Traveling from Ohio, this was a great place for the family to stop and rest for the night. The rooms were clean with no odd smells. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. I slept well and would stay again in the future.

Limited on parking if you have a boat. The management was very accommodating though allowing us to park the truck and the boat right up front. Manager was very helpful and courteous always asking if he could help in anyway. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent motel. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Delicious full breakfast. We had our dogs and the hotel had a designated grass area for them.

No elevator or at least I wasn’t told there was one. I am disabled and fell on the top of the stairs at this hotel. I forgot to specify that I needed a bottom floor room when I made my reservation. That was on me. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I am disabled member who walked in with a leg brace on & the worker put me in a room on the second floor. There is no elevator so 3 women & a child had to lug our supplies upstairs

Room keys didn’t work. Room was dirty and felt gross. Had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom. Only reason we didn’t leave immediately was because we were exhausted. The staff was very friendly and that was about the only positive point.

This is a very clean hotel wirh air conditioning that works well. The shower has strong water pressure. Plenty of restaurants close by. Plenty of breakfast options. I had waffles. Staff is professional and friendly.

Filthy conditions in room, used 4 wipes to clean surfaces- all were grey, hair and dirt in drawers. Dirt and dust on floors and corners. Dingy, dim lighting and furniture. Pillows were yellow with age. Attendant said we were given last room with king size bed even though we booked 18 days prior. Noisy. Didn’t bother with breakfast.Don’t waste your money going here.

Everything was fine until I checked out and I saw the housekeeping lady making the beds with out changing the sheets and blankets, the room looked clean but after seeing that, I don't think it was that clean, I would definitely check other places, instead of this one. (Everything else was fine )

Night desk man who checked us in was very nice. Stayed for one night on our road trip. Room was spacious, had a microwave and a larger than usual refrigerator which was nice. Bathroom and shower/tub were also large. Breakfast was mostly continental but did have fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy. Overall was definitely worth the money and would stay again.

This was a nice, inexpensive place to stay on our way through from Florida to Michigan. However, the rooms are outdated; the microwave was from the 1980s, and it smelled a little musty and needed some improvement and paint. It is a safe location, the man at the front desk was extremely nice and the check in process went great.

It was a good place to stop with my 2 dogs on the way down to Florida. The room was small but clean and the staff were really friendly. I was woken up by loud neighbors coming back to their room and continuing their party till 2:30am but that is not management’s fault. I gave it only 4 stars because of the smell of cigarette smoke. My non-smoking room must have butted up against a smoking room because the odor was very strong and bothersome.

It was a good place to stop with my 2 dogs on the way down to Florida. The room was small but clean and the staff were really friendly. This property has obviously been renovated. Loved the LVP floor; awesome bed and pillows; fridge and microwave. However there was no hot water the night I stayed.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly. The room is what I expected, comfortable but nothing fancy. We have been on the road and stayed in a number of hotels and this one had the most comfortable bed and soft, comfortable bedding. A quiet and comfortable place to lay our heads for a night.

The room was very nice overall and the shower was great, the only minor complaint I would mention was that noise could very easily travel into the room from outside from what I believe was the door area. The check in process was very smooth and I appreciated that the staff called to check on when we would be arriving.

Picked this property after reading many recent 10/10 reviews. I am so glad I decided to stay here rather than one of the larger more expensive places. Firstly, it's literally right next to the I40 exit. Second, many fast food places and stores right down the road. Third, staff, parking, price, safety and cleanliness. Got in Sat evening(12/2) and was met by a very happy Howard Patel, GM. He explained everything about the room and said breakfast is served 6-9am. Went to my room and it was clean and large. Get this....fridge and microwave, not what you find in the larger chains anymore. Had a great night's sleep and went to have breakfast and met Howard again at the front desk. This guy's a beast...when does he sleep??LOL I felt safe as a solo female traveler here....definitely recommend and would stay again. BTW, breakfast was pretty decent for a motel with the room being half the price of the big guys.

The staff is the best we have encountered. The check in person was a delight. The morning person was very attentive to those eating breakfast- even made waffles for us instead of having to make our own. Felt like we were in a restaurant instead of motel! Highly recommend this place.

Wade at check-in was very friendly and helpful. It was quick to check-in. Room was clean and temperature was easy to control. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast area was kept tidy and stocked. Waffles, hard-boiled eggs, cereals/oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, and bread/bagels available to eat. Perfect location off I-75 with easy access to the interstate.

I made a reservation for 5 people. 2 queen beds and a roll away bed for an additional $10. When we arrived at the property I was told they didn't have a roll away. I then talked to the owner who then basically told me I was a liar. He didn't have a note on my reservation for a roll away so I didn't request a roll away. He then told me he could give me an extra pillow and blanket and my grandson could sleep on the floor! I am appalled at my family's treatment at the Lenoir City TN Econo Lodge.I then cancelled my reservation in addition to another reservation I had made for next sat. The owner never even apologized for his incompetence.Needless to say I got 2 rooms from a different hotel across the street. Much better customer service.

Check in was great! Wade helped me check in and he was outstanding ! (give him a raise) he explained where the room was and everything in the room, also told us about what restaurants were available, room was ground floor and got to park right in front of room, grounds were keep up very nice. I would stay there again.

The manager was fantastic! We had a Uhaul, and he helped us park so we wouldn't have any issues the following morning. He went above and beyond to be sure our stay was going well.

Although the hotel offers breakfast the owner watches you eat. If you eat too much he asks repeatedly if you really want all that food. So he makes you feel bad for eating. This happened often during out stay working out of town. Also they don't turn on the hot water heater until after 5 to save money.

The staff was very kind and room was clean, but the traffic outside is very noisy. We all didn't get much sleep due to the noise.

The staff was very kind and room was clean, but the traffic outside is very noisy. We all didn't get much sleep due to the noise.

The location is fantastic with easy access to Route 75 and 321. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. This only concern was the lack of green space to walk our dog that was not on the main road. But there are parks in town.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The location is convenient to shopping and dining. And it’s located just off the interstate.

Night desk man who checked us in was very nice. Stayed for one night on our road trip. Room was spacious, had a microwave and a larger than usual refrigerator which was nice. Bathroom and shower/tub were also large. Breakfast was mostly continental but did have fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy. Overall was definitely worth the money and would stay again.

Excellent motel. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Delicious full breakfast. We had our dogs and the hotel had a designated grass area for them.

Breakfast was a pathetic offering without even decaf coffee but given the price I wasn’t too upset that I stopped at MacDonalds for coffee and a sandwich.

This is a very clean hotel wirh air conditioning that works well. The shower has strong water pressure. Plenty of restaurants close by. Plenty of breakfast options. I had waffles. Staff is professional and friendly.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious (Room 111). The breakfast was above average. It was missing a protein like bacon or sausage. All in all, I would be hard pressed to say I have stayed in a better low cost hotel.

This hotel is excellent for what it is, basic room to spend the night. Rooms were clean with hot water in the shower. One thing I didn't like was no carpeting. The breakfast was a typical complementary hotel breakfast. But the room was not large enough. Staff was nice.

The room was decent but the breakfast wasn’t on time and we ended up leaving and ate somewhere else. Also the waffle batter machine wasn’t working.

We needed a place to stay for a quick overnight trip. I booked 2 rooms on hotels.com and all was well. I happened to remember the day before we left that one of our rooms needed to be handicap accessible. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Wade. He was very helpful and said we are good to go. We arrived Saturday evening and I spoke to Wade again but in person. He was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in and we headed to our rooms. They were just what we needed! We got up the next morning and had a delicious continental breakfast. It was great and I had waffles! Then we loaded up the car and headed home. ALSO, it is only about 20 minutes from Knoxville which is very convenient!

Based on the reviews, I booked this hotel on my way to NM; and they were right. The hotel is surprisingly nice, starting by the reception staff; the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast is the classic combination of coffee, cereals, bread and muffins, plus a waffle maker, and it works just fine. In comparison with others hotels under the same Econo Lodge franchise, this is certainly a gem and I would definitely recommend it.
