The hotel is being renovated at time of stay. Furniture is beat up. The shower is not good barely any water from shower head. The pool was closed for renovation which I was not told at time of booking that it would be closed when I was staying there, that was one reason I chose your hotel for the kids to be able to swim. If I would have known ahead of time would never have booked. The only thing I can say positive is breakfast was good. I believe I should have been discounted for no pool availability and poor room standard. Very disappointed!

The room itself was clean although the bathroom door stuck, faucets were rusty and dripped no matter what. Hallway carpets were disgustingly stained. Coffee maker was broken/out of order, same exact breakfast everyday with zero variation. No facilities were open- pool, gym, bathrooms, nothing. Highly disappointed and won't go back. We weren't told anything was under maintenance nor did the price reflect that as we picked a pool hotel on purpose and had disappointed kids. Wrote the hotel staff with no response in over 24 hours. Desk was manned part time and tou could wait half an hour for help at night to get a towel that they didn't provide enough of. Overall very frustrating and disappointing. The breakfast area needs cosmetic help as well. Worn chairs, cracked and duct tape table, non working coffee machines. We wanted a refund to move hotels and got no response.
