Villa Voramar

The house is very nice, and the outside area with pool and view are spectacular. We were disappointed that the fourth bedroom does not have A/C, despite their ad claiming it does. It has a "humidifier" and a fan. The wifi is terrible, and many people relied on it for work, with very much difficulty. We asked that a repeater be placed, or a new router, but the request was refused. Poor customer service. The kitchen is not well stocked if you like to do a lot of cooking. Very basic and lower quality cutlery and utensils. Washing machine broke while we were there, and was not fixed by the time we left. Only provided with one gate remote, so if someone leaves the property, others are "locked" inside....had to climb the wall to get out once. Asked about another remote, and again was denied. The main disappointments were the non-a/c bedroom and the wifi. Other things easily dealt with due to location, view, and overall pleasant feeling the property provides.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und glücklich mit Ihrem Angebot. Die Kontaktaufnahmen mit Ihnen vorab und vor Ort auf Deutsch & Englisch waren ohne Probleme und immer mit einer schnellen Lösung verbunden - wirklich ein besonderer Service! Die Lage der Villa Voramar und der damit verbundene Ausblick war unglaublich. Sehr ordentlich, groß mit toller Einrichtung - Preis-Leistungstechnisch unschlagbar. Durch den Besitzer konnten wir ohne Aufpreis früher einchecken und später auschecken, was wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist und uns alle sehr gefreut hatte. Wir danken Ihnen und dem Besitzer für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
