My daughter and I stayed. We liked that the room was affordable with 2 beds. What we didn't like, when we arrived there was no towels in the room. I later needed ice and they only had one ice machine and it was broken. And this facility only had one machine.. When I was in the lobby checking in, they took very long and asked if I could use the restroom they said no and told me I could walk to the restaurant nextdoor to use their. Very rude and unprofessional staff

There's not enough parking space. The AC didn't work, only fan. We can't sleep. I couldn't change the room since I agreed; make sure you check everything. I only check the room is clean enough. It's noisy car driving around & neighbor kept talking early morning 3am.

The motel was an old property that appeared to have been mildly updated, but wasn't cleaned very well. The only positive thing about the place was the great hot water provided in a fairly updated shower. It was overpriced the weekend I was there due to events in the city area. So, although it was not a pleasant experience, I equated it to a city camping trip.

The staff was very accommodating and I’m very grateful to them-the rooms though, that’s a different story. The first room, my children and I were checked into reeked of marijuana, the floors were slimy and sticky at the same time, everything had a film on it, the window rod was broke and the dead bolt was very loose. The second room was clean and nice, except for it was completely INFESTED with fleas. The last room was decent thankfully. There were a lot of men standing around outside, drinking and enjoying their Friday night, while being EXTREMELY obvious at staring at my 12-year-old daughter and myself, making obscene comments. Lots of noise outside the room and to be honest, we couldn’t WAIT to get out of there. I do want to reiterate, the staff was extremely friendly, and did everything in their power to make this right for us. So I give the overnight staff and morning manger five stars, the rest of it however, a one star.

The check in was ok, but they flat out said they couldn’t refund me if I did t like the room since it was booked third party. You know it’s not gonna be good when the want you to check it out first, even though you have no choices. It was “SO” bad that we couldn’t even stay the 2nd night and left early to go home. We had plans to go out in college station but went back to Dallas early to sleep at home. The noise was unbelievable and I have never slept so poorly. The room was dirty and stunk like mold or mildew. Just something I would not have paid even $40 a night for much less over $100 a night for. Very dissatisfied.

This motel 6 was in pretty bad disrepair. The walls, especially in the bathroom and next to one of the beds was filthy. In the bed area, I couldn’t tell if it was dried food on the wall, but it was gross. Then, in the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower head and the walls had dirt/mud smudges, what could have definitely been fecal matter smeared high on the wall, near the toilet, and dripping “stuff” down the inside of the door. The freezer was caked with ice, almost to the point that you couldn’t put anything into it. The surfaces all appeared to be wiped down, which was decent, but the walls were unbelievable. I’ve never seen things on a hotel wall like this place. Then, I dripped water on the floor, and after I wiped it up with tissue, it was gray because the floor was so dirty. Like, maybe it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. We definitely won’t be back.

The front office staff was nice but the room itself wasn’t. The room reeked of urine, the bedsheets had small stains on it, the plumbing is so loud you could hear when others flushed the toilet or showered in other rooms, nothing seemed wiped down. Overall, very gross room. Also the location seemed very sketchy. Wouldnt stay again.

Road noise and train kept us awake. AC was noisy and while it kept the room cool, it also made everything feel a bit damp in the room. The big thing was there was no hot water. There was a sign saying they were fixing it that I saw at checkout, but I did not see that when checking in so it was a "rude awakening" the next morning.

This is a budget motel from the 1970s or earlier. Set your expectations low, and you won't be too disappointed. The motel was built for people much smaller than today. It would be amusing to watch a person over 250 pounds try to sit on the pot in such a narrow room. Other negatives would be no facial tissues and no coffee maker. The hot water was also scalding, and unfortunately, our faucet handle was too tight, which made it difficult to balance the hot/cold water effectively. The walls were also pretty disgusting and needed to be either fumigated or sealed with an industrial primer. The neighborhood around the motel is also pretty rough, but it seemed safe enough. The positive is that the motel was quiet except for some hot rods on the street outside. The water also always stayed hot, even though the motel was fully booked, the microwave and fridge/freezer worked great, and everything else was in working order. Yeah, the motel had been somewhat renovated, so obviously someone cares. As a side note, we went through an X-ray machine at the Presidential library (highly recommended), which we believe rendered our motel keys inactive later that night.

Highly recommend the manager and his staff. They all went out of their way during a very busy weekend to accommodate me for several days while my house flooded. The manager even gave me a huge discount during a very busy weekend when other motels/hotels were just looking for dollars and no vacancies….I will be back again and was pleased with their hospitality!

The check in process was odd and time consuming. The clerk kept your id while you left to check your room. If anything was needing repair, you had to wait for a repair guy to become available. The walls had spots and stains. The back of the bathroom door was sprayed with something that resembled urine and feces. Oil stains on the bedsheets.

Unfortunately, i waited too long to reserve a room closer to the ATM campus as we were in town for a baseball game. This hotel didn't have the emenities we were expecting, and there was construction going on on the same road that the hotel was on so we had to go the long way to get anywhere. The staff, however were super friendly

I mean, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work well and was really dirty. It was non-smoking, but the room smelled faintly like cigarettes. The seal to the door was hanging off, so there was a slight gap where you could see through it. Area around there is kinda rough and run down, so being a female traveling alone, I felt rather unsafe. Front desk was super nice, though.

I did like that it was clean, VERY CLEAN. And you can tell that they are trying to keep the property up so i appreciate that they do care enough. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Honestly this place is just a place to sleep, it offers nothing more but a clean space. There's grocery stores a mile away and plenty of AMAZING Mexican food OOHMYGAWD!!!

The front office staff was nice but the room itself wasn’t. The room reeked of urine, the bedsheets had small stains on it, the plumbing is so loud you could hear when others flushed the toilet or showered in other rooms, nothing seemed wiped down. Overall, very gross room. Also the location seemed very sketchy. Wouldnt stay again.

It was quiet and clean with very comfortable beds were i slept like a baby and the little diner was very good as well with very nice service . In my opinion the whole place was very nice and i would stay agaian and again thanku

I did like that it was clean, VERY CLEAN. And you can tell that they are trying to keep the property up so i appreciate that they do care enough. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Honestly this place is just a place to sleep, it offers nothing more but a clean space. There's grocery stores a mile away and plenty of AMAZING Mexican food OOHMYGAWD!!!

Friendly staff, basic accommodations were comfortable. No complimentary breakfast, fridge froze everything, tv remote didn't work, no shampoo/conditioner, no 'do not disturb' door hanger available in room nor at front desk; but did say they'd let housekeeping know. 9a Sunday morn housekeeping knock wasn't appreciated.

The staff was very friendly when checking in. The room was clean, and the bed was actually comfortable. There’s a Mexican restaurant right in the parking lot which had really good breakfast.

They require you give $60 CASH (no credit card) for incidentals. They do not repair ANYTHING. Icemachine Broken. Electronic locks to a few rooms, do not function (which means you are locked out). Not enough HOT water. No drain plugs in hand sink and bathtub. Couple employees sweet, the others were horrible. No Management Present - and they run a tight ship - Too Bad it is a ship with poor policies that do not repair their property or make the customers fell welcome. Too BAD.

I was there for 4 nights. Not once were my linen or towels replaced, and the toilet plunger system was broken, meaning I had to reach into the bowl tank and lift the plunger by hand. On top of that, I was denied my $60 deposit returned because of a sweat stain on the sheets. It is 110 outside, and they can easily be washed, but I was flat out denied. $60 to wash a sheet is absurd.
