Cuando llegue me dijeron que habian vendido mi reserva a otra persona y se quedaron tan tranquilos y ademas han tenido la caradura de cobrarme la habitacion sin que Hoteles.com haga nada al respecto

The room had roaches in the toilet and our room card scanner barely worked but it has a stove and full fridge.

Roaches in tv & floor was absolutely horrible

No staff upon arrival. Waited 15 minutes, got dinner and returned. The place reeked of marijuana and stale cigarettes. The clerk showed us 3 rooms, all in various stages of unkempt and/or broken items. We took option3. It only had a filthy microwave, burner on, falling curtains, no smoke detector and missing closet rod, so it seemed to be the best choice. We were to be here 2 nights. We cancelled the 2nd night’s stay and after speaking to the manager the next day, she agreed to refund the 2nd night.
