We came to visit family and stayed 4 nights. The staff was great. The room was old and needed to be updated but it was clean. It smelled musty. They had a work out room with a treadmill and elliptical, balls and weights. There was one washer and dryer. Breakfast was ok. Standard fare of eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles.

Pool closed over growth , stained bug residual particles . Very itchy skin all night . Breakfast ok . Air conditioning took all night to cool off room . Only fresh coffee in the morning.

Third party reservation service stated they had a pool. They do. But it has been out of service for QUITE a while. Main reason i picked it ver other was pool. Beds were super comfy though. Good water pressure. Staff was very nice.

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows and good parking. Service was spotty. Our room was never serviced, we had to go to the front desk and get fresh towels every day. One or both of the room keys did not work every day. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, another trip downstairs.

Nice and clean, we ride side by sides at Royal Blue and it is the perfect location. We can ride from hotel to trails. Everyone on the staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is good.

Hotel was very old, fairly clean, however.. it is on an off road vehicle trail head and most of the occupants were there for that.. loud side by side motors running and racing in parking lot early in the morning and late at night.. Hotel never mentioned this in booking... breakfast was HORRIBLE...The rate I paid for this hotel was RIDICULOUS

Although the parking lot had some dirty areas from off-road recreation vehicles, the inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was very well pleased with the King Suite w/ Sofa Bed, as the room was large and spotlessly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room coffee was of high quality. I will stay there again.

Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. It had a nice option for healthy breakfast options and it was maintained very well also and clean was a little hesitant initially as this is right off the highway, but I would stay there definitely again highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the owner and their staff.

When we arrived ac was not on in our room(Aug) really hot and didn’t work well took 4hrs to even get comfortable to sleep. Room was also in the front with lights blinding drapes don’t close all the way and no one told us there was black out curtains that were hidden. Basic hotel breakfast

I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. It had a nice option for healthy breakfast options and it was maintained very well also and clean was a little hesitant initially as this is right off the highway, but I would stay there definitely again highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the owner and their staff.

I was honestly counting on having hot coffee available as have many other Comfort Inn's I have stayed in from N.C. to PA.,and all over the South and part's of the North and West as far as the Great Lakes Region and Oklahoma as a Truck Driver. I travel mostly solo, but hot coffee at all hours of the day and night, as well as "Sausage Gravy and Biscuit's" are a must. My biggest complaint was the age of the Orange's in the bowl. One had mold and the other's were so soft I thought they were going to explode. Freshly made egg's to order would be more preferential to egg's that have sat for who knows how long? At least the egg's cooked won't be wasted and thrown out because no one wants them.
