For a No Frills overnight stay this would be okay for most people. But I was booked for several days and they did not have a working ice machine for crying out loud. That was really no breakfast choices to speak of but it was convenient to the interstate

Rooms tlc bathtub drain has screw holding it up....bathroom counter sagging and caulk coming off wall. Needed more pillows. Parking was tight for a truck. Beds were comfortable, tv worked well ac worked well

Staff was very pleasant. However, I requested a non- smoking room and the room smelled like stale smoke and the white lampshade was yellowed from cigarette smoke and a hole burned in the bedspread. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom where someone had slammed the door handle and towel hook through the wall. The peep hole viewer in the door to outside was missing and had a piece of toilet tissue stuck in it. We were only given 2 towels and wash cloths and only 1 hand towel for 3 nights. There was no ice bucket in the room. Had 2 ice machines outside but 1 was broken. The room was clean except for the smell of stale smoke. Not terrible but definitely needs some maintenance done.

We checked in and the person doing check in did not let us know that they had no ice buckets as people have been taking them and they have not replaced them. The girl at the desk gave me a plastic bag if I wanted ice. I had to ask what time breakfast would be available. I was sort of grudgingly told the time. The AC unit in the room does not seem to function as well as it should. Thankfully the temp has lessened a bit and hopefully it won't be too uncomfortable to sleep. I chose this pace since it was easy on /off of route 81 north and that is where we are headed tomorrow going home. I am hoping the bed is comfy enough for a good night sleep.

Lobby is newly remodeled and looked nice. The employee was friendly at check-in. Room was not the cleanest. The ledges in the bathroom were all very dirty. The switch for the bathroom fan had been punched into the outlet and it did not function. The sink drained slow because there were very visible foreign objects in it. The comforter cover had multiple cigarette burns in it. The main room light did not turn on because there was no light bulb in it making the room a bit dark.

Absolutely filthy. Nothing like the pictures. Door would not shut all the way, felt unsafe. Toilet had hairs on the seat, used tissue on the door. The smell made me nauseous. I work in mental health, and see people with mental health issues live in cleaner conditions than this. I was concerned to even touch anything. Left within 3 minutes of walking in. No refund available. 😕

Staff was friendly. Our room was not clean though. Toothpaste on the mirror, looked like dry urine on the bathroom door, all baseboards needed a very good wipe down. The grout in the bathroom tile was disgusting.

Non smoking room smelled like ciggy buts. Ciggy butt holes burnt into sheets and comforters. Dirty hand prints on walls and doors. General layer of dust on stuff and the desk staff was grumpy. It might be ok for worker men, but not a family place or somewhere to take a classy lady while touring the countryside.

Room was recently renovated and extremely clean. Bed extremely comfortable, furnishings new but minimal. Excellent value. Renovations are great and we liked our stay, but the doors have gaps which let in cold air near it, however the heat worked extremely well. Would gladly stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and had quite a few updates but didnt have anywhere to hang clothing. Also, four bath towels should be standard, two bath towels arent enough. And toiletries, conditioner and lotion, are staples at most hotels. It was nice and quiet, we would stay here again.

I accidentally booked this room for the wrong day. I was in town 1 night for a funeral. Standing in front of them last week (1 week prior), they would NOT change my room to that night. My fault completely but no understanding at all for my mistake. It was a no refund room but I didn’t want to cancel just change the night. Needless to say, I went to another hotel closer to town which was much better and quite frankly don’t know why didn’t book there to begin with. Hotels.com tried to help but their hands were tied.

The front desk lady was rude and threatened to charge me more when asked to use the bathroom in the lobby. The outlets in the room were glued up and could not be used. The TV was hanging sideways. There was no refrigerator and the microwave was not working. One of the worst experiences.

Towel bar, toilet paper holder, coat rack and toilet seat are all either loose or falling off the wall. Gap around door to outside. Asked desk staff to not have our room cleaned because there was no do not disturb sign. Housekeeping removed towels but didn't put new back. Coffee was not replenished. Would not recommend this hotel!!

Very basic. Breakfast offered was very limited. Folgers coffee? You can do better than that. Bedding and curtains look like they were from the 70's.

room was clean with a nice comfortable bed. No elevator to second floor though. Breakfast was cereal juice, a few donuts, and bread and butter. Great if you just need a clean safe place to crash.

Our room was very nice. It was very warm in the room when we checked in but it cooled off eventually. The breakfast had a good variety and the area was nice and quiet.

It was a great room. But the tv wouldn’t work and the breakfast was not great they only had coffee nothing else to drink. But the room and service of staff was nice and it was clean

The room was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and clean. Appreciated the fridge and other appliances. The breakfast was fair. There was no sugar or butter/margarine and there was a very limited selection of items; a few bagels, no muffins or pastries, most of the cold cereal containers were empty. The staff member claimed that they were out of all the items. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

When you pull in you are greeted with crackheads and methheads screaming at each other at the main building. You walk in to the lobby it appeared to be clean, smelt amazing very convincing. We got put into a room in the back building. Fine away from the nonsense of what was going on at the main building. Got into the room you got this eerie feeling like something bad happened here. The bathroom light didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work and the fridge barely worked. There was doodles on the bathroom door, cigarette burns alllll over the bathroom and shower/tub areas. There were holes that looked like someone punched or head slammed in the walls near the exit. It felt like a murder happened here and they hurried up cleaned it and sold it to the next person to stay. Definitely one of those hotels you sleep with your clothes on and one eye open. Then change your clothes in the parking lot and put them dirty clothes in a bag to burn.
