Right off the interstate and I couldn’t hear a thing which was nice. Very quiet. I was told you need to be extra careful around the area due to drug abuse/users around but I had no issues. I didn’t use the free breakfast so can’t comment. If you just need a pit stop with no frills this is it.

Absolutely Disgusting. Super dirty had to at another location take a shower with a brilo pad to get the filth off me. Immediately found bugs everywhere. Behind the beds were food wrappers, food, roaches and everything thing else imaginable. Worst experience i have ever had . Never again

My husband and I checked in after a long day of driving. We chose this Best Western as it was the halfway point to our destination. Check-in went smooth. The room appeared clean and true to the photos. However, we were highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our room. Our TV never would work, even after having staff come into our room to assist. The complimentary WiFi did not work as well, even after assistance from said staff in our room. The beds were hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. I’ve never been so unhappy with a hotel before, especially enough to leave a review such as this one. I will not be back, nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone. I will, in fact, be sure to tell others to avoid staying at this Best Western.

The Fox News at breakfast was too much. I would suggest something more neutral.
