Room was very small and it looked as if they were in the process of renovating. The carpet had runs in it. My son found multiple pieces of glass on the floor in our room and the beds were very uncomfortable. The day time front desk people were nice but the guy that was working the night shift was very odd. He would continuously just chuckle and mumble things under his breath. He also told us the pool was closed and would not be opening even through it was Memorial Day weekend. After speaking to other staff we found out the pool was actually open.

Upgrading is needed badly. There was hair in the bathroom floor. To be a pet friendly hotel dogs are gonna bark when they hear something right? We were told they could hear ours from the first floor from the third floor which is basically impossible. We will never stay here again.

The room was nice. The carpet could be replaced. We asked if the pool was open. I was told since it rained a lot, the pool has to be shocked and then it will be open. I looked at the pool. Very green and about 12 inches below the skimmer level. Obviously it hasn't been open for a while. Orange juice machine for breakfast was also not operating. Everything else was good. Good room for the price

Nice people/helpful staff, comfortable beds, easy access to highway and other things. Walking distance (across parking lot) to Wendy’s and Hardee’s, which didn’t hurt in a pinch. Breakfast was fine: good eggs, biscuits and gravy, both a waffle maker and a pancake maker. Pool area slightly in need of an upgrade but clean water and towels available. Very good place to stay for the money.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was shabby. There was hair in the sink and bathtub, The carpet was stained as was the chair. The floor in the elevator needed repair. This hotel needs a complete renovation. The cost of the room was unreasonable for the condition of the room.

Staff was very friendly. Entire hotel needs to be renovated. I had drywall peeling off the window, carpet coming undone by the bathroom entrance and the parking lot was a lot smaller than it seemed with the pictures.

Building is poorly kept up, flooring and trim in elevator are very, bad carpet in building is worn out, pipes in wall bang very loud the whole-time shower is running. Room wasn't clean there was a sock and trash under bed. Building is poorly managed which will eventually lead to more problems.

They have an outdoor pool that is quite nice, and the beds are comfortable. The tvs dont have labeled guides so its hard to tell what you are going to end up with and the internet isnt alot of help. Floors have ripped carpet and elevator floor is damaged

Over all the hotel wasn’t to bad. It definitely could have been cleaner.. When you walked in, it sort of smelt like smoke, which seemed weird to me since there really isn’t smoking allowed. Once you went upstairs the smell trailed off but we did notice that they could use some upgrading. Our room wasn’t to bad. The bathroom was definitely cut small. When taking a shower the water pressure wasn’t that great, and the shower curtains kept coming in to where they hung in the middle so of course water got on the floor which was cleaned. The bed was ok, but there were stains on our blankets which grossed me out. Over all at least the room didn’t stink, and we weren’t bothered. Definitely didn’t feel it was worth the price paid for, but considering it was Memorial Day weekend, I suppose I can understand. Convince was great as far as being close to everything fast food wise.

Hotel was convenient and a short drive from the hospital. Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous. Bed had a big black hair in it. Comforter was dirty. Shower had black hairs on the side of the tub and shower wall. Hairs were on the back of the commode. Something was splattered on the inside of the bathroom door and on the wall. But no bed bugs. Thankfully.

When we entered our room we saw hair all over the bedsheets (not ours) then we found a dirty rag left from the occupants before it was on top of the shower curtain railing. There’s were hairs stuck in the rags and bath towels after they’d been washed. Just unsanitary

Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish I can say the same about the property. Room was dirty with garbage on floor. There was a humidifier in the room. It must have leaked when we took off our shoes. The carpet was soaking wet. Room smelled musky /mildew. Comforter was dirty. We did get accommodated to move to a different room. It was a lot cleaner than the previous room. But it still had trash all over the floor stains on the comforter pillowcases had stains. Needless to say we got no sleep! We would have been better off, to sleep in the car or airport! We came in for a baseball game at Bristol motor Speedway. All the hotels were sold out. This was the only option we had to be close to the airport for an early flight out on Sunday morning. For them to charge over $300 a night is just Highway robbery. This hotel needs help!!!!

Very dirty hotel. The carpet in the hallways and in the room are thread-bare and stained. The top white comforter has yellow stains on it. The room has a dampness to it on all surfaces (even the in-room stationary is damp) and a musty, cigarette smell is present. The front doors to the hotel were proped open when we arrived---the room door has a large open gap at the bottom (which let in a lot of light pollution from the hallway) and bugs got into our room from the open front door. This morning a moth was in our bathroom tub and last night two dead mosquitoes were found on the floor. The shower curtain does not fit the outdated shower--this led to water and heat escaping the tub while showering. I noticed old toothpaste residue on the mirror. My husband and I made plans to leave the room as much as possible to escape the filth. If our infant daughter had been present with us we would have immediately left the premises without a refund. I do not recommend.

Moldy pudding cups and trash underneath A/C. The mattress and sheets had blood stains, crumbs and hair in them. The room smelt like someone smoked a pack every 3 minutes and there were “fun time” stains on the chair. Also to top it all off, the shower drain wouldn’t drain and the mattress felt like you were laying on a spring loaded trampoline. The desk clerk the first night was wonderful and I hope she can find a way to get out of there. I feel terrible that her cleaners don’t know how to clean and make her deal with it. All and all I don’t recommend this place, needs major work.

Room was definitely disappointing. More so than other Quality Inns I’ve stayed at before. Holes in the walls. In need of paint, could clearly see where they removed a desk or table from the wall and didn’t patch or paint the wall. Tiny bathroom where the door barely clears the toilet and tub. Home in the carpet where you could see the concrete. Sink drain leaked under the counter into the hole in the carpet. Just a mess. Bed was clean at least, and no bugs seen.

Staff was friendly and accommodated a late checkout. Bathroom needed some attention..faucet and spigot were detached and moved around which I’m sure could cause some water damage if not repaired. As a double occupancy room would have like to have had more full sized towels (most women use 2 on their own). Bed was comfy

Staff at check in were not super friendly. Room was partially updated. Water pressure could be better but it all worked out for the most part. Easy in and out off the highway. Bed was very firm.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything happening around you. I was woke up at 5:30 because my neighbors phone was vibrating and I could hear it through the wall with the tv on!! So rest is out of the question and the bed was too hard to sleep comfortably.

The staff was the best. So helpful and friendly. We will stay here again. Only compliant was the bed, it was a way too firm for us. The water pressure was weak and kind of clogged up.

Hotel loss power for several hours prior to our arrival, when we got there was no power. We did not even check in, we ask for a refund so my family and I can go to another hotel with power, and the guy at the front desk was very rude, raise his voice and refuse to refund because and I quote "I am not responsible for the storm we had, so NO, I can not and will not refund your money." No power, so no air conditioning, no lights to even walk on the hallway. The guy won't even make eye contact as he is yelling.

We did not even check in, we ask for a refund so my family and I can go to another hotel with power, and the guy at the front desk was very rude, raise his voice and refuse to refund because and I quote "I am not responsible for the storm we had, so NO, I can not and will not refund your money." No power, so no air conditioning, no lights to even walk on the hallway. The guy won't even make eye contact as he is yelling.

Overall, this is an older hotel. The staff does the best they can to maintain it with the resources that are made available to them. The staff was certainly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. I have no complaints. For the price, I will stay there again when I am back in town.

The only thing I didn't like was a lack of cocoa mix at the breakfast buffet, otherwise the breakfast selection was great. Fruit cups, yogurt, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage,and pastries of all kinds. They probably had some other things to that I didn't pay attention to. The property looked as though it had been newly renovated and painted. The staff was very friendly and , quick to respond to customers.

We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. Room and hallway had wear and tear the hall carpet was dirty and torn This morning the Breakfast hostess wasn’t having a good morning. She was rude and abrupt. Eggs were cold, no meat, no hard boiled eggs no juice and the waffle machine had a spill of milk. She told me but I didn’t understand what she was saying. All in all it’s not the end of the world but not Quility Inn standard.

I went to Kingsport TN to our Doberman National held at the meadow view Marriott Inn only a 5 min drive to where the Doberman National was held. I was not able to get into the host hotel, but was very pleased that Quality Inn was only 5 mins away and a lot cheaper. It was quiet and convenient for me to stay there. The staff was friendly, and they kept my room clean and free of trash I accumulated. I would stay there again.

Check in process was easy and simple. The lady at check in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficient. However the room could definitely use some updating. The bathtub spigot was pretty much out of the wall and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The continental breakfast offered a decent variety, but very little seating.

The room was nice. The carpet could be replaced. We asked if the pool was open. I was told since it rained a lot, the pool has to be shocked and then it will be open. I looked at the pool. Very green and about 12 inches below the skimmer level. Obviously it hasn't been open for a while. Orange juice machine for breakfast was also not operating. Everything else was good. Good room for the price

For the money I expected way way better. Nasty sinks, cracks in the walls, beds were terrible but at least clean. Breakfast was a joke, out of waffle batter so my kids tried the pancake machine which made two half done rubbery things that we threw away. All this for only 200 dollars a night. Lesson learned for sure won’t be doing this again

The staff was nice. But…This hotel is extremely rundown. The landscape was all overgrown, as soon as you walk in it smells musty and of old cigarette smoke, the elevator needs a serious repair job on the floor and trim, the carpet in the hallways is really worn out. The bathroom was very dirty in our room, as well as the sheets and the comforter. Lots of hair every where. The room smelled musty and of old cigarette smoke as well. Again, the staff was very nice. I did not complain, because we were too tired from traveling. I would not stay there again. Especially not for $200/night. This was more in line with under $100/night.

It’s a good location: quiet and safe. But when you walk in the doors, you’re immediately smelling moth balls. The elevator worked fine but needing repairs to the floor. The carpet in the halls needs replacing. The lock on my door decided it didn’t want to work half the time. One time I counted swiping my key 31 times before it worked. The beds weren’t uncomfortable so that was good. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I’m not sure how that was.
