An emergency situation post Hurricane Beryl. I needed a place for my wife, daughter and visiting elderly in-laws and their dog. This was one of a few hotels that had any availability. They had AC and working Wi-Fi and water. This place is a average physical facility with average amenities. But there isa restaurant next door, and HEB, Walmart and dining, shopping 3 minutes away. This hotel was a godsend. It was dangerous for myself and family to remain in a home without any AC. Especially considering health conditions of several of my family.

I was pleased with my stay. Excellent service, parking lots are very well lit, they have charging stations for e cars, the best was soooo comfortable, and free ice machine. What I would recommend is bring your own pillows. The ones there are horrible, and I feel advertising a free continental b fast was far fetched. We went down and all that was offered was coffee, bagels with cream cheese. Nothing else. It was still a great deal and I would stay again.

Check in person was a great young lady. Lock from inside of room wasn’t aligned and wouldn’t let me lock door . Top lock was so loose (didn’t feel safe) . Coffee pot in room was dirty Towels were very old . Phone in room was dirty with some sort of food substance . Price was too much for the quality of room .

I booked a room with a kitchenette but when checking in I was told it was already taken. So I was getting a room with a deluxe king bed. I liked that it was a first floor and I could park in the courtyard side rather than facing a major thoroughfare. The property is aged and needs some deep cleaning and updating. The coffee package was already open when I got in the room, so I never used it. Shampoo was available but I never used it, judging its quality from the accompanying soap being not sudsy at all. I’m just glad I brought my own. Overall, great security. Quality of stay is not the most desirable but it was close to everything I needed, like a coffee shop and the purpose of my visit. Staff is professional and friendly.

We ended up leaving and getting a refund. The manager could not understand English very well so we had a difficult time communicating. We were not able to actually get in our room due to the door being locked from the inside from the privacy latch which can only be locked from the inside. The manager tried to open it with a physical card to get it to open for us but after 15 minutes we asked for a refund. We were sweating in the lobby area and the hallways of the building due to no AC. It did not feel safe and the furniture in the lobby was extremely worn. The public bathroom in the lobby was disgusting and the manager was in a T-shirt and jeans. The whole experience gave us a very unsafe and dirty vibe and when he was not able to get us in the room; that was the last straw so we left. I'm still not sure why the room was locked from the inside unless someone was already in there or employees were in there and didn't want to be seen. It was very weird and uncomfortable. When we had a hard time communicating, we knew it was not a good idea to stay since it just piled on to all the other things wrong. Don't trust the pictures on here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. There was also an issue with the manager removing the charge on my card but then it showing back up after we left. I called the credit card company and it eventually was removed. Not sure how that happened but the manager was not helpful due to the communication issue.

The initial room I was given , not only the top lock missing but the bottom lock wouldn’t lock at all. There was hair on the tank of the toilet . Dust on top of lamps. The hair dryer or plug neither worked. The ac/heater unit was faulty. Couldn’t get it to stay on. Not sure if it was the unit or again the plug outlet . The unit definitely needs a remodel . Requested another room which was better. Cosmetic issues at most. It is an affordable hotel yes but still has to be presentable

The best things about our stay… The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. We had three rooms total. The floors were not clean, my daughter's feet were black after walking on the floor. In another room, my son had to clean crumbs off the table, and the bathroom was dirty. The last room was also dirty, hair in the tub, and a cockroach in the bathroom We were happy we only had a one night stay

This place was disgusting. We literally only entered to sleep and went to go buy our own sheets cause those were filthy. If this wasn't for my sister's wedding i would've canceled and slept in our car. Place was gross!!

The room was absolutely filthy. The fridge was so dirty I couldn’t even store food inside of it. The bathroom, just dryer, tub, toilet just dirty.There were pest issues all throughout the building. The breakfast was non-existent and the staff incredibly rude and short. The parking was the only thing that was fine which is a same.

Bed cover didn’t smell fresh, was fraying and had a cigarette hole. Air conditioner smelled moldy. Large black crickets climbing the bedroom walls. Front desk staff was very nice.

This was the worst place we have stayed. Paper thin walls. Not a handicapped room even tho all was requested and said it would be. Maintenence man was the only good thing for this stay. Kid shouting untill 11 pm. I barely can walk and it was long way from the car into a non handicapped room. NEVER AGAIN

We checked in around midnight after the fair. When we got to our room it was 80° inside and smelt of smoke. When I booked I chose a non smoking room but this room absolutely had been smoked in before. The ac got to work quick and cooled down after about an hour. The shower had hair and other dirt inside. The carpet was a little sticky. The bedding was clean thankfully. For $85 I guess that’s what I should expect but I noticed 4 stars rating so I assumed it would be better.

For the price we stayed for two nights you would think the rooms would have been a little nicer. My first mistake was not noticing I booked a smoking room. To be honest I thought smoking was banned inside buildings a long time ago. There was only two rooms left at booking so I just booked it because we had to come back and get things out of our storage unit and unfortunately for us there was a lot of festivities going on in surrounding areas. We got to our room late on Friday night driving in from out of town and the room had two full beds said it would sleep 5 but really two adults barely fit in one bed together and we have 3 kiddos with us two being toddlers who I ended up sharing a bed with. The beds only had two pillows each which I find weird considering when you buy bed sheets for a full it would come with 4 pillow cases. I asked for extra pillows and they brought me one. Also noticed on the mirror said we were supposed to have 3 towels and any missing would be charged to our card which they only gave us two. The second day after washing my hair needed to used the blow drier which was also broken and maintenance did come and replace but at this point I was just upset because we don’t stay in hotels often outside of our show season which we book well in advance so staying in a much nicer hotel for less then what we paid last minute for this one. Maybe the non smoking rooms are nicer but I will definitely not be going back to this location.

We got to our room late on Friday night driving in from out of town and the room had two full beds said it would sleep 5 but really two adults barely fit in one bed together and we have 3 kiddos with us two being toddlers who I ended up sharing a bed with. The beds only had two pillows each which I find weird considering when you buy bed sheets for a full it would come with 4 pillow cases. I asked for extra pillows and they brought me one. Also noticed on the mirror said we were supposed to have 3 towels and any missing would be charged to our card which they only gave us two. The second day after washing my hair needed to used the blow drier which was also broken and maintenance did come and replace but at this point I was just upset because we don’t stay in hotels often outside of our show season which we book well in advance so staying in a much nicer hotel for less then what we paid last minute for this one. Maybe the non smoking rooms are nicer but I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Check in person was a great young lady. Lock from inside of room wasn’t aligned and wouldn’t let me lock door . Top lock was so loose (didn’t feel safe) . Very nice stay. Staff were nice & helpful. I've stayed there before. The only complaint that I have is that a couple of late nights others staying there were very loud/noisy/disturbing. Maybe posting a sign will help them remember that they are not at home(?). Will stay there again.

My stay here has been excellent! My requests were meant with a smile, the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so clean. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The price was great and I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

The room was absolutely filthy. The fridge was so dirty I couldn’t even store food inside of it. The bathroom, just dryer, tub, toilet just dirty.There were pest issues all throughout the building. The breakfast was non-existent and the staff incredibly rude and short. The parking was the only thing that was fine which is a same.

We ended up leaving and getting a refund. The manager could not understand English very well so we had a difficult time communicating. We were not able to actually get in our room due to the door being locked from the inside from the privacy latch which can only be locked from the inside. The manager tried to open it with a physical card to get it to open for us but after 15 minutes we asked for a refund. We were sweating in the lobby area and the hallways of the building due to no AC. It did not feel safe and the furniture in the lobby was extremely worn. The public bathroom in the lobby was disgusting and the manager was in a T-shirt and jeans. The whole experience gave us a very unsafe and dirty vibe and when he was not able to get us in the room; that was the last straw so we left. I'm still not sure why the room was locked from the inside unless someone was already in there or employees were in there and didn't want to be seen. It was very weird and uncomfortable. When we had a hard time communicating, we knew it was not a good idea to stay since it just piled on to all the other things wrong. Don't trust the pictures on here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. There was also an issue with the manager removing the charge on my card but then it showing back up after we left. I was a little disappointed with the customer service at check-in. My booking was prepaid, but the night clerk insisted I pay before he would give me keys and check me in. After speaking with the manager, I was eventually refunded.

An emergency situation post Hurricane Beryl. I needed a place for my wife, daughter and visiting elderly in-laws and their dog. This was one of a few hotels that had any availability. They had AC and working Wi-Fi and water. This place is a average physical facility with average amenities. But there isa restaurant next door, and HEB, Walmart and dining, shopping 3 minutes away. This hotel was a godsend. It was dangerous for myself and family to remain in a home without any AC. Especially considering health conditions of several of my family.

I booked a room with a kitchenette but when checking in I was told it was already taken. So I was getting a room with a deluxe king bed. I liked that it was a first floor and I could park in the courtyard side rather than facing a major thoroughfare. The property is aged and needs some deep cleaning and updating. The coffee package was already open when I got in the room, so I never used it. Shampoo was available but I never used it, judging its quality from the accompanying soap being not sudsy at all. I’m just glad I brought my own. Overall, great security. Quality of stay is not the most desirable but it was close to everything I needed, like a coffee shop and the purpose of my visit. Staff is professional and friendly.

Staff was kind hotel needs a little love and TLC...and breakfast was not the best only reason for lower rating was due to continental breakfast was misleading and the rooms felt like they were falling apart and needed attention.

I was pleased with my stay. Excellent service, parking lots are very well lit, they have charging stations for e cars, the best was soooo comfortable, and free ice machine. What I would recommend is bring your own pillows. The ones there are horrible, and I feel advertising a free continental b fast was far fetched. We went down and all that was offered was coffee, bagels with cream cheese. Nothing else. It was still a great deal and I would stay again.

The base boards were dirty, roaches were everywhere, the hallways smell like smoke, the pillows were flat and yellow (thank God for pillow cases). There wasn’t a vending machine but there were drinks for sale in the lobby but it was cash only. You can’t even charge drinks to your room. Also we had a late check out and put a do not disturb sign outside the room but housekeeping kept knocking on the door to see if we were checking out. We had to explain to them twice that we had a late check out. We had a double bed reserved and when we got to the hotel they didn’t have anymore double beds so they gave us a king bed. The air conditioner wasn’t cool enough. I can’t stay here again.

Paper thin walls.None of the wall lights worked, only the desk lamp. I asked to be moved to a different non smoking room. The ma ager said he had none. I am severely allergic to smoke so I paid $90. and had to sleep in my car.
