Motel 6 NOT PET FRIENDLY IN WHITE HOUSE TN!!!!!!! Ruined my trip. I drove 8 1/2 hours from Savannah GA to see my 93 year old father. I had to bring my tiny 7 lb dog. Website says pet friendly. Only AFTER getting to the motel I was told that I can’t EVER leave her unattended. If I leave the room she HAS to go with me. This completely ruined my trip. Couldn’t do ANYTHING with family, no going out to eat, no going anywhere, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable that this is not conveyed to the guest until they arrive with the dog. Motel 6 guest relations and the White House TN location blamed me, the guest, for not checking the corporate website and refuse to accept any responsibility or do anything about this. Why would I go to the corporate website instead of the White House TN website? That’s where I was going, not to Motel 6 corporate!!! And the pet policy on the White House site says NOTHING about having to be with the dog 24/7. Neither does Expedia. Horrible communication, horrible desk clerks and customer service, and horrible response from guest relations. I know I’m not the only one because a man I ran into in the parking lot with his dog didn’t know until he got there either, so who knows how many people have been blindsided and inconvenienced. Also the floor was filthy with black scuff marks, no microwave, phone didn’t work, toilet had feces marks in it, musty smell, overall horrible experience.

Inexpensive. No coffee maker or microwave in rooms

Mediocre. No coffee in morning and no on in the office

Easy to access & very convenient for the for dinning, restaurants. In the morning orning coffee that was very nice & TV Business channels & Fox the BEST !!

I liked my stay. Brightly lit parking lot. Pleasant welcome. The property is in transition and is going to be renovated so it "isn\'t there yet." But the sure was nice with a tv in the bedroom and another in the sitting room. Midland ain\'t scenic so let\'s be honest....

I would never recommend this hotel. There was pubic hair all over the counter, the room reeked of smoke, there were cigarette burns on the bedding, the door looked like it has been broken down and had problems locking the door, we were unable to get a full night sleep due to the rattling noise coming from the air conditioner, there were nasty stains on the ceiling and the fridge, apparently the staff knew about the noise coming from the air conditioner and still placed us in that room. We were told that we will be accommodated for this bad experience there but it seems that the manager Sam is never there. Another thing to mention, the pool is permanently closed.

Bare floor, 1 tiny chair in corner with no cushion, both beds were noisy sounded like you were jumping on a bed every time you moved and they were extremely uncomfortable. Wall outlets broken. Hole in bedspread. My 11 y/o grandson said the bed hurt his back so you know they were bad. Dingey looking walls. Floor in bathroom had dirt around edges and a cute little centipede crawling in the middle of the floor. Pool permanently closed. We left at 3 AM because it was so gross!! I should have taken a pic. Honestly I don’t know how this motel had a 7.2 rating. I needed a good night sleep after driving 8 hours. Disappointed and need a chiropractor for my back after sleeping on a slab !!

Sorry, it was a little funky. And only a couple dollars less than the others. No breakfast, no microwaves in rooms or anything. Again, really dirty and didn’t want to walk around without shoes. Stuff was cracked/ broken. Faucet dripped and drove me mad. Overall will definitely spend the extra 10$ a night somewhere else next time.

The bed was pretty good as well as a decent TV. There was a good channel selection which was nice. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker. There was soap but no shampoo. The location was easy to get to, and there was a McDonald's and waffle house right across the street. There was also a Walmart within walking distance.

First of all it was supposed to be all non-smoking. Well the first room they gave us smelled like someone just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes, and over half the outlets didn't work, water pressure washer very low. The second room was better, however the floors made the bottoms of our feet black from the filthy floors

Killed 3 roaches with-in the first 30 minutes after check-in.

The bathroom was disgusting. I was exhausted when i checked in and immediately took a nap. Later to find several long black hairs on my sheets. On to the bathroom....the vents haven't been cleaned since opening. Every corner of the bathroom had piles and yes piles of dirt. The floor was never swept and in the shower there was long black hair on the wall. The base of the toilet had what one could only assume was human feces. Ive been in better gas station bathrooms. I have pictures Id gladly share and did let the front desk know which was replied with a shrug. Ok ok i could of left but i only needed a shower and a nap so i sucked it up but would never recommend.

The room was clean and neat when we arrived. The bathroom sparkled. While the bed toppers had cigarette burns, they were clean. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows soft and fluffy. Office staff and Samantha, the room attendant, were polite and helpful. For basic accommodations, Motel 6 in White House TN, is an excellent choice

Have not stayed in a Motel 6 for several years & was pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean, plenty of room, helpful & friendly customer service personnel and excellent price. The only thing I did not care for was the removal of any comfortable seating. Currently there are 2 wooden straight back chairs which are neither comfortable nor relaxing, especially after a busy, or labor intensive day.

It was just what we were looking for after a long day driving. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Stayed one night passing through TN on our way home from Spring break. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. I should've turned around the moment I saw the receptionist was behind plexiglass-glass. The room had a funky smell upon entering. Cigarette burns on the comforters. Visible stains on the comforters. Urine drips around the toilet. Floor was disgusting and had muddy footprints throughout. The flooring was also badly damaged with chips and chunks missing and "crunched" when you walked around the room. Dead moths on the floor. We slept with all of our clothes on and one eye open. I didn't know that they still made metal spring bed frames but they had them! Noisiest bed ever! Not sure how the neighborhood is but there were random people hanging out smoking on the hotel steps. We grabbed dinner next door with a homeless man sitting in the booth next to us. Now, you can be an older run down hotel and still be clean! This place was anything BUT that! Nasty! Felt like I was in a bad horror movie and couldn't wait for the sun to rise!

Dirty room and had cockroaches. Someone in another room was outside yelling at each other late at night. The room smelled like insecticides. 2 beds, they seemed cleanish but one had bad springs that made terrible noise every time you moved on it. Would never stay here again. It was gross. Lady at check in was pleasant though.

Rooms were clean, nice & quiet location.

Stayed two nights. Bed: comfortable but very noisy. Bathroom: large, but the shower head had issues and the toilet needs bolted down better. Slight smell. Room: over all clean, but the door has seen better days and could use some paint. Noisy rooms, you will hear the neighbors above and beside.

I likes that it was close to shops and food. Didn’t like that I heard every single noise in every other room, the upstairs when people walked. It was not very clean at all, the floors and walls are stained, etc. staff was nice though.

Rooms could use a fridge, otherwise ok stay for one or two nights when passing through.

The beds are terrible, metal rubbing sounds everything you move, sounds and feels like you are sleeping on springs. No clock in room,

The room was clean but very basic and dated. It only had two small soap bars and was missing a hair dryer and even shampoo or conditioner. Its otherwise good if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

They gave me a disabled room. The bed made a noise like a loose piece of galvanized metal when you laid down on it. Was ok as long as you didn’t roll over. I slept for a couple of hours, then got back on the road. Very short night. I didn’t use the shower or other facilities. On the other hand, there are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room was a good size with room to move around. Handicapped room with plenty of room for w/c. Room very accessible with parking outside of door. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Definetely will stay here again. Wish there was a love seat or comfortable chair to sit in. No microwave in room but there was one in lobby.

No issues with check in or the service. Everyone i encountered was friendly. My room was great

The guy who checked me in an out was super nice. The girl who worked Friday night was nasty. I asked to get clean towels since they did not come clean the room or give clean towels both days I was there and she said “if you want clean towels you have to come and get em. I can’t leave the office. The property was not that big that she couldn’t have run them down real quick. The guest should not have to do this. Phone didn’t work either to even call front desk, I used my cell. I won’t be going back here.

All was good with room. Had a problem with heat but front desk solved quickly. Only issue is that no hair shampoo was available when I took a shower.

Easy and peaceful check in and stay.

You werent allowed to leave your pet in the room by itself at all.. I had to run to a work emergency for a cpl hours and they acted like it was the end of the world.. Then I had to leave early for a family emergency, was told BY THE OWNER that I would be refunded but when expedia tried to call for a week straight he "wasnt available". The only plus side was the cleaning lady was very sweet..

Staff very friendly and helpful, I ended up staying an extra night.

Had an issue at check in BUT the manager/owner was super nice about fixing it. He had me taken care of in just a couple minutes and on my way. Fresh towels everyday. Been there for a few weeks and always been super friendly and easy to deal with

Amy went out of her way to help me. The room was clean and my stay was enjoyable.

The Motel 6 in White House is what it is. An above average basic accommodation. Just passing through, and need a place for the night. This is the most reasonable option. Everything works, everything is clean, and you can get a good night’s sleep. A lot of parking lot activity in the early evening hours, but by the time you go to bed, it’s over. Dining and fuel options are nearby and plentiful. Just what I was looking for.

Easily accessible from interstate. Staff was available late into the night.

Pet friendly. Clean room. Bathroom door did not latch. Located right off the highway.

Very dirty property. Sheets looked clean but not much time was spent elsewhere. Door looked like it had been previously kicked in with a gap large enough for bugs to get in when closed. Sketchy people hanging out outside the property and on the stairways pretty late. Woke up to people stomping around and yelling outside at 6a.m. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Better off going across the street, getting a $30 tent from Walmart for the night and finding a nice spot in the woods.

I actually paid more for motel 6 than a super 8 where we got breakfast. Overall though not bad for a quick night of sleep

A bed and a bath.... as ecpected. Coffee would be nice.
