The pool was great. we were located close to everything we wanted to visit on our vacation. The only thing I didn't like was I dropped my portable alarm clock under the bed and I don't think anyone had cleaned under the bed for a very long time. No carpet on the floors and after 5 days in the room the floors were very dirty. Breakfast was not hot. I never had hot water for my hot tea daily but they microwaved it for me.

Very nice hotel, clean and accommodating. Staff was so friendly…pool was warm and clean, hotel is centrally located and close to so much, eating, shopping, etc, hot breakfast with good variety, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever get to Tennessee again we would stay here again.

I really liked the staff (I stayed there between 1/27/23 and 1/29/23)) and the convenience. The game room had no games however and the pool could have been a little warmer.

When we checked in the didn't have the room we purchased. Got a smaller room than we wanted. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was very close to the ground. There was no conditioner or body wash in the free bottles. The only good thing was the breakfast options and the heated indoor pool. Not worth a second stay, but good in a pinch.

The room was a disastrous! Mold, dirt, oil, smears were everywhere! There were cracks, dings, water damaged ceiling, lint and oil all over the upholstery. They said the floors were replaced. I have pictures I will post when we return. I tried to ask the young man at the front desk. He said they didn’t have a manager and he couldn’t help me. The front door had tools and debris so you couldn’t bring luggage through. We tried to get off the elevator and the was a guy at the elevator doing plaster. The air conditioner had mold and other debris with a dirty filter which really kicked up sinus and allergy symptoms which I rarely have. The bathroom was bad! The tub, toilet, and floor were filthy. Glass, mirrors, windows, and pictures were smeared lock someone took a wet dirty clothed and wiped them. It was a horrible stay. I couldn’t believe they have a license to operate as a Hampton Inn.

The reason I did not give a excellent is because we found 2 roaches in the first room they put us in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and put us in another room far from the first one we were in. Otherwise, the hotel looked and smelled clean.

Everything was really good! It was really cold this weekend and I just wanted a hot shower to get warm, but the water never got hot! The water was almost too cold to get a fast shower. Very disappointed due to the amount of money I spent. I expect better

Wonderful location. Appreciate the size of the handicap room so I was able to use my wheelchair and my walker. The bathroom was really nice and loved the walk-in shower. Thee drain in the middle of the bathroom floor is dangerous.

The breakfast was very good . The shower and bathroom was in bad condition we had no hot water and had to ask for assist to turn the faucet on in the shower because it was upside down .

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. There was a man sitting behind the desk in another room repairing something. We made eye contact. He did not speak to me. I waited five minutes before asking him if he knew where someone was who could check me in. Turns out, he was the front desk manager and had just ignored me that entire time! He also looked at me strangely. It gave me the creeps. Once in the room, we began to notice the a/c wasn’t working properly. I went down to the desk, and again had to yell “hello!” To get anyone to come to the desk. A lady was working this shift, and she seemed exasperated to have been summoned to do her job. She moved us to another room, which stink but had a working a/c. We decided to just tough it out. Later in the day, we realized the shower didn’t work. The way we figured this out was my children had completely blackened the bottoms of their feet from simply walking in that room barefoot. We went to take a bath and clean them up, but the shower wouldn’t turn. Oh- and the mini fridge didn’t work either. All in all, I would say SKIP this Hampton Inn. Not a good place at all.

Our stay was amazing family enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing also. Recently found out after we got home my son left his coat and staff was very helpful with locating it and taking my information to get it sent to Indiana

Wonderful location. Appreciate the size of the handicap room so I was able to use my wheelchair and my walker. The bathroom was really nice and loved the walk-in shower. Thee drain in the middle of the bathroom floor is dangerous.

I stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming; the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also very convenient, making it an easy and pleasant stay. I would come back if I’m in the area again.

The breakfast every day was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only issue was the toilet - it’s fine for a young child, but very low for a senior citizen. Also, a few more electrical plugs would be helpful. Overall, a tremendous value!

Our stay was amazing family enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing also. Recently found out after we got home my son left his coat and staff was very helpful with locating it and taking my information to get it sent to Indiana

The pool was great. we were located close to everything we wanted to visit on our vacation. The only thing I didn't like was I dropped my portable alarm clock under the bed and I don't think anyone had cleaned under the bed for a very long time. No carpet on the floors and after 5 days in the room the floors were very dirty. Breakfast was not hot. I never had hot water for my hot tea daily but they microwaved it for me.

Very nice hotel, clean and accommodating. Staff was so friendly…pool was warm and clean, hotel is centrally located and close to so much, eating, shopping, etc, hot breakfast with good variety, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever get to Tennessee again we would stay here again.

When we checked in the didn't have the room we purchased. Got a smaller room than we wanted. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was very close to the ground. There was no conditioner or body wash in the free bottles. The only good thing was the breakfast options and the heated indoor pool. Not worth a second stay, but good in a pinch.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast very good for a hotel, more than just a muffin for sure. Overall, clean and up to date. We would come back if in the area. The only item pointed out to the staff was the carpet in the room could use a better cleaning but would not keep up from coming back to the property. The staff was attentive to this item brought to their attention; they did not just dismiss it.

Wanted to stay further away from pigeon forge as more quiet. Had busy day at Dollywood. Came back to room and moved pillow to get into bed. Was disgusted to find what I thought may have been a bed bug. Managed to put in a cup and receptionist came up to see see it and told me it was a tick !! She said I must have brought it in to the room myself. Absolutely not as it was under the pillow. She offered to change the sheets but I refused and said I wanted to move room. If I could have left I would have but it was a storm and heavy rain. I did not feel relaxed in the hotel and preferred to sleep on top of covers after finding what she called a tick !! No apology and refused to give me any compensation. Free breakfast was awful and not worth having. I would not stay here again.

We were here for 4 nights. The room was very clean, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was hot each morning, and plenty to choose from. Outside noise was loud being right off the highway, but I brought our box fan (I need it to sleep) so it helped mask the noise. Otherwise, it was pretty quiet even though the hotel was at 100% all weekend.

Terrible experience still waiting to hear from the management left several calls no response DONT STAY HERE I travel often at least once a month and the worst ever and high rate . I have never left a negative review but it is more than deserved
