Check in was very slow. The clerk was single finger typing & could only do one thing at a time. When I went to the room there were no wash clothes. I went to the front desk and he insisted on only giving me one wash cloth for two people. Finally after back and forth he reluctantly gave me two. There was no soap at the sink & didn’t appear to be any shampoo or soap in the shower. The air conditioner leaked condensation on the floor over the night & the floor was wet in front of the AC unit. The next morning the clerk was very cordial & efficient. Certainly not the worst place I’ve stayed but I probably won’t stay here again.

We’ve stayed here many times and always receive excellent service. I booked a room with a sofa just so we’d be more comfortable watching tv, but we were assigned a room on the first floor that did not have a sofa. Do the price difference from the original room was about $23. No big deal, but Expedia gave us a credit of $25 to use later. I think maybe the young man switched us to the first floor as a courtesy to us since we’re elderly. He prob thought it would be better for us.
