The lobby was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was the standard cheap breakfast buffet. That's the only nice thing i can say about this hotel. Our room was TERRIBLE! Mostly because it smelled like mildew, so much so that our clothes smelled like mildew later too. The AC unit was so disgusting that we turned it off and didnt want it on at all. There was mold in the shower. The flooring was laminate that was all scratched up and soooo dirty that we had to wear shoes any time we were in the room. The window sills were moldy. The pool was indoors but FREEZING. It also had green algae growing in it and around the deck. The carpet throughout the property was DISGUSTING, like it has bever been cleaned. Will absolutely never stay here again. We were so grossed out and disappointed. The cost was about 3x what it should have been for the quality.

The front desk attendant greeted us pleasantly and was helpful when needed. The lobby and breakfast areas seemed clean but there was ceiling repair of some kind going on in the area that was not draped off to maintain air quality. Then we got to our room. Yikes. It looked like there had been water damage to the room at some point. The laminate flooring had gaps, some of the drywall tape was peeling away from the walls, and there were several poorly patched holes on the ceiling. The room had a slightly musty smell. The bathroom wasn't any better. If we hadn't been utterly exhausted from 12hrs of driving we would have gotten back in the car and gone elsewhere. Oh, and the elevator made very alarming noises and would lurch going down. Like an amusement park ride without the amusement. We're honestly kind of embarrassed that we put up with this and stayed. Fatigue will make you do dumb things I guess. Definitely cannot recommend.
