Shops near by were convenient. Room had a Big Dead Roach in Bathroom, the side table had someone’’s left over contacts stuck to it. We asked for towels the Second day (we were there Fri-Sun) never got them told the same girl behind the desk about it all (she even said she wrote cleaners a note for fresh towels) there were only 2 of us adults. All was said was “I am sorry” I have been a flight attendant for a Major Airline for 32 years I can count on 2 hands that I have ever complained or wrote bad review. This place was not cheap due to Festival in town. Definitely do NOT recommend and will never stay again there again!

Room smelled extremely awful, so bad it was hard to breath it. Shower was messed up and wouldn't fully turn on and then sprayed half on the wall. Door had a large gap at the bottom that let light through all night and made every noise in the hallway sound like it was in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, would not stay again, especially for the price, it was high.

Before I begin, I’d like to say the hotel staff was AMAZING. They were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist us during our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself did not match the level of service. The property is in serious need of a remodel—or at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. There were paint chips everywhere, which made the space feel poorly maintained. Our room was extremely humid, and the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. Cleanliness was also a concern. The floors clearly had not been vacuumed—we found Chex Mix and other food items on the floor, and overall, the floors were quite dirty. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, which we appreciated. However, the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, with a thin mattress that made it difficult to sleep. Due to the overall condition of the hotel, we will not be staying here again.

Room was clean. Staff was super friendly and kind. They don't charge a deposit for accidentals. It's an older hotel so everything is not new.

The reason we choose to stay at the property was because of the indoor pool. We got there and the pool was out of service. The sink in our room had no stopper so things could just fall down the drain. We tried to give our child a bath but the bath was messed up. The shower and bath ran at the same time shooting water everywhere and the water was only scalding hot. I tried several times to have them switched and the part didn’t work. There was also a weird build up of black gunk caked on the shower head. In the breakfast are your choices are coffee or juice NO WATER. I asked if they had any and was told oh we can get you a bottle of water, it’ll be $1. I paid almost $200 for 1 night and you can’t put out water for breakfast?? If we knew this was the condition we definitely would have chosen somewhere else.
