The pool was not filled so no swimming. There was no mention of that when I booked. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to swim so we were very disappointed. Also, the toilet in our room ran continuously.

There were some cleanliness issues to say the least. The first room they rried to give us had what looked like an exploded soda all over the freezer space of the mini fridge. We pointed that out right away and they switched our room. The next room we accepted because it was downpouring rain and we didnt want to keep room hunting. The room had several cigarette burns and dusty webs on the lights. When we opened the cabinets under the sink there was some trash on the cabinet floors and 2 discarded coffee makers. It looked like someone had tossed them under there and the area was not very clean. I will say that the staff was very friendly. We did not stay the second night that we had booked due to the event we came to town for was cancelled. We did not try the continental breakfast. Not that we would have swam due to weather, but when we arrived we were informed that the pool is closed due to a crack and has no forseen fix date. I feel this should have been in the booking information.

The staff was very friendly and let me check in early from a long car ride. Area around the hotel os beautiful. Air conditioner sounded like a large engine turning on and off. Walls had holes and paint peeling. Carpet was disgusting, locks didnt work well from inside unless you forced it. Pool looks like it hasnt been used in years. Looks like people live there and stand outside their rooms with their doors open all night, that did not make me feel safe! I wouldnt stay again.

Mold in bathroom around the wall and vent fan, bags of old trash under the sink, dead bugs in the corners around the lanp and night stand, bed very uncomfortable, flat pillows, door had looked like it had been kicked in at one point, no lights on sign outside, could not see entrance at night, outside our room the structure pillars where stripped bare of any protection, gutters fallen off, paint peeling everywhere. Would not recommend to anyone felt very unsafe .

Website lists pool and gym. Pool was closed, been closed for months, and the gym was nonexistent. Had we known ahead of time, we would not have booked here. The room was dirty. It looked as though they only made the bed. The floor hadnt been vacuumed. The sink still had hair from.somone shaving. The doors, into the room, and into the bathroom were dirty. Our curtains wouldn't close all the way. It appeared as though someone tried to "fix" them with duct tape. Very overpriced for the quality of room youre getting. The staff was amazing. They were the only poaitive thing about our atay.

Staff was amazing& check in was easy ! But room was dirty there was food all around the edge of the bed and lots of items behind bed , and second bed only had 1 pillow , also found a flea on my child and boyfriend. Stayed a couple of weeks ago and had no issue .. not sure what was going on this time….

Receptionist was polite, first room we got the heat didn’t work. Second room door didn’t close well and the Rooms was infested with cockroaches full of bugs At 3am garbage truck came made such a noise we had to pack and leave the hotel. I want a refund!!!! Terrible experience!

Terrible! Without a doubt, this was the worst place I've ever been in my entire life. This isn't a hotel, it's a garbage dump! I'm used to using the Baymont chain elsewhere, and I can't believe Wyndham allows the use of its brand in this place! Of the 15 rooms I booked, every one was filthy! Some even had vomit on the curtains, and the smell was everywhere. I swear, at times I thought it was one of those infamous TV pranks. It wasn't the purest disappointment of users who were just looking for clean rooms, good showers, and comfortable beds and found a pile of trash! Definitely stay away from this place; it's not worth a penny, even if you're looking for a place for your dog to go to the bathroom! Stay away from this place!

Bed bugs, ants, gnats. I am pretty sure they were not changing the sheets between people, just putting a new sheet over the old one as I found 6 fitted sheets on both beds, and each had fresh bodily fluids on them.

This hotel is hands down the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms are gross, covered in mold. The sink faucet won't stop dripping, and the smell? It's beyond words. The lobby is just as bad, reeking of onions and rotten food. I shelled out $121 for a place that's not even worth 10 bucks. I've got pics to back up my claims. They better give me a refund. What a nightmare for me and my 14-year-old daughter.

Needed a bed and a shower after a night at Bonnaroo..this worked well and was easy drive from Manchester. Only complaint was that it’s a little humid in the rooms but otherwise it served its purpose. Will stay again.

THE ROOM SMELLED REALLY BAD. THE LIGHTING WAS BAD. I HAD NO TOWELS IN MY ROOM. THE BED HAS VERY HARD IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON A PIECE OF PLYWOOD. THE COVERS ON THE BED HAD A BAD ODOR TO THEM. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED BAD!!

The property is OLD and needs a refurbishing. The bed was decent but the carpet was really worn and nasty. Havent sèn a showerhead that old in a hotel for about 20 years. I must say though that the young lady at checkin was very nice.

A construction person or people making nose in the room above us all night. we had a late check in at midnight and the noise never stopped. There was constant pounding and naming all night. I complained to front desk at check out and nothing was done about it.

The hotel needs major updating, but it was clean. The rooms definitely need work, but hopefully everything will fall into place and they will be totally remodeled. The front desk was fabulous and they were so accommodating and they were the ones that made it where I was relaxed with the room we finally got put into.

After booking and paying for our reservation on Hotels.com, we were informed at check in that an additional $150 deposit was required before we could access the room. We were told that they have informed all off the booking agency’s of this policy but there was definitely nothing about that when we made our reservation.We did not have $150 and when we informed them of this fact, we were told that no refunds could be issued. So we were stuck with no room and no money to make an alternate booking. Absolutely unacceptable.

First off, when I went to check in, I was informed of a $150 cash deposit required for local residence only. Which was fine I just wish they would’ve said something on the website beforehand. Then, when I asked for a receipt for the deposit, the gentleman refused to give it to me, and said that it would remain in an envelope until I checked out the next morning, and only the staff would have access to it I did receive my deposit back upon check out the next morning. However, it was just very inconvenient because I had to leave to find a bank to withdraw cash to carry back whereas if they would’ve just put a hold on my card, it would’ve automatically gone back.

Website lists pool and gym. Pool was closed, been closed for months, and the gym was nonexistent. Had we known ahead of time, we would not have booked here. The room was dirty. It looked as though they only made the bed. The floor hadnt been vacuumed. The sink still had hair from.somone shaving. The doors, into the room, and into the bathroom were dirty. Our curtains wouldn't close all the way. It appeared as though someone tried to "fix" them with duct tape. Very overpriced for the quality of room youre getting. The staff was amazing. They were the only poaitive thing about our atay.

A construction person or people making nose in the room above us all night. we had a late check in at midnight and the noise never stopped. There was constant pounding and naming all night. I complained to front desk at check out and nothing was done about it.

Needed a bed and a shower after a night at Bonnaroo..this worked well and was easy drive from Manchester. Only complaint was that it’s a little humid in the rooms but otherwise it served its purpose. Will stay again.

Booking was easy; the property was clean and well represented by staff. The entrance is a bit steep, and the hotel light wasn't on, which made our initial entrance difficult in the dark.

The pictures are not updated!!! The carpet on the floor is so thin and gross I didn’t go barefoot. If you moved the shower curtain- rust fell from the curtain rod. There was a domestic fight outside my room from 2am-4am. I am pretty sure this couple was living there. Safe your money, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very friendly and let me check in early from a long car ride. Area around the hotel os beautiful. Air conditioner sounded like a large engine turning on and off. Walls had holes and paint peeling. Carpet was disgusting, locks didnt work well from inside unless you forced it. Pool looks like it hasnt been used in years. Looks like people live there and stand outside their rooms with their doors open all night, that did not make me feel safe! I wouldnt stay again.

Mold in bathroom around the wall and vent fan, bags of old trash under the sink, dead bugs in the corners around the lanp and night stand, bed very uncomfortable, flat pillows, door had looked like it had been kicked in at one point, no lights on sign outside, could not see entrance at night, outside our room the structure pillars where stripped bare of any protection, gutters fallen off, paint peeling everywhere. Would not recommend to anyone felt very unsafe .

Horrible room, bed was a mattress on a slab of wood and was terribly uncomfortable. Looked like people living there hanging out. Dogs not on leashes. Will never stay here again.

The staff was very polite and observant…I appreciate a hot breakfast starting at 5:30 am, especially since I have to be to work at 6 am. Just the gesture of an earlier breakfast availability is very mindful for travelers whether it’s due to work schedules or just hitting the road early!

There were some cleanliness issues to say the least. The first room they rried to give us had what looked like an exploded soda all over the freezer space of the mini fridge. We pointed that out right away and they switched our room. The next room we accepted because it was downpouring rain and we didnt want to keep room hunting. The room had several cigarette burns and dusty webs on the lights. When we opened the cabinets under the sink there was some trash on the cabinet floors and 2 discarded coffee makers. It looked like someone had tossed them under there and the area was not very clean. I will say that the staff was very friendly. We did not stay the second night that we had booked due to the event we came to town for was cancelled. We did not try the continental breakfast. Not that we would have swam due to weather, but when we arrived we were informed that the pool is closed due to a crack and has no forseen fix date. I feel this should have been in the booking information.

The room had holes in the walls with obvious plagues missing. No security latch on the door, obviously removed. Mold around the toilet and floor corners in the bathroom. Toilet seat came off, had to fix that myself. Bathroom doorknob was close to coming off, had to get a screwdriver from my car to fix it. Bathroom too small for a handicapped person and no handles in the shower to provide safety. Bed was off it's frame so one of the supports stuck out causing my leg to be scraped. Obviously a room that had been lived in. Child's chalk drawings in front of the door with bird feces in a 2 foot line about an inch high. Will never stay there again !

The guy who checked us in was very rude. The room was falling apart the head board was off the wall. The sheets were wet on both beds. The bathroom was dirty the toilet seat is lose. There was NO parking spot. Breakfast there was no waffle mix, only a small amount of eggs not enough for even one person, no sausage, no milk, no Coffee, I think I should get a refund!!!

Arrived late. Got to room and it was awful. Crack around door was so wide the had tape around it and it didn’t seem secure so we shoved a chair under the door knob. Metal in the corner of room that was suppose to be covered and painted was bent out and rusty. Found food and trash under beds. The next morning we moved to another room. It was more secure and cleaner. This was truly one of the worst places I have ever stayed.
