The hotel stay was is a very poor condition. Starting from the lobby, its smelly and has a lot of stains. Hallway smells are strong. Elevator was not clean and had stains as well. When we entered the room the comforters had stains, they were kind enough to change the room but the other was still OK. The coffee maker was placed inside of the bathroom. The sink had cracks, floor was looking years old. There was barely anything for breakfast, no eggs, fruits. Few loafs of bread, waffle tasted sour . I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was plenty big, the remote was non existent and no phone in the room, the lady when checking in did not look up but 2 times that was to take my money and the give me the keys she did not tell me about breakfast or how to check out or even tell me how much I was being charged. When checking out I had to hunt the lady down to give her the keys she told me I should just leave them on the counter , no ma’am not happening.

The property is really ran down and smelt like cigarettes and weed. Supposed to be smoke free! There was nobody at the front desk for check out after ringing the bell 4 times

It was dirty and we didn’t feel safe. We did not even end up staying the night. We walked back to our car about an hour after arriving and drove away to find a safer hotel.
