Our room faced I-40 and it was so loud from the traffic, you would have thought the window was open. Therefore none of the family got good sleep. The pool is tiny. We didn't use it due to time.

Over all the property was decent. My room could use some TLC. Noted openings between wall and ceiling. The elevator needs some upgrading. It shuttered a little bit and groaned. Another customer, deemed it unsafe.

The place only had 1 working elevator for a 5 story hotel. I was placed at the end of the hallway and hear every time someone came through the stairwell door( very loud). The bed was too hard to sleep in, i slept in the chair next to the bed.

A busy hotel. The room was large with 2 comfy beds. The hotel was a bit dated but on the whole it was ok for a nights stay. The pool was closed which was a big disappointment as we booked this hotel for the pool! The breakfast was ok but not a great deal of choice. It was situated on the main road but luckily we had a room at the back so it was quite quiet.

Check in was horrible. Its the slowest check in I have ever experienced. Once I got that done, we took the elevator to our floor. The floors looked like they havent been vacummed in a while. When we got to our room, it was the same. The floor was filthy and was sticky in some places. There was barbeque sauce that was still on the floor from a previous guest. A used pillow case was sitting on top of the microwave. We ended up just sleeping for a few hours then leaving. We didnt even bother using the shower because I feel it wouldnt make us feel any cleaner.

The room was clean and comfortable and was as described. The bathroom could use a little upgrading nothing fancy but definitely utilitarian. Great location right on the interstate. The pool outside was good they provided towels and the free breakfast was your basic breakfast. I would recommend staying here based on value location and property.

Stayed there 2 years ago, things were ok. Rebooked to stay again, things were terrible, got a refund and drove all night to get home instead. The first room was dirty with dust everywhere, carpet not vacuumed, hairs on the sheets and the sheets were very wrinkled and did not lool fresh but reused. There were gibbles in the drawers that looked like food crumbs and droppings and there was a wad of chewing gum on the chair that was not even attemped to be removed! I demanded anothet room which they gave us the next room by it. The front desk clerk smelled of armpit body odor. The next rooms bed looked better but carpet still not vacuumed, dust all over the surfaces, the sink had soap and toothpaste residue all around the faucet and the toilet was not cleaned well with visible feccal smears still on the seat. The list goes on but needless to say my son works for a hotel cleaning and was disgusted, I work for a chuch cleaning and was disgusted also. I will never go back there again. The refund was hassle less however with the other front desk person who also apologized.

To be honest, is one of the most dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed. The carpet was sticky. They were hairs on the bathroom and the shower, and it was a funny smell in the room.

I left and had to drive 1.5more hours in the dark to another hotel. The walls, doors were dirty I thought I’m just sleeping here. Pulled down the sheets and dirty! I left after being there only 20 minutes. I have pictures of the sheets if you would like to see.

Very noisy in rooms on the south side along interstate. TV did not work (and no remote) and refrigerator was unplugged. No ementities. The lady at the front desk was polite, professional, and helpful. The man the front desk gave the impression that I was interfering with his cell phone time when I had issues. He was very attentive when taking my credit card.

Hotel is ok for the price. So, as it's cheap, it's not well maintained. The real issue is when your room is on the side of the interstate. The room is Uber loud in that case. The other side is quiet Thanks to the lady at the reception who was kind to switch me to the other side 🤗

The tv didn’t work, called and waited 20 minutes then went down to see if they could tell me how to fix. I was told, he would be up in 15 to 20 minutes. An hour later, my husband went down and two people were sitting there talking. Told me tv was broke and moved us to another room. If they knew tv was broke, why put anyone in. Phone also didn’t work in first room.

When we got there for check in at 3. No one was at the front desk. We waited for 45 minutes before anyone showed up. When someone finally did show up, she just walked up nonchalantly with a rude face and even worse attitude. Didn’t even bother to greet us or apologize for the wait. Just rude, all around. Our room keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk like 5 times for new cards. The room smelt like wet rag and the tub was clogged. It was just horrible. But I mean what could you expect for the price? It was cheap and it was just needed to sleep and get ready for a party. So I wouldn’t have minded any of these problems if the customer service would have been better.

Absolutely unacceptable! I am moving out of town and had to make a few trips. I booked this hotel online and when I went to check in the owner refused to give me the room I ALREADY PAID FOR because my driver's license shows that I'm from in town. He said for me to receive the room that I already paid for I would have to pay an additional $200 deposit which is not stated in any of the paperwork when booking this online. The person at the desk was very rude and combative to the point that I left and decided I would rather sleep in our vehicle. The room I booked was no refunds or cancellation so I showed that to the owner when he told me to cancel it and yet he still did nothing to make it right so now they have kept my money and not even acknowledged the problem. I can't get a hold of anyone through hotels.com so I think I'm just going to be out on this one morning to all do not go here

When I arrived to the facility I got informed that they didn’t have rooms available even that I got charged and got the confirmation with a room number prior arriving. They just notify me to contact Expedia to get my money back. I tried a couple times and no way to contact them.

Room was clean - felt safe at night - breakfast was adequate. Nice attendant helping vs some don't even have one these days! Pet was accepted for a small fee. Plenty of space to take him or for a walk nearby! McDonalds, Ihope and few other places to including nice Tex Mex options within walking distance!

Excellent location off highway, nice lobby, good parking. Almost zero degrees outside but we had a nice comfortable night. Rooms are a little dated -- not dirty, but don't feel as clean as newer, updated rooms. For the price, we were very pleased.

Photo show a modern room and this was not modern. Walls could be painted, ceiling had stains, lamps fixtures old and out dated. Vent in restroom had dust and air conditioner was slightly noisy. Breakfast was lacking, the establishment on the west side much better.

Room was clean - felt safe at night - breakfast was adequate. Nice attendant helping vs some don't even have one these days! Pet was accepted for a small fee. Plenty of space to take him or for a walk nearby! McDonalds, Ihope and few other places to including nice Tex Mex options within walking distance!

The room looked really clean and it smelled clean. I don't have any complaints about it since I only stayed for one night but I was comfortable and my room served its intended purpose. I did very much enjoy the free breakfast while there wasn't a wide variety of options to choose from it was still good and delicious. I especially loved the waffles.

A busy hotel. The room was large with 2 comfy beds. The hotel was a bit dated but on the whole it was ok for a nights stay. The pool was closed which was a big disappointment as we booked this hotel for the pool! The breakfast was ok but not a great deal of choice. It was situated on the main road but luckily we had a room at the back so it was quite quiet.

My stay was good the only issue I had was the lousy breakfast. Nobody wants to eat only waffles or cold cereal. Eggs, or sausage with potatoes would be great. Other hotels offer this. If they were to change that it would be definitely better.

We had a spacious room that was older and mostly in good condition. Toilet was not bolted down. The breakfast was minimal - just a single waffle maker and cereal. Some sort of manager was dealing poorly with a guest who was acting a bit odd. Despite some odd things, I would stay there again.

I had hard time to to push button on line about pet that I have and cost me $12. But I was at the front desk. He charged me more. Pillows are huge it’s hard to sleep on Breakface just only cereal! Would be nice to have eggs and sausage

The guy working front desk is obnoxious and very creepy. The last night of our stay he entered our room after midnight stating he thought room was empty. The ladies working desk were more than helpful and apologized what happened. Called the manager and left message but it’s been 2weeks and no response.

Arrived to find out that they didn’t have our ADA accessible room that was booked months ago. They put us in a king suite for the night saying doors would be plenty wide just wouldn’t have the grab bars in the tub. Needless to say my husbands wheelchair wouldn’t fit thru the bathroom doorway. The front desk clerk was obnoxious, took over 30mins to check in. Very mouthy and rude, blamed everyone but himself for issues people were having

Nice place, helpful staff, easy on off expressway, parking ? Never enough handicapped spaces near entrances, a few shady characters around this location but overall a restful night, missed breakfast but oh well.
