So the bed that we were given had the Slough from the bed bugs. There were blood stains on the mattress. The furniture was broken and left unrepaired. There were holes in the bathroom door. The door to the outside locked but did not seal because it looked like somebody had kicked it in and the baseboard was peeling off. Needless to say we left and we have been asking for a refund. The pictures that are on the website are not accurate and supposedly according to hotels.com are for reference only

The hotel was good for a one-night stay. Clean enough, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was in need of some repair...the trim by the sink was falling off of the wall and the light in the bathroom didn't have a cover and only one working bulb.

Staff was very nice. Refrigerator was out of bottled water and milk was spoiled on breakfast bar. Room was clean.
