We stayed for a night It was a last minute booking that day. We arrived around 8:00 pm. Customer service was good but the building needs work. We were able to swim for about 30 minutes. The hot tub was shut down. Our room was so warm. The lowest the temp would go is 70. No one in my room slept because it was warm. The floor was very sticky that we had to wear shoes in our room and the hallways smelled terrible with mildew. We most likely will not return.

It was just ok. We came down from Lansing, MI to visit family. We booked 6 rooms. 3 out of the 6 had to change rooms because of uncleanliness and damp floors. Smelled like mildew.The place needed quite a bit of maintenance. Leaky faucets,dirty curtains. Needs some TLC It was Hot and humid. The pool was closed, that was a bummer

The breakfast was phenomenal. It is not a continental breakfast very clean extra towels with no issues. The lady on the front desk was very helpful. The reason I gave this score of 9 the hot tub was not working. And since this was a business trip it would’ve been nice to set in a hot tub.

Picture online were decieving and not as nice.Bed were very hard and not comfortable and actually the foot of the mattress was higher than the head of the mattress similar to a "U shape". ice machine on second floor did not work and no ice on first floor machine. no laundry facilities. air condition never changed temperature even though I tried. Out side of property not very clean and it looks as it were to be gated with fence around the whole property but nothing to close at night to make more secure. Cart was broken around the edges.

The saty was four stars because the jacuzzi and elevator were out of service. However, the breakfast was very good in the morning and the room was comfortable. Overall enjoyable stay. Just wish we couldve relaxed in the jacuzzi after two days of walking

I did not check in but I did view the room. The hotel is surrounded by a gate. There were two stray dogs on the property inside the gate. I spoke with the two young men at the desk and I asked to view of the room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had no smell and the carpet did not look bad. The hotel is located in an area that I did not feel comfortable staying in with two young children alone, so I requested to cancel my reservation and the gentleman had no problem doing so.

I did not check in but I did view the room. The hotel is surrounded by a gate. There were two stray dogs on the property inside the gate. The phone numbers on the hotel site were either not working or were for new reservations. I finally got the right number from Hotels.com-a number not on their website

Check in was terrible as the attendant seemed to not want to be there. No welcome nor smile. He said maybe3 words tome during the check in process. The breakfast attendant Angie more than made up for it. It was just about closing for breakfast but she assisted me with a smile and helpful effort.

We enjoyed waking up to breakfast and not just muffin and coffee. The only problem we had was housekeeping never came to clean the room or have the courtesy to knock and ask. I had to call for tissue and towels. The front desk was polite and accommodating when I called. FYI the comforter had spots and need to be bleached and spots removed

I will not book here again solely for that reason. The younger front desk staff are not friendly at all. Sunday (5/25/25) the young boy at the desk appeared to be bothered anytime someone asked him a question.

Horrible the night we arrived our car window was broken as well as 5 others vehicle broken into. The pool was nice big and cold our room was comfortable. The service was goodish the only thing was I was told by the guy at the front desk where to park so my car wouldn’t be messed with and my car was.

This hotel is not in the safest part of Memphis, I found out. The hotel grounds is surrounded by an iron fence. The gate has been removed. The building's exterior is dilapidated. Guys in the parking lot fixing cars. The staff person did not greet me, only said, "ID please." He never made eye contact or talked. Mold was on the ceilinig in the bathroom.

Very surprised when showed up, the area that the hotel is in, is not good. Hotel is inside gates. Very aged hotel, they have tried to paint to make it look good, but paint cant cover everything up

Hitel staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood didn't look fancy but ai took a chance anyway. I was glad I stayed there. It made my arrival and departure at the airport super easy. The breakfast was good. I was pleasantly surprised with the do it yourself waffle selection in addition to the other homestyle selections. Overall I was pleased and I would stay there again.

The hotel needed some updates, wasn't in the greatest part of town. Beds were comfortable, was ok for a one night stay, Was not to far from Graceland. The shuttle that they advertised had broke down. Cops came with guns out so that was a bit interesting.

Our vehicle was almost stolen back window broke into crack heads knocking on our window smoking drugs outside the window while my little boy was there, I immediately went to the front desk and complained cigarettes being smoked the room was nasty and not clean we tried to get a full refund to go some place else we were refused and had to stay and didn’t have a good thanksgiving. Horrible customer service I asked for the manager several days and were lied to. I would never stay here again

The breakfast was phenomenal. It is not a continental breakfast very clean extra towels with no issues. The lady on the front desk was very helpful. The reason I gave this score of 9 the hot tub was not working. And since this was a business trip it would’ve been nice to set in a hot tub.

This is an older property that they have done a good job cleaning up. We did have an issue with the first room as it smelled a little of smoke. It wasn’t really bad but we asked for a different room and they were able to accommodate us. The breakfast was very good and was fresh. The price value was excellent. We recommend it for a quick overnight stay. We came to Memphis to visit Graceland and this hotel made it very affordable.

The quality of my stay was a mix. The carpet was stained and dirty, as well as the elevator floor. It was not expensive, so I guess in that respect you get what you pay for. The water was nice and hot for a tub bath, but the stopper was broken. The bed was very comfortable. Not an ideal area of town

On the second day stay a bad storm came through and knock out power bad over the city....but not knowing that the hotel would go out 😞 and I feel if I'm paying money for good service why don't y'all have damn generator we were in dark even into the next day not cool

This whole property is absolutely disgusting. Outside in the parking lot, there were loiters at all hours of the day and night, with signs stating the hotel is not responsible for damaged or stolen vehicles. Once inside, it’s immediate how dirty the property is. The entire place smells musty and everyone is either sticky or slick. The carpets are beyond repair and stained. Once in the room, you are met with the exact same. Ol, stained and sticky floors. The fixtures, bathtub, and toilet are old and damaged. The property is located in a very sketchy area/neighborhood. I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay here

Itchy bed, Pillows were very tiny and uncomfortable, water repairs on ceiling and all over inside, bathtub very slippery I almost fell and I'm a senior citizen it was terrible and the enamel came off in areas, we came here for the hot tub and swimming pool they said nothing online that they are Under construction Until I asked him the hours of the pool and hot tub and he said it's under construction run down air conditioning I have pictures to show everything it is the middle of summer Hotter than heck and everything is closed And we paid good money to come here More than we could have paid anywhere else that did not have a pool or hot tub, The manager barely spoke English it was very hard to understand his India Accent, Not very hospitable. do yourself a favor call before you go anywhere before you book anything because it's ridiculous at the hot tub in pool would be closed in the middle of summer. they had nothing to drink for breakfast only one waffle machine, And people were using it to make two waffles or more, I needed some papers printed out they had no printer as mentioned earlier I asked if I can email what I need to be printed out the man said yes I go what is your email address and he looked perplexed. Nothing to write home about please do not stay here you will waste your money and be very disgusted like we are.

We specifically booked this hotel for the amenities and the pool was closed. This was extremely sad and they should let people know about these things. Also breakfast was over earlier than expected compared to a lot of other places. It also needed a lot of repairs and the window was not locked. It did not feel very safe.
