Checking in and out was easy. The Wi-Fi was fast and the room was clean. The only downside was that there was no water in the room or lobby. The only way to get water was through a vending machine, but it didn’t work. So, I had to head to a gas station to get some.

Like a Holiday Inn from the 1970s-80s that has been progressively restored and renovated. The room was clean, recently renovated, old-school with a front glass wall, new furnishings including a new heater/AC, large screen TV, fridge and microwave. The pool; and hot tub are outside and not available during the cold months. They do not offer breakfast as claimed on hotel.com and adds! They claimed to have set up a "cold breakfast" with granola bars and coffee in a disused guest room from 6:00 until 9:00. Unfortunately, by 8:00, all of the breakfast bars and coffee were out! The front desk clerk was professionally dressed, efficient and polite. The facility sits on a large hill in the mountains so there is a great view and natural environment. It also sits directly behind a McDonald's and two large convenience stores so food and drink is within walking distance. Unfortunately, convenience stores and the McDonald's are the only "dining" choices at this exit. For the price, it is a good value for a basic, safe, comfortable and clean overnight stay on the road. Perhaps, also to take in the scenic wonders of the area, if you do not minding purchasing and traveling a bit for your meals every day.

Whirlpool wasn't quite warm enough or hot enough and in the middle of the night the power went out for a couple hours kind of freaked. Us out they got it back on. Everything else seems to be OK?

The pool looked clean and the room was clean and nice smelling. The breakfast is definetely not filling. I like a hot breakfast and there are no hot items except for the waffle machine. There were a couple of fruits and cereal with milk. We had a baby and asked for a later checkout because I had some transportation issues, but the staff member just asked me if I would like to pay for another night, which I do understand.

Room was SPOTLESS. So clean and so nice and soooo affordable! Front desk lady was so nice and helpful as well. Will be staying here again on our travels.

The staff at check in was wonderful. We get to our room and things were ok until we got ready to take our showers and notice there was blood stained washcloths and towels. The breakfast was terrible!! The only healthy thing from that was a banana!! We had to eat our waffles without butter. No juice was available. In our room we had use of a coffee maker but not enough coffee creamer/sugar. At checkout the service was a cold attitude. I will not be booking anymore reservations with Days Inn. It wasn’t worth my money for we experienced.

Our room was questionable because we had dirty stained towels and we didn't know if it had been cleaned. We requested a different room and were told "Absolutely not! I can't give you a different room because of a stained towel, my manager would kill me!". Not acceptable. We stayed because the sheets looked clean but we're happy to leave quickly. The a/c worked on but didn't come back in unless I got up and lowered the temperature on the a/c. At checkout, I needed a receipt and to report the phone didn't work and the office was locked and closed. Worst stay I have ever had through Hotels.com which is very rare since I am usually delighted with Hotels.com.

The receptionist was pleasant, and the room looked fairly recently renovated. The worst part of our stay was that the heater/AC unit remote control didn’t work and the room was too hot throughout the night. The AC unit was quite noisy, which made it very hard for us to sleep. Also the water temperature of the shower and the sink kept changing by itself.

Carpeting was super old and dirty. Our fridge did not work. Upon check out I let the office know that the fridge did not work and they said "Oh, I forgot to let you know. The last person staying there said it was blown and should left unplugged until replaced. We plugged it in as we were not aware of possible issue like possible fire. An hour after we checked in, front desk called and said they have to charge us a pet cleaning fee for each pet, $10 Tax. This was not noted when I booked the room to include pets. I booked online. I also followed up with a phone call.

The room was newly redone. It was simple, but appealing and the bed was new and very comfortable. However, the heater would not adjust to heat the room. The knobs were worn out and off track. Also, there was no sink stopper. Despite being a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay.

Will notify the manager, but water control in the tub needs replacing - couldn’t get the cold water controlled, making the water more hot than I would like. Otherwise, everything was good - really like the Kuerig coffee maker!

Excellent customer service at the front desk. This is one of our most pleasant and efficient check-in experiences. The location is great, but the local restaurants were closed due to the long holiday weekend. We had to go to the subway for dinner instead of a gourmet dinner meal.

I rolled in half dead at like 1am, front desk dude was nice and to the point. There was no formal checkout which was great because we could just get back on the road, there was no extra charge for not taking the keys back to the office. The room was nice and more modern/kept up than other Days Inns I stayed at throughout my trip. Overall just a good experience, especially for the price point in the middle of nowhere.

Dylan at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate a room change to a lower level when I asked do to medical needs of my sister in law.. I had forgotten to request when room was booked. Very friendly and informative about the property. A for Dylan.. and he did all with a smile!!

The front desk clerk said she needed a credit card for incidentals, which was no problem except for the fact that she wrote my credit card number down by hand on a piece of paper with the expiration date and CVC code. When I asked her why she wrote the number down on the paper, she said she had to do it that way as it was their procedure, then she went and put the credit card number in the computer. as it is with most hotels. I asked her if she put the number in the computer why did she also have to write it on a piece of paper. I was very uncomfortable with the fact that not only they wrote my credit card number down. But put it on a piece of paper that assumed was going to be filed some place for whoever and whatever to see very uncomfortable with this. I am canceling that credit card. And we'll never stay at a windom property again.

When I asked her why she wrote the number down on the paper, she said she had to do it that way as it was their procedure, then she went and put the credit card number in the computer. as it is with most hotels. I asked her if she put the number in the computer why did she also have to write it on a piece of paper. I was very uncomfortable with the fact that not only they wrote my credit card number down. But put it on a piece of paper that assumed was going to be filed some place for whoever and whatever to see very uncomfortable with this. I am canceling that credit card. And we'll never stay at a windom property again.

The service and room were absolutely wonderful. The owner, herself, made sure that I had a room on the first floor because of my disability. We have never been treated better at any hotel.

Check-in was friendly and the staff gave great directions to a newly renovated room. The beds were not replaced when renovations were done and should be their next project. Check-out was not friendly at all. The door was locked and there was no one available to speak to at all. That was very off-putting. I would stay again.

Our room was questionable because we had dirty stained towels and we didn't know if it had been cleaned. We requested a different room and were told "Absolutely not! I can't give you a different room because of a stained towel, my manager would kill me!". Not acceptable. We stayed because the sheets looked clean but we're happy to leave quickly. The a/c worked on but didn't come back in unless I got up and lowered the temperature on the a/c. At checkout, I needed a receipt and to report the phone didn't work and the office was locked and closed. Worst stay I have ever had through Hotels.com which is very rare since I am usually delighted with Hotels.com.

Like a Holiday Inn from the 1970s-80s that has been progressively restored and renovated. The room was clean, recently renovated, old-school with a front glass wall, new furnishings including a new heater/AC, large screen TV, fridge and microwave. The pool; and hot tub are outside and not available during the cold months. They do not offer breakfast as claimed on hotel.com and adds! They claimed to have set up a "cold breakfast" with granola bars and coffee in a disused guest room from 6:00 until 9:00. Unfortunately, by 8:00, all of the breakfast bars and coffee were out! The front desk clerk was professionally dressed, efficient and polite. The facility sits on a large hill in the mountains so there is a great view and natural environment. It also sits directly behind a McDonald's and two large convenience stores so food and drink is within walking distance. Unfortunately, convenience stores and the McDonald's are the only "dining" choices at this exit. For the price, it is a good value for a basic, safe, comfortable and clean overnight stay on the road. Perhaps, also to take in the scenic wonders of the area, if you do not minding purchasing and traveling a bit for your meals every day.

We did not visit the pool,but it looked nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk people. Our housekeeper was very helpful. Also,very convenient to the highway.

This property was located right off the highway. It is convenient and it seems like it is the only place to stay in Jellico. The room, though not large, was comfortable and did not have that stale, motel smell. Room was clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Parking was convenient. Great value for the room. Conveniently located behind a McDonald's.

This is an older property with some nice 1960s charm. I promise, it has been renovated. It’s clean and set back from the highway, among a few other hotels. I could walk to a convenience store. The office is up front in a separate building. They honored my request for a first floor room. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe here. Thank you

Amazing stay for a last minute find. The veiw of the mountains out of my window was beautiful. I was pleased with the confort of the beds and the cleanliness. Definitely not your 4-5 star Hotel but this is only due to rooms being outdated and could use some renovations. The woman at the front was such a sweetheart to my daughter and myself. I have pinned this location for future use. Safe, cute, good view and clean.

The overall experience was just ok. Someone had previously smoked in our smoke free room, linens were old and stained ( it was explained that there was a laundry problem and old linens had to be used. The breakfast was ok at best. Not worthy of the cost per night.

Comfy bed, but some of the towels and pillow cases had dirty marks on them. It is a joke that they advertise 'breakfast included'. Coffee and orange juice dispensers empty. Nothing else to drink or to eat except 1 scoop of raisin bran. Guess they figure McDonald's is right there, so go buy your own.

The breakfast availabilities were lacking terribly. The juice machine was broken. Waffles, sticky buns, cereal, and 4 apples were available. The room we stayed in was nice. It had been updated since our last visit about 5 years ago. Remodeling was still being done.

We arrived at 5:30 am after driving for many hours. Check in was fine. We slept for a few hours. The bed was comfortable. However, we woke up and discovered the fridge was not working so our food was warm. And the shower faucet was not working as it was supposed to so we did not have any hot water in the shower. We paid for two nights but left after being there for about 6 hours. The lady working was very nice and tried to be helpful by offering us another room but we were weary about taking the time to switch and having more problems.

It is a basic overnight stop while traveling. The breakfast left something to be desired but there is a McDonald’s very close if you want something hot or something besides Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran or dry little bad cinnamon rolls.

The pool looked clean and the room was clean and nice smelling. The breakfast is definetely not filling. I like a hot breakfast and there are no hot items except for the waffle machine. There were a couple of fruits and cereal with milk. We had a baby and asked for a later checkout because I had some transportation issues, but the staff member just asked me if I would like to pay for another night, which I do understand.

The staff at check in was wonderful. We get to our room and things were ok until we got ready to take our showers and notice there was blood stained washcloths and towels. The breakfast was terrible!! The only healthy thing from that was a banana!! We had to eat our waffles without butter. No juice was available. In our room we had use of a coffee maker but not enough coffee creamer/sugar. At checkout the service was a cold attitude. I will not be booking anymore reservations with Days Inn. It wasn’t worth my money for we experienced.

There was supposed to be free breakfast but when I arrived and asked about breakfast I was told it’s a grab and go. In the morning I went to grab breakfast there was nothing but coffee. I went back an hour later to check it was the same nothing. Went to the office to complain at 9:00am and no one was there😡

Room was clean. The lady that chocked us in was great. Most rooms were unoccupied due to construction remodeling. This place desperately needs it. Not a real breakfast. Make your own waffle or eat a danish or cereal.

Disappointing stay — run-down property We stayed at the Days Inn in Jellico for one night while passing through Tennessee on a production. We were delayed at the state line waiting for clearance for our cargo, so we needed somewhere to stay on short notice. Unfortunately, the property was quite run-down and did not live up to the pictures online. The pool, which looked like one of the nicer features in the photos, was closed off during our stay. What made the experience particularly sad was seeing a young girl, probably around 6 or 7 years old, seemingly living permanently at the property with her mother and grandmother. The situation appeared to reflect some very serious issues with poverty and substance abuse in the community. The girl was outside playing with a little kitten while the adults appeared to be using drugs. It was a genuinely heartbreaking scene. We managed to get through the one night, but decided to move on the next morning. Given the condition of the property and the overall atmosphere, I would not choose to stay here again.

If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay this is it. For the money it was a clean room a clean bed. It definitely needs some updating. Before the price it was definitely worth it.

No one was in office but a note was on the door - be back soon. Waited only a few minutes. Did not turn on the TV but the internet was fine. McDonalds at bottom of the hill and can be entered from motel drive, avoiding going back to the street. Did not do breakfast, can't rate it. Park in front of your door, which I like. It was comfortable.
