On arrival noticed parking was limited then unloading luggage noticed nothing is handicap friendly there were a not anything other than stairs we had to pull luggage up to get to the elevator. Then we get to room it was not clean I had to clean it, limited dishes no washing machine or dryer as any condo I’ve rented. To top it off it was roach infested. I do not recommend this place at all!!

The place was clean and conveniently located at the end of the strip. But I thought the rating on Expedia was higher than it deserves. The elevator broke halfway through our stay so, ended up walking 4 flights of stairs and 2 more to the parking lot and another flight to street level, every time I left. I did get a partial credit for the inconvenience. Probably won't stay here again.

The room was ok, very old, outdated and smelled like my grandma’s place. The pull out bed in the sofa was broke, the bed spread had stains on it, the chairs were stained but is close to the strip. Check-in and out was contact-less and they are very responsive via email. Overall ok for our short stay.

The property is within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Our particular unit had outdated appliances & the bed was placed on wooden blocks. I would suggest getting pest control on-site because we saw several roaches within our rented unit, too. Overall, it was a decent stay considering that nothing in life is perfect

Very nice Mountain View. We had a couple issues which were resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. We did not have any pets. The room could use an update. The fireplace did not work.

The condo met our needs. It is convenient to walk to the Gatlinburg strip. The cost is reasonable. The gas fireplace was not working, so I called and maintenance came right away to get it going. It is an older building and could use some updates. This was the second time we have stayed at Gatlinburg Chateau and I am sure we will again.

Stay was great, had everything we needed for the family. Could use an update on the AC but it was cool while we were in town, and the fire place worked well! Great location and great view of gatlinburg!

The view from the back balcony was beautiful, but the furniture was outdated. There was no frying pan in the kitchen. Nothing to cook in the oven with. Dishwasher and microwave was from the 1990s.

Very nice quiet ,safe close to everything! Kitchen could use more stocking for convenience. Double bed was a pull out couch and mattress was very flat needs to be replaced !

In general, it was good. My only real complaint is that the kitchen is very tight and there is very little space to actually put any groceries. And in the tight space, it would have been helpful if the refrigerator door and some cabinets opened the opposite way from what they did. As it was, the space was very tight and the opening of these doors made it even more awkward.

The unit 402 is a 2 out of 10, we would not stay in that unit again. There are several issues with the unit. The main air conditioner in the living room worked poorly and was extremely old. No central air. The Master bedroom had no a/c and we opened the window to find the screen had a huge hole in it. It was very hard to sleep. The 2nd bedroom had a new a/c unit in the room…however not a single lamp worked in the room so there was no light. Unit 402 is extremely outdated through out. Behind the fridge there were 3 different paint colors unfinished.. The microwave was at-least 25 years old, cabinets and kitchen outdated, looked awful. Honestly it was just gross. It was very disappointing for Father’s Day/husbands bday. The building itself looked nice. Pool area was nice and the location was great! 402 was just a huge disappointment.

Overall the condo was very nice, we had to roll up the rug in the living room and move it out to the back balcony as it smelled very bad and the refrigerator took so time to get cold. The kitchen had everything we needed and them some. The corner unit was great,had a large balcony and gave us a great view into downtown Gatlinburg. Was a great location,close enough to town but just far enough away to get away from the crowds.

The Mountain View was beautiful!! I loved how everything was a walking distance. Didn’t have to look for parking. We could leave our vehicle at the property and walk to Dowtown. Will definitely becoming coming back!!
