Amazing place! Right by everything. The indoor and outdoor pools/waterpark is great. Lots of cool activities to do. Nice rooms and super friendly staff. Will be staying here again

The room was amazing. Parking was close. Worked perfect for our little family. Loved the playground and that there were lots of activities available. Pools and hot tubs were great as well. Loved Popsicle Patrol! We did have some issues though. Arrived at 4pm for check-in and out room wasnt ready for 30 minutes, normally not a huge deal except they charge for early check-in so I felt it should be ready on time. Second my kids are very little and the splash pad broke along with the lazy river on our second day there and that's all my 2 year old wanted to do. Third day there the inside mushroom quit working as well. I know they can't control broken things but really sucks that everything for my 2 year old went down.

Many maintenance issues. Had to change rooms. Elevator smelled like it was burning. Dryer didn’t work properly. Had to call numerous times for hornets. Inside hot tub was down for 2 days. Cable kept going on and off. Front desk and maintenance were friendly and quick to send someone for the issues.

Our stay was great!! Loved the room! Loved the water park area. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The mini golf was listed as an amenity but it was too damaged to be used. One elevator was out of order so it was a bit slow traversing from the 4th floor. We will definitely be recommending and returning!!

Outdoor pool closed and indoor pool had no ventilation strong smell of chlorine so we could not swim during our stay putt putt coarse was damaged. Had to wait for an elevator for 25 minutes to be able to load and unload to our room. No where to park. I feel like the need to maintain their property better for their guest.

Everything was good except the pool area. They do not have enough lounge chairs and chairs at the pool. The cabana rentals should be done differently. Currently you have to be at the pool by 7 am and wait for two hours until it opens at 9 sm.

No complaints on the condo. Very nice and comfortable accommodations. The indoor Waterpark however was pretty dirty. The water was very cloudy and you could visibly a film on top of the water. The outdoor pool area was very clean and nice. Just wished it stayed open longer. The outdoor courtyard area was very cute. Would stay again in the hopes the indie part would be taken care of better. Location is great!

The room was amazing. Has bunk beds. Has full kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. Had washer dryer in the room! The pool was not as great as we wished. Overcrowded. Dirty and cold. No life jackets for littles. Arcade areas were small. Cashless property but the games all take cash…?

The indoor water area needs needs updated with fresh paint . The outdoor water slides were down during our stay. But overall great place to stay with kids . Love the daily activities they put on . Property in need of updating. Property also needs to revamp their housekeeping service. We stayed here for 4 nights, from Thursday-Monday. On Saturday I messaged and stated we were complerely out of towels and asked if someone could bring some up so we could shower. I was told housekeeping comes in and replaces them as well as changes the trash daily. I replied that housekeeping had definitely not picked up our dirty towels or changed the trash. I was told someone would come take care of this. That evening I sent pictures to show this was still not done. On Sunday it was the same thing. While they did start throwing a bigger bag of towels right inside the front door, the dirty ones did not get picked up and the bathroom trashcans were overflowing as they were not changed. There is also a huge difference in room temperature from room to room. The master bedroom was always 5 degrees hotter than rest of place, making it difficult to sleep. The indoor waterpark needs to be redone as the bottle of pool is rough and tears up your feet. It is also very small and not much too it. The pictures of this hotel are very deceiving.

The hotel was not the cleanest. There was several things in our hotel room that was dirty. Starting with the dishes. The mirrors The shower. It needed maintenance Paper towel holder coming off the wall One of our bed covers had a hole in it. Even around the outside pool, look dirty all the time like the concretehad not been swept.

Housekeeping is amazing, cleanliness is obviously well supervised. Staff is friendly and the resort overall is well managed. What an amazing experience. Well done management, exemplary! It takes a lot to impress me in the lodging arena and your resort exceeded my expectations.

Having 2 true bedrooms and bath with the livingroom seperating the rooms is great for privacy and quiteness. If only traveling with little ones (10 or less), would not have to leave the resort, if brought your own food. Because of the swimming areas and activities. Applebees is just next door too.

Yes, this resort is a little outdated and could use some upgrades - but, overall fantastic! You get your monies worth and then some. Stayed with a 3 & 6 year old and they enjoyed the butterfly area & build a bear activities in addition to the waterpark area. Friendly staff. Clean room & spacious. Nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer in the unit. Fun free popsicle cart poolside for kids & cheap cabana rental for the day. Highly recommend!

The kids' amenities were amazing! There was room for our large family for a good price. The beds were not the moar comfortable and bathroom is outdated but gave it 5 star for all the other reasons and my kids loved the butterfly house

10/10 would stay here again! Would be great for families with little kids— I had 4 teens and they still had fun though! Nice break from parkway traffic and we loved being able to come back mid-day for a pool (and spending!) break before going out in the evening. Clean, well kept, great staff & facility.

We've stayed here several times and our stay this time was just ok. Our room was close to the arcade on our floor and it was super loud! It was like the arcade was in our living room! Our room also had several stink bugs in it. I don't think they are harmful but it's unsettling seeing bugs crawling on the curtains and walls. We like the size of the rooms and having two bathrooms! Also enjoyed the kids activities like build a buddy. We will probably stay here again but I will request a room away from the arcade.

Great stay we came from a much larger resort but this place is great for kids loved how late the indoor pools and outdoor pools were open beautiful Mountain View’s lots of kid activities older property building wise the floor was uneven in the hallway. But wasn’t an issue we loved having a kitchen and full size fridge and a washer and dryer as well. The staff was amazing the morning after our first night the housekeeper came in and took our trash out a new bag in and brought us fresh towels every staff member we encountered was great and polite and helpful would absolutely stay here again!

Amenities are great for kids of all ages. Great location about 10min. Drivr from Dollywood. Hotel really clean and updated What I didn't like was room wad not ready until 5:00 , check in was 3:30. The front desk did not call or act as if they even cared for nonchalant. That really made me mad. I drover over 4 hrs.

My husband fell on the first day when we couldn’t get in to the hallway. No one explained that the wristbands were keys so he sat in the rain while I walked back to the office. We reserved a handicapped room as I am a fall risk as is my husband. The day before we left I fell in the shower (no mat or nonslip surface) and hit the back of my head. It took my husband and I 20 minutes to get me up as I had previously broken my hand. I let the staff know and they said put a towel down. Later they did bring up a rubber mat. No one called to see how I was or to apologize as one would expect a handicapped room to have a nonslip shower. I ended up with a mild concussion, double vision for two days and a headache for a week. The follow up was very disappointing.

This is our second time staying here and we love it and will be coming back soon. I love that you can use the amenities until 2 pm on check out day. We live fairly close so using the pool until 2 works perfect for us. My 2 year old loves the build a buddy activity. The rooms are so clean and spacious. We have never encountered an unpleasant staff. We cannot wait to come back!

Property in need of updating. Property also needs to revamp their housekeeping service. We stayed here for 4 nights, from Thursday-Monday. On Saturday I messaged and stated we were complerely out of towels and asked if someone could bring some up so we could shower. I was told housekeeping comes in and replaces them as well as changes the trash daily. I replied that housekeeping had definitely not picked up our dirty towels or changed the trash. I was told someone would come take care of this. That evening I sent pictures to show this was still not done. On Sunday it was the same thing. While they did start throwing a bigger bag of towels right inside the front door, the dirty ones did not get picked up and the bathroom trashcans were overflowing as they were not changed. There is also a huge difference in room temperature from room to room. The master bedroom was always 5 degrees hotter than rest of place, making it difficult to sleep. The indoor waterpark needs to be redone as the bottle of pool is rough and tears up your feet. It is also very small and not much too it. The pictures of this hotel are very deceiving.

Best resort in Sevierville, Tennessee. Only thing I wish they did was serve breakfast, but the fully stocked and full kitchen does accommodates for that. I literally felt like I had my own little apartment during my stay.The water park is not closing till 10/11 PM is amazing!!!!!!! Super responsive staff as well.

We stayed at numerous hotels and a few resorts. This had to be the worst place ever! Disgusting bathroom, as you can see from the pictures, when we walked in. Dilapidated, run down, and not clean at all. I asked to clean the room and the desk told me it’s a $55 fee!!!? There was no restaurant on site, no access to drinking water and scarce amenities. They told me the pool was heated- not in any sense of the word. It was cold, period. On top of this, the “resort” has an infestation of Stink Bugs. Found myself standing on chairs trying to grab them on the ceilings and curtains. The towels were ripped, frayed and downright old! Would definitely not recommend this place! There are many options in the area, including the Hampton Inn where they actually serve you free breakfast.

The worse thing about our stay was the toilet paper. Everything g else was great! It’s family and budget friendly, it’s off the main strip but close enough to everything. We especially loved the kitchen (we are a family of 4 so dinning out every evening can get very expensive) and it’s right across from Walmart. Both kids, 16 & 8 had a blast at the water park (us parents did too). Our room was a little outdated, but fresh and clean. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pillows. Overall, we really enjoyed the Resort, and are already planning out trip back for next year!

This resort had everything we needed. There is no restaurant or food service on site, but we never use them anyway. The kitchen they have is fully stocked with everything you need. The room and beds are very comfortable. Each building connects so you can take part in any of the indoor activities no matter what the weather is like. The best part is the outdoor area. They take their time and decorate the outdoor area for the fall so well. It's just beautiful!!! We would happily stay here again!

Room was clean lots of room for the kids to not be .. you know "right there" on top of you. LoL!!! The only complaint I had was i wish they would have had some kind of food service like a snack stand for hotdogs or burgers 🍔 something... we had ti eat off grounds or buy groceries which we did both. Our room had a full kitchen with full size fridge so i guess that makes up for it. over all we had a great mini vacay... OH YEAH from our point of view the rooms were very well clean some of the cleanest we saw and we stay in that area a fee times a year at different locations. Hope ive help with any questions you may of had.

The people were very friendly and accommodating. Condition was average. In a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, I’d say a 6. They advertise multiple amenities that aren’t the best of quality. The putt putt course is unplayable. The movie in the lawn stopped a lot and the mequitos were horrible. Not all arcade games or soda machines were operable. I’d suggest stocking up on snacks and drinks across the street at WalMart. The build a buddy and pillow making wasn’t really worth the money it cost, but it made the kids happy. Very low budget version of build a bear and a pillow. More of an arts and crafts project. But the pool and playground was clean and in great shape. Very shape and always had a well trained lifegaurd on staff that was very attention oriented. I’d for sure go back with our family, but I’d plan to do more off of the resort than on the resort.

Excellent stay, clean room and awesome amenities. Only complaint is we got there early to enjoy the Waterpark which was great but at 3 we were told our room wasnt ready and should be about 15min. So we got all our luggage and things ready and was waiting on a call outside our building for well over a hour. Got comped late checkout for 11a.m. lol

Upon arrival my family myself included were extremely excited. Directly after we arrived it became very apparent the website and reviews we had based our expectations on had either been smoke and mirror or extremely out dated. Our room was on the 3rd floor they had sent us to. The elevator once we were inside which took forever, it would just stop and sit for long periods in between floors. Once it arrived to the correct floor the doors would open after almost 3 mins( yes my son timed it after his 3rd trip in it). Not only was it clearly malfunctioning it was dirty( stuff on the walls and floor) with a strong odor. We did encounter 1 employee who was professional and helpful a housekeeper on the 2nd floor while coming out of a room she was working in, she still didn’t mind to take a minute and explain to us the hotel clerk wrote the wrong floor and directing us correctly. Our room the beds were hard the floor was dirty NONE OF OUR OUTLES WORKED ABOVE UR WAIST AREA. Which meant no coffee,charger reaching ur bed, hair styling tools. Desperately we tried the kruieg on the floor finding out it has to be held down to even work. On the floor holding the lid for coffee at 260 a night? Getting worse we were charged a late fee because our clothes were drying (suit room) 2n half hours never dried. I brought all this up because this is unacceptable. They basically told me I was Exaggerating. No I have videos and pics. Go somewhere else. There smoke and mirror got me I want to get them.
