When I requested a trash can, I was given a garbage bag. I then requested an ice bucket and was given another garbage bag. Which was fine, because the ice machine was out of service. The toilet wouldn't stop running. The bathroom light wouldn't shut off. The overhead light didn't work. The TV remote didn't work (was replaced after multiple requests). There were holes and stains in the furniture. Probably more things, but those are top of mind.

Well compared to some other hotels in the area this one is a slight step up but still sketchy. People hanging out in shipping containers in the parking lot, police everywhere in the hotel lobby, parking lot and around all night and day. No working laundry facility as advertised and no bfast. Beds were ok and we didn’t die so there’s that.

Worst hotel room I've ever stayed at in my 21 years of travelling all over the globe!!!!! First, the desk clerk was asleep and kept me waiting for 30 minutes to check in! Second, I get my room and the door is malfunctioning, the lock mechanism was jammed and the deadbolt was not working. Also the security latch was removed so the door could open freely... Told the clerk and she stabbed at the plunger lock to make it work, but everytime the door was used it would malfunction again. The bathroom was falling apart! Broken tile on the floor, tile missing completely. The shower walls were not glued properly and we're falling off. The tub was peeling and the basin was very dirty! The ceiling was cracked and moldy, looked like it was going to cave in at any time! The drywall above the shower walls was chipped all over with holes and cracks, drywall was falling off the wall and extremely moldy. The water from the shower head was spraying into the hole where the pipe came through and was causing water to sleep behind the shower walls and behind the toilet. The fire alarm was missing and a few straps were strategically placed around as if to hold it in place if it was there. The bed, sheets, and blankets were horribly stained, cigarette burns all over them, and 4 dead cockroaches were in the bed. The floor was very dirty, wasn't swept or mopped prior to me getting there. Dirt and dead bugs were all over the place. Overall 0/10... Pay an extra 10 bucks and stay elsewhere! The

I booked this last minute because my son was in TN at a game that got rained out. It was the only room I could find last minute. He found blood on his pillow case. A syringe in the wall by the showerhead and a hole in the bathroom door. This place is disgusting!!

This was the filthiest motel we have EVER been to in 65 years!!! The sheets were stained with blood, the comforter had burn holes, the curtains were disgusting, the shower curtain had mold all over it. We would not even shower there. I guess the only thing good thing I can say is when we checked for bed bugs we didn’t see any. They is also a homeless encampment in the bushes next to the driveway. Unfortunately we had no choice as to stay as it was 1:00am and there was no where else to stay. This room was so overpriced, we shouldn’t have paid $1.00

Room was nasty. Sheets where stained had to go buy my on. No towels in the room ask for towels and never got them. Went to the front desk and no one was there, they had the lobby door locked. No tv services or wifi. No hot water. Rooms where runned down paint peeling off the wall and no fire alarms. Door was also needed up. This place needs to be condemned in my opinion it was that bad. Don’t ever stay here.

I knew I was in trouble the moment I got there. The outside is no kept up at all. The reception lost was a young boy that simply had a deee in the headlight look. A lady, mom perhaps just walked out and looked at me. No comments just short eye contact. The rooms were awful. Both Bess were like hammocks. The top blankets had holes as if cigarette burns. Pillow cases were heavily stained on both beds. The room next to me had a broken window and crime tape still attached at the 4 corners of the doors. I had to stay 30 miles from an event to get a low priced room but I wasn’t expecting it to be so poor. If I was Travel Inn, I would shut this place down. Shame on me for trying to save a dollar. I won’t do it again, much less use a travel Inn!!

I dont hardly complain but it was the most atrocious hotel I have ever seen I almost went and slept in my car. I tried to add a photo on this of the door that is totally covered in graffiti on the inside no pillow cases burn holes in the sheets water was Dripping and couldn't shut it off an absolutely stunk horribly it was just disgusting and absolutely filthy

We requested a no smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke the comforter had cigarette burn marks all over it there was graffiti all over the bathroom door like in public restroom the ceiling in the bathroom had a large rotting hole from an apparent leak there was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels for 2 guests. Pillows were so flat it was as if we had none. The only positive I saw was we did not wake up with bedbug bites! If I hadn’t booked thru a booking site with no refund I would have left The pictures on the site are VERY deceiving!!

this room was disgusting. shower walls were rotten, 2 big holes in shower wall that you could see into a maintenance room between rooms,shower curtian had stains on it , towel rack was torn off of wall,sheets had spots on them, room had a musty smell, chair in room was wet, trim going into shower on floor was missing. the only postive think i could say was they had good water pressure in shower. travelers beware of this motel.

This was the only property available within a 20 mi radius. When I got there there were homeless people walking about there was people hanging out back by the dumpsters smoking cigarettes and weed I did not feel safe nor my vehicle. When I got into my room it looked run down the bathroom looked disgusting just run down hole in the door shower was not very clean I would not walk barefoot in there or in the entire room. When I turned on the vanity light roaches of different sizes and other bugs scattered on the counter. The mini fridge the outside was dirty, the inside there were rust spots like it was an older refrigerator. The baseboards throughout the room had mold growing on them there was dirty spots along the walls. It took me all of 10 minutes to check out after I checked in. This is my first time leaving a negative review but it was also the first time I have ever checked out of a hotel after checking in because the conditions were deplorable. Luckily I didn't see any bed bugs but who knows. My room even smelled strongly of weed because the people next door were smoking it. The entire property looks run down like it needs a lot of TLC.

Within minutes of entering we found a dead cockroach, as well as various stains that made it clear the room hadn’t been cleaned. We also felt unsafe due to the various people hanging around on staircases, who gave an off vibe. We left almost as soon as we arrived, and the motel staff were very obstinate, first refusing to let us leave, then refusing to give a refund. They blamed Expedia for pretty much everything bad that happened, claiming they were selling “deluxe rooms” for standard prices, but it’s clear that they just weren’t doing due diligence and were profiting off of it. Another group arrived and left at the same time as us, with a pretty much identical experience. I would not recommend anyone stay here, and do not trust the owners to turn things around.

Upon arrival as a walk in, I found that booking on the app was cheaper so I did so. This is at 1:30am so we really just wanted to rest. However, the front desk clerk told me that I’d have to wait around 30-40 minutes for the reservation to come through. In addition to the clerks poor service, the room was pretty dirty. The furniture was very old but at least the beds were pretty nice. They also tried to run my card two more times for two different amounts.Overall it was a cheap night but in hindsight I wish I would have spent a few more dollars for something else. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are just forced to save on the cost.

I had to be put in 3 rooms before a key would open the door.there where bandaids all over the walls like as if someone used them to put up some sort of decorations. Frig was dirty on the inside .and to top it all off i got undressed and jumped in tube ...there was no hot wayer .i let water rum 10 mins and still no hot water.it was awful

Although the interior of the room was clean the rest of the property was filthy. There was only lukewarm water in the shower. The second night we asked for new towels and when they arrived they had stains on them. The next morning when we checked out the we had to call the desk person by phone and they acted surprised that we wanted a receipt. Also, the lock on the door had wires sticking out on the inside of the room and tape holding something together. I would not recommend this facility. If my husband had not insisted on us not moving to a new location I would not have stayed.

The second night we asked for new towels and when they arrived they had stains on them. The next morning when we checked out the we had to call the desk person by phone and they acted surprised that we wanted a receipt. Also, the lock on the door had wires sticking out on the inside of the room and tape holding something together. I would not recommend this facility. If my husband had not insisted on us not moving to a new location I would not have stayed.

This was the only property available within a 20 mi radius. When I got there there were homeless people walking about there was people hanging out back by the dumpsters smoking cigarettes and weed I did not feel safe nor my vehicle. When I got into my room it looked run down the bathroom looked disgusting just run down hole in the door shower was not very clean I would not walk barefoot in there or in the entire room. When I turned on the vanity light roaches of different sizes and other bugs scattered on the counter. The mini fridge the outside was dirty, the inside there were rust spots like it was an older refrigerator. The baseboards throughout the room had mold growing on them there was dirty spots along the walls. It took me all of 10 minutes to check out after I checked in. This is my first time leaving a negative review but it was also the first time I have ever checked out of a hotel after checking in because the conditions were deplorable. Luckily I didn't see any bed bugs but who knows. My room even smelled strongly of weed because the people next door were smoking it. The entire property looks run down like it needs a lot of TLC.

I checked into Travel Inn @ 2:30pm 9/30/23, and was very dissatisfied by my HOUR there. The room I was first assigned, the door would open, so back to the front desk, where I was told the key card was activated, somewhat insinuating I wasn’t capable of utilizing a key card. Finally housekeeping came over and they couldn’t get in to the room, even with a regular key. I was finally assigned a new room. Once in the new room, a non smoking room that reeked of cigar smoke, there was no remote control for the tv (I went back to the front desk to get a remote), two lights didn’t work , the bathtub was disgusting, and I saw 2 roaches. I checked out around 3:30pm the same day. I’m still waiting on a refund.

This was the worst experience EVER. I was shown 3 rooms and they all smelled like something died in them. The front desk clerk was very unapologetic and rude. The towels, bed sheets, and bathroom was disgusting. These rooms are nit worth over $20. The place looks like a crackhouse.

The first room had black mold growing that you could clearly see they were trying to paint over, the comforters were stained/dirty, there was peoples stuff left over, the dresser has sticky stuff all over it like it hadn’t been wiped down EVER. No internet or tv. I requested one bed got a room with two small beds the light in bathroom was a heat lamp. I asked for a refund and she refused she put me in another room that hadn’t apparently been touched in a while with no tv no internet. Then I tried around 930 same thing. When the office opened I got questioned why I needed a towel I asked for two and got one but two washcloths.

The staff at this location when I checked in was FANTASTIC!!! She listened to my concerns and responded in kind. I would stay here again. Keep in mind it’s not a 5 star but it was well worth the price that I paid, and again the staff was FANTASTIC

Upon arrival as a walk in, I found that booking on the app was cheaper so I did so. This is at 1:30am so we really just wanted to rest. However, the front desk clerk told me that I’d have to wait around 30-40 minutes for the reservation to come through. In addition to the clerks poor service, the room was pretty dirty. The furniture was very old but at least the beds were pretty nice. They also tried to run my card two more times for two different amounts.Overall it was a cheap night but in hindsight I wish I would have spent a few more dollars for something else. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are just forced to save on the cost.

Room was nasty. Sheets where stained had to go buy my on. No towels in the room ask for towels and never got them. Went to the front desk and no one was there, they had the lobby door locked. No tv services or wifi. No hot water. Rooms where runned down paint peeling off the wall and no fire alarms. Door was also needed up. This place needs to be condemned in my opinion it was that bad. Don’t ever stay here.

I knew I was in trouble the moment I got there. The outside is no kept up at all. The reception lost was a young boy that simply had a deee in the headlight look. A lady, mom perhaps just walked out and looked at me. No comments just short eye contact. The rooms were awful. Both Bess were like hammocks. The top blankets had holes as if cigarette burns. Pillow cases were heavily stained on both beds. The room next to me had a broken window and crime tape still attached at the 4 corners of the doors. I had to stay 30 miles from an event to get a low priced room but I wasn’t expecting it to be so poor. If I was Travel Inn, I would shut this place down. Shame on me for trying to save a dollar. I won’t do it again, much less use a travel Inn!!

Within minutes of entering we found a dead cockroach, as well as various stains that made it clear the room hadn’t been cleaned. We also felt unsafe due to the various people hanging around on staircases, who gave an off vibe. We left almost as soon as we arrived, and the motel staff were very obstinate, first refusing to let us leave, then refusing to give a refund. They blamed Expedia for pretty much everything bad that happened, claiming they were selling “deluxe rooms” for standard prices, but it’s clear that they just weren’t doing due diligence and were profiting off of it. Another group arrived and left at the same time as us, with a pretty much identical experience. I would not recommend anyone stay here, and do not trust the owners to turn things around.

Price gouging. Fleeing hurricane helene destruction. Tri-cities hotels were completely booked. Based on price and desperate to find a place to stay at least for the night didn’t check reviews and booked non-refundable online. I paid $294 for one night at literally a roach motel. Killed a roach on the mirror with the lights on. Slept with the lights on to deter any more from coming out. Initially I was told our room was in the back. When we arrived to the back looked like prostitutes and druggies pacing the sidewalk around the rooms. Went back and requested a room “not in the back”. Felt a little safer with new location closer to the front and managed to sleep somewhat.

Well compared to some other hotels in the area this one is a slight step up but still sketchy. People hanging out in shipping containers in the parking lot, police everywhere in the hotel lobby, parking lot and around all night and day. No working laundry facility as advertised and no bfast. Beds were ok and we didn’t die so there’s that.

This was the filthiest motel we have EVER been to in 65 years!!! The sheets were stained with blood, the comforter had burn holes, the curtains were disgusting, the shower curtain had mold all over it. We would not even shower there. I guess the only thing good thing I can say is when we checked for bed bugs we didn’t see any. They is also a homeless encampment in the bushes next to the driveway. Unfortunately we had no choice as to stay as it was 1:00am and there was no where else to stay. This room was so overpriced, we shouldn’t have paid $1.00

Twice in the middle of the night a crimminal pounded on my door and demanded that I open up. We heard animal noises outside and in adjacent room. We left before sunrise because the place was unsafe - reported it to the police and the property manager. I would like a refund - how do I apply for one?

The place is situated in a great location. There is a Wal-Mart across the street and it is very close to major highways. The place was very quiet and there were no issues with any other guests. The only drawback was that the room and property were slightly aged. The bathroom was clean but there was some peeling paint. The air conditioner worked well but again, it has some wear and tear. Overall, it was pleasant and I slept well.

Room was unsafe smoke alarm no battery dead bolt didnt work bathroom heat lamp exposed socket. Tv didnt work lamp not working no curtains. Had to ask for towels garbage can ice bucket. Was shown to have breakfast was none. Room had spakling on walls.not painted all the way through. Closed off a door not finished. Had issues getting room key to work after many trys onlt 1 would. After all this only refunded 50 per night. Would recommend taking this off your sight.

Le pire hôtel de ma vie, sale, totalement délabré, électricité dangereuse, pas de fenêtre de la chambre car fermé avec une planche de bois, bref un cauchemar Plus jamais!!!!

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever paid for in my life. The whole property stunk. Flies all over. Shady people all around . I didn’t feel safe. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The floor was ok but still dirty! Needed to be mopped! The bathroom had nearly instant hot water! One of the few good things! No trash can! Holes in a door leading to the breaker box! Couldn’t lock that door even though the small closet was sealed from the other side. The tub had hardened caulking in it and I couldn’t get it out! I have pictures! Some crown moldings were missing! The A/C worked great! Only 2 lights in the room! A floor lamp, the only on in the main room, and a light in the bathroom! The plumbing of the toilet and bathtub looked like it was installed by a day 1 plumbing student as a test before the first lesson! Peeling paint was another negative! The bed was comfortable enough! However, regular sheet, no fitted sheet, and a comforter was all! 4 pillows of different consistency were ok. The door lock was good but there was a latch that was “rigged” to aid in keeping the door closed! I understand the price you charge is due to the condition of your facility! Oh, yes, I booked “NON-SMOKING”! No such thing at this hotel. Spent $30 getting candles, sprays and such to get the smell at least muted for my stay! I have stayed at some “DIVES” in my travels to save money! Mold behind the toilet! Didn’t check anywhere else! This DIVE is the worst one ever! Will attatch some pictures!
